Pedicures were $45 each and the manicure was $35. If I'm ever back in the area, I'd definitely visit again. I ended up parking on the street since I didn't see or know of any designated parking lot.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. Billy answered the phone and although I requested him, it was same day so he was busy. That's understandable and he suggested Kevin. I specifically asked if Kevin is good w/ Gel-X and he replied "Yes." I was about 8 mins late for my 4:30 appt, so I couldn't exactly be upset that Kevin wasn't ready for me. He finally got to me around 4:50pm. Billy placed the Gel-X supplies on an empty station, and that's when I suddenly became apprehensive. I've been getting my nails done for YEARS, so that was the first red flag for me. Why doesn't Kevin already have his own supplies at a permanent station? Subsequently, I abruptly changed my service to a gel manicure, because that's a basic level service and I was hopeful that it would work out. I was wrong. The polishing was bad. He was hurting my cuticles by being too aggressive and trying to cut off too much cuticles. A few times I said "ouch" and moved my hand. The shaping was bad, and my nice ssa still tipped him. SMH. Why? Because he still did a service, even if it was below my standards, I am just used to it. AND the three staff were so nice and accommodating. But, nice isn't enough. It hasn't even been 24 hours and the polish has started peeling on two nails. This is my second time at this place.
