I should have switched years ago. At this Pharmacy, the owner knows me by name. He always picks up my calls (or if I hit voicemail he immediately calls me back). He proactively calls me about medication refills. He calls my doctors (and doesn't lie about it like CVS does). Every conversation is filled with "thank you" and "I appreciate your choosing us." My medications are ready hours after my doctor prescribes them. Payam treats his clients like royalty and switching to his pharmacy has decreased my stress levels. The big brand pharmacies don't care about you or your business. I think that when you need medication quickly and safely it's important that someone does care. I'd urge anyone reading this to switch to their local small pharmacy and, if you live or work around Torrance, this pharmacy is a particularly good one!

And even a nicer surprise: the items I got had an additional discount simply by adding a phone number (being a CVS shopper and all.) TIP: expect a really long receipt if you opt to have it printed. But take a few seconds to look through it - you can avail even more discounts for future purchases. It was a convenient and good first run. Inexpensive and good ice cream! I have seen Thrifty's ice cream in the frozen aisles at grocery stores. Sure, I can purchase 'em there and have it at home. Not quite the experience of purchasing on a cone or a cup at Rite Aid. It's kind of weird to see so many complaints about the service here. I've always been treating pretty well here. Even taking my passport photos. There was a mom with a young infant taking a passport photo on the counter on its back with the mom shaking a foil bag of snacks to get him/her at the camera. The worker was very patient and I was entertained though I had to wait. They haven't lost any packages or manhandled anything yet so I've got no complaints.

In doing research for the refill I found that Chewy Mail Order Pharmacy has excellent prices, and I always get good service and great customer service from them. The EXACT SAME MEDICINE was about $8.00 from Chewy. I called Walgreens, no mistake on their "cash price" for the medicine. No refund, no recourse. Reportedly Costco has good pet med prices as well.
