We sat there for 15-20 minutes, completely ignored, while the employees went about their business as if we didn't exist. My mom has been going there on and off for several years, but after today's experience, never again. The shop is my local go-to especially for last minute trips or fills. They are good to go on acrylics and full sets. Designs sometimes can be challenging depending on who is doing your nails but they got the basics covered! I got a pedicure and a gel x set here, and the lady that scrubbed the bottom of my foot left scrape marks, I rarely get the bottom of my feet scrub because I know that once you start you can't stop getting it done and they harden but she was Wayy to rough it's actually ridiculous . The worst experience. I came two days ago for my nails and the tech was rushing me the entire time, very rude. And had to repaint my nails twice. The next morning the chrome on multiple of my nails completely chipped off. I called the salon the next day and spoke to the male " manager " who was brief, not apologetic, and told me come back after the weekend. I informed him I had an event and needed them fixed before then. When I arrived, he told me to wait 40 - a hour. He was finishing someone's nails literally and told me to wait on his next client. I informed him again I have an event and called in advance. He became irate, told me I think I'm VIP, and I have to wait. You get what you pay for or at least I thought so.. I paid $35 for a gel full set and $20 for a regular pedicure. This was my first time going to this location so I didn't know what to expect, based on the yelp reviews I figured why not give it a shot. They do a temperature check at the door and they have clear barricades for your protection. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience and did not receive the best service here. My nail tech that did my gel nail manicure was very rushy and did not even clean under my nails afterwards there was still residue. Honestly, I stopped going to the shop for a while because my polish was chipping after one week (on acrylics) which means they were adding acetone to their polish. Highly doubt I'll go here again. After reading reviews, while in the chair, the esthetician cut my cuticle. I'll never understand why that's such a big problem here. The work is standard, nothing special and not too much to complain about. But you expect to leave uncut. They also still charge a $2 charge for debit/credit card use which is a lot in today's world. Ok so I got a new ring from my husband and he wanted my nails to look amazing for work Monday so I gave this place a try ‍ I wanted a Christmas tree on my ring finger and he could not do that design then I opted for like a present kind of look which came out just EH! It has not been 24 hours I've done nothing strenuous with my hands not even dishes just laundry and the metallic color is coming off and the bright red he used for a base is showing! I've been going here a while with no issues. They have a decent selection of colors and do a fairy good job. It's been extremely difficult to find a quality nail shop in the area. The skill level here is very basic they really can't do anything outside the box, they just paint nails. I found this out the hard way trying to ask them to do a beach themed design for my vacation. No creativity at all. A old man came over and stared doing my nails while I was getting my pedicure done. In general I'm not comfortable with men doing my nails and he didn't even ask what I wanted before he stared filing away which was frustrating as I wanted a new shape and depending on the style may have gotten a new set. When showed him the picture of how I wanted my nails done he laughed and said he couldn't do that but proceeded to file anyways. He made my nails too narrow cutting into the sides of my nail beds which are still sore, this is a huge pet peeve of mind and the main reason I won't be back. When they filing your nails too closely like this is messing up my set, deforms my natural nail and hurts! When the design stylist took over I couldn't find the picture again but I explained to her I wanted fancy nails for my beach vacation, I wanted the nails to be different (one matte, one glitter, effects etc.) what I got was a basic splatter design on my thumb and some Chinese flowers on my index. Not creative at all, very old school I feel like I walked out of a nail shop in 1997. My toes are basic as well I also asked for a pretty design and got basic ass toes painted two different colors with no design. The attention to detail isn't good here and there's clearly a communication barrier. They do good nails here don't get me wrong but this is not the place to go to put your nails 'on fleek' I'm really unhappy with my vacation nails and will probably go somewhere else to get them redone before my flight. It's really important to me that I have nice unique nails for my vacation because my work prevents me from otherwise having extravagant nails and so I wanted something different for my vacation. The nail techs seemed very pleased with their work but that's how I know the skill level is lacking. Anyone who's had their nails done up in a custom style will agree my nails look super basic. read more

They have a lot of customers coming and going so there's a steady flow of customers. I was still able to be seated right away. I came in for a regular pedicure and while I don't know the lady's name, she did a very good and thorough job on my nails. This place is amazing. Thomas and Jan are creme de la creme nail tech. Jan is appointment only though (reasonably since everyone wants her). I go in, tell them what I'm thinking of and they do an amazing job without me even giving them a specific color or design. I.E. - I'm thinking spring colors and I leave with a beautiful pastel that compliments my skin tone. Their prices have stayed the same for years while the quality just goes up. I even left my phone there once and they kept it secure until I was able to go back. I didn't even realize it was missing... After being recommended to this place by my mother in law it became my go to salon before moving out of town. They have a great variety of nail art and techniques. They can do a basic manicure all the way up to a gel, acrylic, chrome designed nails. I came here with my daughter and we both loved getting our nails done here. It is often busy so I would suggest making an appointment and arriving a few minutes early to the appointment. My daughter and I always used Julie and another nail tech. Julie was very patient and kind to my daughter and always made sure to treat her as a client and give her what she asked. My experience at other places was that they'd sometimes ignore her or not treat her as a real client even though she was going in for gel chrome or unicorn nails. I had a good experience with J.V. I got a full short set with chrome polish. What I liked most, is that he actually made sure my nails were even on both hands. Nails were also smooth and not thick at the cuticle. I didn't have to give him guidance at all in making my nails right. It was my first time getting chrome polish. For those unfamiliar, like I was, it's gel, but finished with some kind of powder that gives them a chrome-like finish. The shop was quiet and clean. The price seemed fair for what I got. Let me start by saying I've been coming off and on for 15 + years and each time I come back I'm reminded of why I shouldn't come. The only people you should see for a pedicure is Helen but she makes her own schedule and she's always busy. Not her fault but she's carrying the weight here. I got my nails done and let the pedicurist know I had an ingrown toe nail and she cut it completely wrong and continued to dig into the area even after telling her to stop.
