Never made me feel rushed they put bag liners in for a pedicure which I love it shows they are very clean and sanitized. The best most thorough manicure I'd ever received. I was recommended Magic True Nails by a woman with the most beautiful gothic gel x nails and she recommended Magic True. I asked to take a picture for reference. I was able to call and come as a walk in the same day. It was my first time getting acrylic nails and Tea greeted me warmly. She is serious about her work, diligent and completely no nonsense. Tea also has a nice and playful sense of humor that emerges when she gets in her zone. Tea explained to me that the style of gel x nails of the reference photo I brought wouldn't match my nail beds as nice as the acrylics sincemt beds are larger. Im new to acrylics and Tea explained every step of the process. I wanted a red and black ombre and her ombre spray machine stopped working and instead of talking me into another design, worked for at least 15 minutes to fix the issue and deliver exactly what I wanted. More importantly, the workers make sure the clients are happy with their results. The attention to details and great results is well worth it. Also, the owner is well mannered and very polite. This creates a welcoming environment for everyone. When the owner treats their employees well, it shows in their quality work for their clients. Lastly, if you are not happy with the work, just tell your workers politely. The workers want to earn your trust so that you will come back often. I had an amazing experience with Tee who did gel x manicure and a regular pedicure for me. She was so thoughtful and careful when cleaning my nails. I previously had acrylic dip nails and she took her time taking it off, making sure my nails were not going to get damaged. She also took her time to explain to me the difference between gel, gel x, and dip as I kept flip-flopping on the actual service I wanted lol What a patient woman!! Absolutely one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I had gel X left on some of my nails & I wanted to remove them & get a manicure. The nail technician didn't understand how to remove them so she had someone else helping her ; yet they both still left some glue still on my nails. When they were "done" I had to ask to get my cuticles cleaned up. When she brought out the cuticle trimmer it was DIRTY. It had some one else's cuticles in it!!! YUCK. Then At the end, she put lotion / oil all over my arms and hands. She didn't wipe it off, so I left SO greasy. I'm not sure how you could call this manicure & charge me for that then a extra $10 to remove my nails when all you did was remove *some of the nail glue & put oil / lotion all over my arms and hands. This place was dirty. No I will NOT be coming back & No I do NOT recommend this place. It scares me that someone would even recommend this place and that it has 4 stars. read more

Worst experience ever! Im writing this review as I sit here getting my toes done after being move around 4 times. I kept telling the guy that i would NOT pay for a "spa" when Im sitting in a chair that does not work. The machine barely rolled from the back of my head to my shoulders and that was it. The other options to the chair does not work and the remote says it's "vibrating", but it was not doing anything. The place is a hole, needs a serious make over, I have no idea what the guy is saying to me, what is going on. Unfortunately I got dropped off here, can't leave and desperately need my nails done for my bday. Finally they moved me to a regular chair because they were not going to let me stay sitting on non working chair? Bizarre! He insisted that the water was massaging my feet, but my feet are out because he working on my toes. $15 for a pedi in a non working massage chair, I don't think so...
