I've been coming here for years, they always always make a dumb comment about me wanting my nails black every time and then start saying stuff to themselves. But today was a whole different story, I entered the salon after work the place was empty so I figured I'd have great and smooth service, they tell me to sit down and have a new employee around maybe 22 years old help me I'm sitting there on the seat with no water my feet dangling and cold. She scrambles to look for the black polish and the whole time my feet can be soaking but they're not they're cold and dry. She lifts up my pants which I had already lifted and she has super long and sharp nails so I had scratch marks on my legs and it literally stung the whole time. She starts filling up the water and my feet soak for about a minute she tells me to pull them out and she proceeds to cut my nails and remove my gel polish she then tries to blatantly cut my cuticles while my feet are cold and dry it makes zero sense and I'm in incredible pain. I'm not one to make a fuss but I had to get up and leave it was a horrendous experience. That's super expensive and were willing to give a regular customer to the newbie instead of offering quality service. They lost a customer :( read more

Rich is an amazing nail Tech, He was very quick and ended they ended up turning out Gorgeous. I got to very small cuts that's completely normal for doing Acrylics. She seemed in a rush because she had to go on and do pedicure, I understand that she was there before me but still should have not started ME, if she knew she was going to be rushing. Which gives the reason why I got bulky nails because she put too much glue. I seriously could not keep them on for long because the residue of the glue kept attracting particles of dust. I went in last month for a mani/pedi and this experience has been the most regrettable . 1.Workers DO NOT wash their hands properly after each customer . 2.Place is dirty , dirty towels with stains and holes are being used . 3.Foot bath where your feet is soaked is not washed and sanitized as it should be . 4. Same tools are used on multiple customers 5. Workers do not put on new gloves and will use the same gloves to work on different customers Service : 1. Workers will leave to do a pedicure/manicure and leave you for 30 minutes or more 2. Rude customer service :when asking the lady working on my feet to wash her hands . She said "I did , you didn't see me " 3. Always in a rush , no attention to detail The worse part of it all is that I got a cuticle infection and my skin was peeling off and it was swollen . They are very discriminatory and in the process of reporting them to the city for the conduct. The woman were very rude and intentionally tried to hurt me during the service without saying SORRY because I did not want to do what she wanted to do which was the lazy east route to do nails. My nails look horrible , I had to go home and REFILE. The old lady with one eye and glasses is prejudice as well as another woman working nails. They would not give their names but I will find all their names to report this establishment. The bad reviews are valid and this place is a class F on unsanitary. This business needs to be shut down. The first time I came to this salon it was great! I paid $68 for a gel acrylic refill and gel pedicure. Now fast forward to the third time I came here and my gel acrylics haven't lasted 2 weeks and the acrylic is falling off from the sides and the tips of my nails. Rich has been the only one to do my nails and I asked for him because of these yelp reviews but the quality isn't there after my 3rd time. To top it off, I noticed the price increased to $80 and when I asked the receptionist just laughed but she never told me numbers so be careful! Uhhh where do I even begin? I feel like I like to make light of most my reviews with a little humor but this place is no joke the worst nail experience I've ever had. I cannot even believe that the 4 and 5 star reviews can possibly be real... After a long week at work there's not really anything more relaxing than a good pedicure, and that's what I was hoping for today. I brought my book with me and happily walked to a great reviewed nail place in my town. Let me tell you, it was ANYTHING but relaxing and I'm seriously considering calling the health department on this place. The place is filthy. I should have walked out the moment I got there, but it was getting late and I was desperate to get my nails done as I am going out of town tomorrow. First world problem I know. There was a girl finished just sitting in a chair (drying as they have no actual dryers) when I got there. Once she got up to leave the tech motioned for me to come sit. I hesitated and asked her if the foot bath had been cleaned. She assured me it had and I decided to trust her, as she could have cleaned it before I walked in. I sat down and there are 4 techs there in total and everyone is going customer to customer, a coat of paint on one person, a file on the person next to them, back to the first person, no ones changing their gloves, no one is washing their hands. Gross. Then my girl comes over and starts on my toes, digging at my cuticles; picking at my skin. Sad truth of my life, my big toe nails can grown in a little so at first I appreciated that she really worked on getting them "clean" under the nail. I did not appreciate a second tech coming over and starting my manicure with motions and grunts. The two of them were treating me like a chore to tackle together to get done faster, rather than a relaxing hour that nail salons should be like. Then what's the worst of it all, is once the lady working on my toes finished, she threw the tools back on her cart and went to the girl next to me, where she proceeded to pick out from under her toe nails WITH THE SAME TOOLS she just used on me. I almost gagged. Also the "clean" foot bath that she assured me about: I found out as she cleaned mine that she actually just wipes it down with a sponge that's so used it's disintegrating. How unapologetically unsanitary can you be???? This place is cheap and yet you still don't get what you pay for. This salon should be shut down. I will never be back there. I now sit and wait for the inevitable fungal infection to come, in hopes that that's all it will be and not full fledged gangrene. OH I should also mention that my actual polish looks like a child painted my nails, so There's the cherry on top. So much for a relaxing Friday evening. read more

They just throw them back in the box they originally took them out of. The lady doing my toes cut me and poured alcohol straight on my bleeding toe. The full set i got, the nails are crooked and the polish job is horrible. If u work in a nail salon, you should know how to properly apply polish on the full nail. I have arcrylic stuck to my fingers as i write this review. To top everything else, the lady doing my nails spilled acetone on my debit card. It was damaged and she never said anything. The people who do your pedicures and polish are awesome. The owner used to do great nail work but he lacks customer services skills. After a couple of years here I am done. I won't do my nails here anymore. It was convenient for me since it was close to home from work but it's not worth being ignored after giving 20% tips all the time. Getting my toes done today and I did say I was done with this place after the main nail guy (Richie) had me waiting 4 hours once while he took other customers last year and then the last time I came in which was around Valentines time, I was ignored so he could start on another customer while my nails were NOT done and while the stone continued to fall off and he didn't fix it so it left dents all in the gel. He didn't even bother to take pride in his works. So now since Super Hair & Nails is a bit too far and by the time I get there it will be closed, I came to just do my toes here. I'll only do my toes here from now on but I'll drive to Super again & Nails for my hands. I'm really upset about the service here from the owner. But I totally love his wife and the two people who do pedicures. One of the other males that do pedicures actually does a better job on nails than the owner . True story!!! And somehow the "gel" color is more expensive than ever. I walk out paying $85 for a pedicure and full set with gel. And the nails were uneven. When she asked politely if everything can be fixed the guy gave a rude ass reply with attitude. I have been here at least 5 times now and I have never left completely unsatisfied, but if you want something more elaborate than a regular gel manicure or pedicure, I would say go somewhere else where they are better at doing something like that. The people here are very nice, but I can say it enough times, you get what you pay for. They don't really pay attention to detail, like the very small things, you need to tell them you want another coat, or tell them to clean the edges where the polish is not supposed to be. One thing that is kind of sucky is the finish polish they place on the nail.. It's kind of weird the glossy went away the next day and now that a few days have passed you can tell the nails aren't so glossy! :( I love the shape and style of them just not their top coat! So I needed an eyebrow wax and decided to get it done here as well. Remind you that I have never been here before so I didn't know what I was getting myself into. The lady who did my waxing decided to make my left eyebrow super thin and my right one a little thicker. It's noticble too so I don't know why she would even let me leave like that!!!!
