I stopped here on the way to work around 6:30am on Monday, 4/20/26, to purchase Zyrtec D and some Diet Coke. I paid for all of my items at the pharmacy. The cashier offered a receipt but I declined. I placed my items (3 Diet Cokes, a small container of baby powder, and the box of Zyrtec D) in my reusable shopping bag and exited the store. I was parked close to the entrance. I popped my trunk and was placing the bag in my trunk when an employee exited the store and approached me stating, "You need to come back in." I was confused and I'm sure by the look on my face that was obvious so he said, "You need to pay for those drinks in your bag." I told him I paid at the pharmacy. He then asked for my receipt. I told him I had it on my phone through the app. He then stated, "It's not going to show on there." He contacted the pharmacy employee via walkie talkie and asked if he had rung up a sale. The pharmacy employee stated that he had and told him what I had purchased. I now have the purchase history up on my phone. I showed this employee and he simply said, "Oh." And walked away. No apology or anything. I spend a lot of money at CVS. I am torn between shopping at a different, less convenient location and cancelling my Extra Care membership altogether. I have worked retail for 30 years. Unless you are a loss prevention employee, you should not be following people out of the store. That is a company policy at every retail company I have ever worked for. I find it hard to believe there was a dedicated LP person at this CVS at 6:30 am on a Monday. This person obviously did not check with the pharmacy or review any cameras before approaching me by my car in the parking lot. Please invest in better training for your staff. This person was an African-American male, mid-twenties, 5'8"-5'10", thick accent. I do not have his name but he was the only male I saw in the store at that time aside from the pharmacy tech.

Another Rite Aid pharmacy farther away told us to come right in and that we didn't need an appointment. It seems like these employees at this location were just being lazy. They had people in there stocking shelves. So this is a really good time to come to Walmart. They had everything I needed. Martin helped me with all the stuff I needed to get everything going electronically. Then I went and looked a little bit at furniture. I didn't come to look at furniture, but I saw a lot in that area. And the prices are obviously good. This Walmart has things like the protein bars, stuff like that. There were people is the isles packing the shevles and nobody in line. Overall, good trip. I got everything I needed. Since I'm going to come back down this way, this was not very far away and a very convenient location, and everybody was kind. I guess I will make sure I come in the morning.

One of the things we wanted to pick up were a few bottles of wine, and liquor. There's a button to press for assistance in the liquor isles, as all alcohol is locked up behind a glass case. We pressed the button a few times, waited about 15 min, no one ever came. I then went looking for someone, I found 2 groups of woman, in 2 different places while searching for help, and all said, we needed to look for the associate with the yellow vests, only they can unlock the doors. I finally found someone who was wearing a yellow vest after about 30 min, and I was told by him he was only wearing the vest, he can't actually unlock the door. It was definitely frustrating especially seeing all these associates just standing around doing literally nothing! Horrible customer service.
