He also mentioned that the order was handed to him in a ripped bag, which is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the customer experience. While I cannot know their intentions, the driver struggled to speak English fluently, and based on what he described, I am concerned that he may have been treated differently because of this. I believe this situation deserves attention and review by management. I hope management addresses these issues and focuses on improving employee professionalism, respect toward all customers and delivery drivers, and overall customer service moving forward.

When we got there, there were 2 people behind the pharmacy counter and no customers. We asked if they had the Moderna vaccine available and were told that they did, but that we'd need an appointment. Their online system said they didn't have any appointments available until next Tuesday. The excuse we were given in person was because of limited supply we needed an appointment. Huh? Another Rite Aid pharmacy farther away told us to come right in and that we didn't need an appointment. It seems like these employees at this location were just being lazy. It's no surprise that many Rite Aid locations are slated to close.

I contacted the seller, the manufacturer, and Walmart customer service multiple times seeking assistance. While Walmart representatives were courteous, the platform ultimately provided very limited support once the dispute involved a third-party seller. The seller stated that it could not identify the product, and the manufacturer stated that it could not process the warranty claim without additional product information. As a result, despite having proof of purchase and documentation of the defect, I was unable to obtain warranty service for a product sold with a 10-year warranty. My concern is that consumers rely on Walmart Marketplace as a trusted platform. When products with long-term warranties are sold through the platform, there should be a practical way for customers to obtain warranty support when problems arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Once I got to the register the cashier had no customer service skills. She gave no greeting. She didn't tell me the total. She never said a word. I know that people are people and sometimes you may be going thru things but it is still important to give good customer service. That is one aspect of your work responsibilities. Hopefully, management will see this review and just remind the staff the importance of good customer service. When spending your money you just want to be acknowledged and treated with respect.

There were many people who stopped by to get medication and it seems like everyone gets in an out pretty quickly. They were nice enough to offer my grandma some nice hot tea as we waited and labeled and explained very thoroughly every bottle of medicine my grandma needed, which was really nice of them since my grandma can forget sometimes too.
