I went here to get my nails done for my birthday. Two lady's worked on my nail, they didn't properly clean/trim my nails. I got gel polish and pulled my hand out from the UV light since it was burning. I just wanted a second to let my hands cool down but one of the lady's started panicking and tried pushing my hand under the UV. I only had Apple Pay and asked if that was okay to pay with, the worker said yes but asked me for my id and jotting down my information. She tried forcing me to get gel on my toes. She was rough during the pedicure. The salon only takes cash or debit (they will charge $1 for debit usage). My second time coming here. My first time was great. Second not so much. First off they need to be more transparent with pricing. They are only offering gel but don't tell you that will turn your $35 pedicure into $52. I didn't pay the first time someone else did so I wasn't aware of this tactic. My issue with the second trip was the roughness in which the technician used. Like seriously a pedicure shouldn't be painful. Especially for $52. This is not my typical nail spa but I wanted something close to home. Biggest regret. I was wanted a gel pedicure. Service was fast sure. It was too fast. I didn't even ask her name I was too pissed. She was done in 15 mins but it took nearly 40 mins because she had to keep re-doing my toe nail. She wouldn't let the gel polish dry she was going so fast that it would ripple and the gel would come right off. Every time. It wasn't clean I still have nail gel polish on my cuticles and skin and she tried cutting it off with the nail polish. She was supposed to give me a 5 min massage. Didn't even do that. I was so fed up I told her not to touch me anymore. I was going to stay and get acrylics but I ran! Unless you're really desperate, don't go here. Terrible shoddy work. read more

The man rushes through the service and does a horrible job at everything; painting, cutting, removing jail, listening to what you want, etc. Some of the women are nice, but there's only like two nail techs who do quality work/service. I come in for a fill on Sunday and by Tuesday my nails were chipping. Back track to Sunday, they have a sign saying $13.99 and up for fill. A full set cost $26. When it was time for me to pay... no broken nails, just a plain fill i paid $25!!!!! No design just a fill and polish. Mind you my acrylics are very very very short. I hate long nails. Tuesday the gel started to chip. I call Wednesday to say "hey it's starting to chip will you guys have me pay again, nothing is broken your polish is chipping" this a-hole tells me he couldn't give me an answer. I got a medium length set with the starting price on the wall was 15 dollars but my nails cost 23 dollars which is the same price i would pay anywhere else for nothing special. An 8dollar difference for nails that aren't even long. Hmmm But that was no big deal the major problem was that the top coat put on my nails never fully dried, so as i went on my trip my my nails had collected all types of lint and dirt...it was disgusting! Another issue was that it too 3 people to do one set of nails. Was i supposed to tip all 3 people, i hope not because I certainly didn't. Great Customer Service ‼ very clean establishment. Prices are decent. Paid $50 for acrylic full set, Pedicure and eyebrow wax. Eyebrow job was ok, but not the best work I've received. Parking is available as it shares a private lot with 7-11 & Waba Grill. The con: they do pedicures in a small bucket & they should upgrade to the spa chairs soon. My nail tech Steven kept having to have an extra towel nearby to place my feet. Not convenient at all. I also don't like any salon doing nails and toes at the same time. It takes away the comfort. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I used to like Steven, he did my gel pedicure amazing ONE TIME only, after the several times I've been back there & now it's like he doesn't even care anymore. I've noticed another customer having an issue with his paint job one day when I went to get my pedicure done by him as well and she had every right to. I had to get one of my toes filed down by one of the other workers some more because for some odd reason, he didn't notice that my toenail was still chipped looking even AFTER having my little toes right in his face lol they're noticeably shaped & filed different, the price somehow jumped from $54 to $66 from the last time I got them done which was literally 2-3 weeks ago, so I don't even know what they're charging or going based off of. The owner was flat out rude, not sympathetic or understanding where I was coming from & Steven is very careless & developed a stank attitude. I've been nothing but polite & sweet to all of the I wouldn't dare spend another DIME in that place & I would advise anybody to stay away from here as well. I've been coming to Lee faithfully for two years after I wandered into this shop because another salon had messed up my shape. IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SHAPE ! I make my appointment every 2-3 weeks for a pedi and fill and I am literally never disappointed. Everyone at the shop is friendly and takes care of what you need. It's interesting seeing these other poor reviews but from my own experience, I've literally witnessed other customers be ridiculously rude and wonder why they receive not so great service. If you value your time AT ALL, dont come here. They put me in a pedicure chair for so long my water was ice cold and my feet were water log. They started on my daughters mani after sitting her in the chair for 20 mins. I was sitting next to her and started to fall asleep from irritation. Then I decided to type this post when the lady tapped me on my shoulders to do my set. After the bitch glued my nails in she told me the price for everything (me and my daughter) confused about if it was time to pay I told her I know the price and have the cash and was grabbing my purse when she told me it was okay. I was fumming....did she think I couldn't pay or what. Tip decreased. To top off the cherry she poured the oil on my hands and said thank you .....this the first nail hoe never wiped the oil off. I got a Deluxe Manicure (Do not get it) that said it was $25 but then in the end it was $30 (because they did gel, but they said they only have gel due to covid) so I had no other option. Besides my boyfriend got a deluxe as well and his total was $31 because they added on stuff they did not tell us they would. Then charged us more. It comes with a massage but it was not worth it. They do such a bad job. Barely a massage. Then AFTER everything she put a towel on my hand after that reeked of mildew. Like that towel was washed too many times or wet for too long.
