I placed a DoorDash order from this location last night and was very disappointed to hear from my delivery driver that the staff treated him rudely. He also mentioned that the order was handed to him in a ripped bag, which is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the customer experience. While I cannot know their intentions, the driver struggled to speak English fluently, and based on what he described, I am concerned that he may have been treated differently because of this. I believe this situation deserves attention and review by management. I hope management addresses these issues and focuses on improving employee professionalism, respect toward all customers and delivery drivers, and overall customer service moving forward. read more

the place is not the best but i come cause it's the closest pharmacy to me. i picked up my medication yesterday 6/10/26 around 5pm and infront of me in line was a young man , and the older lady who was ringing up the medication was super nice to him but when it was my turn i asked her a simple question and she had attitude as if she didn't wanna answer ? smh i see younger women make you feel insecure but at least don't show it at work. everyone else is nice though, especially the pharmacist! only other thing is they can be a bit slow but it does get busy especially later in the afternoon read more

This pharmacy is a nightmare. The staff is incredibly rude and will even hang up on you in your face. It took them weeks to fill a prescription from my doctor. I tried transferring my prescription multiple times to other pharmacies, but Walgreens refused to do it until I had to contact my doctor. Once I did, my doctor made the transfer to CVS, and my prescription was ready within an hour. I strongly advise against using Walgreens pharmacy. ( they don't deserve no stars at all) read more

Walgreens just lost about $10000 of business a year. I had ordered a print. It was set in a Word file properly, let me explain: i owned a print business for over 20 years. I have advanced skills in setting up files for printing. Walgreens does not. Before you send a file to a printer, you can use the print driver screen to make sure Word file layout will turn out that way on paper. I do NOT think walgreens trains people at that level. They hire people who sell toothpaste and use a dubious training to put them into a graphic skill related job. Sooo I show up, they want $5 for a print that was half off the page! See, that was observable in the print driver, they had the Word file and from that could see the desired outcome. So i ask for my money....and the saga continues...the person that processed my paying originally did NOT give me a receipt. I forgot that fact and at the register they would not refund me and i could not find it because they never gave it to me. Once in my car i realized that likely this was the case and she showed up and disclosed that she never gave me a receipt. I got my money back but i did not get my time back. I reinitiated a reprint at Fedex office...where they do not sell toothpaste and the have people who are better trained in the intricacies of understanding how you operate to make sure that what prints on paper is the same as the provided file. The problem is UPPER MANAGEMENT. they want imaging dollars but from my background and experience they do NOT fully understand how imaging works when you print jobs. Also had they checked the file which they failed to do, they had my number and could have called me....they did NOT call me. This is unacceptable business practices. The operator started to talk about how that had to do with pixels which shows how little imaging understanding he has. Pixels were not the issue. This was their job68891001321743. He is not competent for this type of work. The training was half BS. its elemental: you check the file in whatever format its been sent and see how it is laid out there and you make that happen because you know how to use a print driver. If this operator was a pilot, he would not be able to take off with the plane. So to the CEO i say this: Be good at what you do or do not get into it in the first place based on unprofessional training and employees who have very poor complaint handling skills. Some business want certain results but invest poorly in proper training such that this type of crazy imaging skills could not happen. The whole thing displays a company who is wanting to look one way but turns out to look pretty bad. My $10000 of Rx and supplements i have moved to Ralphs. Know what you need to do with imaging, give clear instructions and go to Fedex office. Walgreens is over its head in imaging. read more

I do not recommend this pharmacy. I have experienced repeated delays and poor communication while trying to get my son's prescriptions filled, with wait times extending several weeks. Regardless of the underlying cause--staffing, workflow issues, or leadership--this pharmacy has consistently failed to provide reliable service or timely access to necessary medications. This has been an ongoing issue rather than an isolated incident, and as a result, I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. read more

