They lost a loyal customer. I miss Leyna, she no longer works there but she is the best at pedicure. I had a technician who went against my wishes and dug too deep and made my toes bleed. I pleaded her to stop and she said I can't because I have to get the nail out. She basically wants me to take the pain. Another technician came and held my foot down. My technician insisted that if just sit still it will all be over soon. I said it's fine please leave it alone as it is hurting me, she said she's not letting me leave the salon w/o taking care of the "ingrown nail." -I DID NOT HAVE INGROWN NAIL. Nothing was hurting me. I just needed her to round off the corners. They started laughing at me. I yelled "No, it hurts, please stop, it's bleeding, I don't want to get an infection." They continued to dig. This is all while the other technician was firmly holding my foot down so that I can't move. I KID YOU NOT IT WAS LIKE A SCENE FROM A MOVIE. The technician made it seem like she's being a hero and that as if it's a liability for her to leave my toes the way it was. I was begging for her to put alcohol on it. She finally got the nail that was not affecting me what-so-ever and told me to put it back in the water. I said "No, the water is dirty I don't want it to get infected." I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I often bragged about this nail salon and recommended a few friends. AFTER THAT DAY I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! I should've recorded what they did as it was long enough for me to have captured what was being done to me. The debate of going back and forth of me pleading her to stop took a while. I used to love going here. While getting a great mani and pedi I got nicked during the mani. It happens wasn't a big deal until my nail got infected. Sucks cause they do such a good job but cleanliness is an issue. She continued trying to apply the gel without getting the bleeding under control, I had to point it out. When I came back to tell someone after 4 days of pain and puss, he tried to say it was a hangnail and he could take care of it. I declined as my finger was hurting. He attempted to apply neosporn and some other ointment without gloves or washing his hands at. Without asking he gave me my money back for the gel mani. Though the gesture was the right thing to do sadly I don't want to return as cleanliness needs some improvement. I love coming here , although some nail techs are a bit rough.. got my pedicure done yesterday and got my ingrowns removed , nail tech kept digging her long nail into my open wound after removing an already painful ingrown. Now a day later (and over night) my toe has been inflamed , sore , pulsating and irritated. Either from her digging into an already sensitive area or not cutting the ingrown all the way. Otherwise this place is great and super nice :) never have had this problem before 2 days later my toe is in pain throbbing and sensitive . painful to wear anything besides open toe shoes. either the tools aren't being sanitized or the technicians need to be properly trained on being gentle/correct way to remove ingrowns and not digging their nails into the skin right after. My tech had really long nails that she kept digging into my skin. I had to tell her to stop digging into my skin. It was already sensitive. I'm almost 100% that's what caused irritation (I hope it was that and not unsanitized tools) I don't want to say any names and get anyone in trouble or single any one out. But I've repeatedly had this problem with this worker and unfortunately she was the only technician for pedicures to be working that day. I don't like to be rude and ask for someone else but I have learned my lesson read more

UPDATE: a full week later and ALL of my dip powder literally came off my nails, the whole things came off as if it were a sticker Came in here for DIP POWDER and i was very pleased to see that they had SO MANY COLOR OPTIONS to choose from!! usually nail places only have a few colors but they have an entire wall of dip powder colors, it was so great!! this place definitely looks clean and they use brand new tools when they do your nails! if you're in a rush i wouldn't recommend this place because it took the lady more than an hour and a half to do my dip powder! so make sure you have time to spare i'm not a huge fan of nail techs harshly twisting my fingers and then them getting upset when i flinch because it hurts, be prepared for some of that but over all everyone was super nice and helpful!! it's the day after getting my nails done and it already looks like it's gonna pop off soon :/ read more

Currently during COVID, they are providing services outside; Which include manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Facemasks are required and sanitizer is available. I really enjoyed my services and thought my nails and toes came out just right. However, the prices were pretty high. I basically paid $100 for a gel coffin full set and gel pedi & added a tip. No extras. The main reason for 1 less star is because Yelp displays their business to close at 6:30 PM & they began shutting down at 5PM. Customers we're rolling through and we're being told they stopped taking clients at 5. I felt bad for those customers because surely they were going by the operating hours. Maybe because of the pandemic hours are changing, so just keep that in mind to arrive before for 4 Other than that, great service! When I came in today for a gel pedicure, I saw that a few employees (that WEREN'T servicing customers) were barely wearing masks. They were not properly worn: either dangling all the way off their faces, or under their noses. Those that were with customers, such as my technician, WERE wearing masks. My service was good, as always, but I didn't like the carelessness from the staff members who weren't properly wearing their masks. Not sure if I'll return until the pandemic is over sadly. I normally go here to get my nails done and I am very happy about it. This time going in, I might have gotten the rudest nail technician. Be aware, DO NOT GET LAURA as your nail technician. She will be rude, not listen to what you want, do a half job to get you out, and she left my nails so uneven. They were so uneven that I had to complain to the owner about this. She took another 10 mins trying to fix it... because she couldn't get it the first time right. Not only that but she doesn't even do the shape you want. If you keep telling her to trim down, she doesn't listen and tells you, "LATER". Don't get Laura as your nail technician! Don't come here! It's been over 1 month and I'm still waiting for my nail beds to heal. They completely damaged my nail beds. The guy that did my nails kept pressing on my nail bed with his dirty finger nails. I regret not getting my ass up and leaving. I wanted to know more about the options they had, what was best for my nails, but I was rushed to pick a color and I picked whatever because I was not comfortable.