I was appalled to discover MAURICIO the manager with his condescending tones, unwillingness to help, and disrespectful responses when I asked question about timeline of printer being down. He was overwhelmed with customers and just passed on issues to his representative. He said printer was not working and walked away , as he walked away I asked " what does that mean?" Since he didn't say how long or if i just was out of a print. He rudely yelled as he's still walking away "it needs to be fixed that's what that means!" Other customers witnessed and mentioned "i don't even know why i still come here he's always like that". Parking is plenty and the customer service received here is excellent. Between Pharmacy Technicians Antonio and June along with Krystle, the cashier of the store, I enjoyed my visits. When my sister and I arrived the first time there was a problem with her prescription. Instead of Antonio walking away and not making it his problem he showed empathy to my sister and even gave her steps to follow to get into touch with her doctor regarding her meds. He was so humble. My sister was a bit frustrated but he didn't let that shake him not one bit. He stayed professional and gave her as much help as he could. We met June the following day or so when my sister came to pick up her corrected meds. Krystle was very outgoing with us and very polite. Although my sister was a little frustrated she made her say. I can't believe my experience at the store today I went to go get printouts of photos. I took myself of my two month old baby as I'm trying to use the self service center as I was directed by the lady who is working, the scanner doesn't work and I let the worker know she request the manager to come and help fix it for the sake of the review, it was an Asian fat manager he shows up and asked the worker what is the issue? She let him know the scanner is not working he says what scanner and I address him and tell him the scanner I'm using and says OK and turns it back to me. The worker who originally help me tells me there's another machine as I go to use the other machine there is no option to use the scanner so I asked the lady can. I swap the machine to the opposite side to see if the scanner works over there, she asked her manager and he says yes, as I go to unplug it he says to me, do not break the scanner. I said I wouldn't break it. I'm just trying to replace the one that is broken as he replies, but we don't have to service you. We can just review service as I replied. This is a self service center. You're not even offering me any service you have been ignoring me this whole time then he replies we can sue you for a copyright infringement for making copies of your photo assuming I am making a criminal act and threatening me. read more

I had went in to pick up pictures for me and my sister we had made online first of we had to wait for a worker they were taking long when i got help i believe the workers name was brian he is tall and chubby he already had attitude and when he seen i had 3 pictures under my name and two were free ones me and my sister placed online he then proceeded to be rude and get mad and told me im not allowed to get more than one picture i had told him one was my sisters i was picking up he had started whispering i guess so other costumers wouldn't hear him but he told me that other people aren't allowed to pick up pictures for others and i had told him online it lets us choose friends to pick up for us he got mad and said we are supposedly no longer able to do that he had also said only one picture per household and i tried explaining we don't live in the same household he was cutting me off and repeating the same thing over and over i just paid and left cause im not gonna argue with anyone over 2 pieces of paper‍ he's acting like if the two pictures were coming out of his pockets. Located off Redondo Beach Bl and Normandie in Gardena no driveway off Redondo Beach Bl. Parking lot is small but this one is opened 24/7. Came here for the Flu shot the process was easy and fast. I didn't everything on the app before coming. Simply make an appointment then they email you confirmation and reminders. They send you the form to fill out prior to going in. Then when going in you go to the pharmacy and they take your paperwork, and insurance card then they take you to the area and administer the shot. It was quick and smooth. I'd definitely come back again for the flu shot. read more

Walgreens requires my doctor to complete Physician Order Diabetic Form in order to fill my diabetic lancets and test strips which is fully covered under part B of my medical plan. Problem is when filling the prescription they sent the form to the wrong fax number as the doctor works from two locations. When it is received by the doctor and returned, Walgreens run it through medicare which result with my prescription having a high cost of over $300. I have been trying to reduce the delays of receiving my prescription as I have to make sure the doctor receive the form and send it back to walgreens corporate so they can have their system updated to make sure when the pharmacy run the prescription through my part B it will not be rejected, delayed, have the high payment as it should zero, no cost to me. Well, yesterday I experienced the rudest pharmacy counter technician who did not like my asking her to verify the doctor's fax number that she would use to send over the Physicians Order Diabetic Form. She did share the information and as I suspected it was not the correct fax number. When I informed her of this she stated that I would have to have the doctor office change the number on the system. I called the doctor's office and they did not understand. When I asked the counter rep to explain the situation she told me that I would have to wait as she was helping another customer. By the time she was free the office had hung up. I was asked to write down the correct fax number and she gave me a pen to do so. The pen did not work which I stated to her. She then slammed three pens on the counter and walked away. I wrote the fax number and she informed that she would fax over the form. I asked her why was she being so rude as her facial expressions and attitude was just so rude. She said she's sorry I feel like that. Nothing more was said. As I walked away I noticed the next customer shaking her head. I asked did you see all this? she just shook her head. I said wow, so rude and walked away. This happened at Store 7175 1344 W. I have been coming here off and on for a couple of years. Pretty standard Walgreens experiences every time. The employees are generally professional, timely and courteous. I give a lower rating because I ventured over to try out their photo department and came away with a very disappointed product. I ordered a custom made photo book. I have had them done with Costco in years past but they no longer offer photo services. I was imagining/hoping I was going to get something of similar quality. Some of the pictures were taken by my friend for my family and were professional quality. I anticipated that at least those pictures would come out descent. Unfortunately, the pictures seem pixelated/blurry/the colors are off. They also didn't get the order correct. Half of the pictures were printed twice in the same book and the other half never got into the book. The cover was made of a sticker that they slapped onto the hard cover of this book. It looks cheap. I am very much disappointed. The price needs to be reduced if this is the kind of quality they are giving to customers (and can serve as a warning to customers that you get what you pay for). I thought the price was just a bit higher than my usual; I thought I was getting something compatible. Very disappointed! read more

I politely asked if they were doing passport photos and she called someone to come help me. It was nice and dandy until he came in the picture. I walked up to the photo area, I was standing there for awhile he didn't say a word I looked at him and politely asked to have pictures taken. No smile, just a dead tired look on his face. I get it. If you hate your job, then leave. If you're having a bad day, don't rub that negative vibe on others. I was close to sarcastically telling that guy "get some sleep, you look tired" Right away he had a bad attitude. He threw the chair to the side that was blocking the backdrop for photos. It takes at least twenty minutes for me to get service even after ice pushed the call button. They'll say "be right with you" through the intercom, but I swear they wait for a twenty minute buzzard to go off before they attend to you! I always have a decent experience here. Ya, it's a typical pharmacy but I need prescriptions a lot so I have to pick up meds and they have a convenient restroom avaliable. Sadly, most of them lock up their restroom facilities and it can be embarrassing and inconvenient to have to ask to use a key or what is the code. I do understand that some people like to vandalize and trash the facility and I have seen it in other places but it's just unfair to the rest of us decent customers. I like that this is one of the few walgreens in the area that is still normal. That's why I gave them a good review. Also, the cashiers here were always polite and cheerful and I really value feeling treated like a normal person. They sometimes have a good selection of AS SEEN ON TV items. If it's on the way, I get supplies here when the cough/cold and/or flu strike. Other than the cashiers, I've never really had a solid encounter with any of their other staff. Plenty of parking. And I really like its convenient location. The pharmacist is so rude. My moms English is not perfect so I came along with her today because she needed some refills and they've given her a hard time in the past. Right away he said go process the refill online Walgreens is going digital. We'll no thank you sir I am here to help my mom with her prescription can you please process it for us. I had been coming here to this Walgreens branch for a long time for my medications. The store and the staff here are nice and helpful. However, we have had a mixture of experiences with the pharmacy staff. Through all these times, we have already identified who are the nice ones and the rude ones. Today, I spoke to the pharmacist, I guess. He sounded really annoyed and immediately replied "Busy!" When I asked him how he's doing. Being busy is not a good reason to have a bad attitude towards customers on the phone. In the first place, why would they still accommodate picking up calls when they can just hold off on answering those until things get less busier. Just really rude! Review based only on the photo department. Uploaded photos online and in the South Bay area around lunch so decided to pick up from this location. Photos were ready in about an hour and a half. Little wait at the photo counter, but overall good service. Have always used Walgreens for photo processing over the years. Easy to upload online and order prints. My mom and my sister came in this morning and experienced the worst customer service EVER. They were "helped" by the cashier David who ranted to my mom and telling her she is required to speak English and told her if she even knew what country she lived in just because she doesn't know English. All because she simply and politely asked if the register was open in Spanish. They let him finish his rant and then told him they were no longer purchasing anything due to the horrible customer service and would be calling corporate to file a complaint. The employees seem to all be high school students and they act like that while they're serving you; meaning they mess around, are impolite, and generally don't know how to solve problems. I went to get a passport photo; something that should not have taken more than an hour. But due to their incompetence and slow service, I had to come in the next day to pick up my photos. We had tried to call and go online to get covid testing all week. Each time all Locations in a 10 miles radius along with this one had 0 appointments. We had came to this Location last week and had a pretty good experience so we decided to go back by since we passed by a few times today and no one was in the drive thru. We went through the drive thru and pushed the button. Someone came and we asked could we get a covid test. She said that we needed to make an appointment online. We share that the website had no option ls for the next 2 weeks for any Location close. She then said with a nasty attitude, " That is because we have no appointments available. We are full" She said it so rude and again, no one was there. Would it have been hard to just give us a swab? Regardless, they should have a better process and a better customer service attitude especially to people like us that shop in Walgreens all the time. read more
