Chrome polish on toes

I went to Stella nails 45 mins before closing. Kevin was willing to take me as his last client. He did a phenomenal job. He was patient and attentive to my pedicure. He didn't rush the service. The spa has been renovated and has much more space. Overall 10/10 Parking spaces are plentiful.

This is the second time I went a month later and John did them for me. He introduced me to cat eye technique. I like them.

This is my second time going to this place. I think I found my nail shop home. I have been in California for 8yrs and this nail shop has been the best so far. Clean, neat, and organized. They didn't rush the first time or my second time. I will say for me try asking for John for your hands and Julie for your feet. The staff or the customers were not rude everyone calm no craziness!

Upon walking in, the staff is kinda friendly the place is clean They even offer champagne why you get your feet and your hands done This was my first time there and I had a nail that was hurting and the nail tech noticed but didn't do anything about, just went on doing my nails when done after my nail still kinda hurts and it feels like it might break. And she didn't hear me say French tip so I didn't get it All that for a $55 fill

Took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday and not even a week later they are chipped and falling off. Not to mention predatory pricing. $71 for a short set with french tip. Pricing menu states $40 for a full set & $10 for french tip. I wasn't going to write a review but the fact my daughter's nails look like crap and being over charged due to "filing, etc" despite her getting traditional square shape is maddening. Low quality work, way overpriced for outcome. Go somewhere else!

I called about 45 mins before i arrived. Got there at 1:45pm and left at about 3:20. I received a Gel Mani Pedi I got "funny bunny" white gel on fingers and toes in a short square shape on my natural nails. I am satisfied with my service and the staff was kind and helpful.

My most recent visit was a little odd. I got the same thing as last time pretty much and was charged $10 extra dollars. With tip, I ended up paying $100. That's incredibly steep for a manicure, in my experience anyways. Design was perfectly done by Nancy (showed her an inspo pic & she nailed it, pun intended) My only issue with my manicure was I got my cuticles trimmed after having the acrylics and powder put on so after I left, there was already a gap between the acrylics and my nail bed. Pretty annoying. I usually get the cuticles cleaned before any kind of acrylic or powder addition so I'm not sure why they were trimmed after. Unfortunately I'm not sure I will be returning anytime soon because I believe I am being misled a tiny bit. I got 2 very expensive manicures already and haven't been able to get any stamps on my card because I didn't "tip in cash". I noticed another client getting what I was getting plus a pedicure and her total was $55. I'm extremely confused and feel like I'm just being overcharged. Manicures are 100% a luxury but they were never something I couldn't afford & now apparently they are. I would definitely make sure you double check the prices of everything before getting anything done so no extra charges are sneaked in. Edit: Owner confirmed you need to tip in cash to receive a stamp.

The first time, I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes before the nail tech I booked with can begin working on me. The second time, I was assured I wouldn't have to wait and would be seen right away. I still had to wait 20 minutes. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.

Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency…read more I booked my appointment in person on Tuesday 7/15 because I wasn't sure what to select online for Gel-X removal. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

We went in for a basic pedicure ($25) and tipped $5 EACH (it was a regular polish job, basic plain color, no design, no extra added stuff to the pedicure). When handing over $5 to one of the older ladies, she immediately made a rude face and started speaking in her native language LOUD so her coworkers could hear her. When she was speaking, we saw 4 of the ladies heads turn to look toward us. We knew she was talking about us in a bad way. Super unfortunate and unprofessional. Please educate your staff on the meaning of a tip: "a small amount of money given voluntarily to a service provider in addition to the regular price, usually as a gesture of appreciation for good service" According to the definition, I shouldn't even have to give you $1... be THANKFUL.

It's a small shop located in the same complex as Marshals and CVS so there is lots of parking. The shop is appointment only so make sure to make one in advance! I was able to text them and got a reply really quickly. When I walked in, there were already three customers getting their nails done, so they seemed confused as to why I was there. I was a little sad because in past reviews it said they offer you mimosas, champagne, or tea, and I wasn't asked for a drink. Not a deal breaker, but I had expectations from previous reviews. They offer tons of different services, but I opted for the Treat Yo Self mani pedi which is $53, $64 with tip. The salon itself is clean, and the decor is cute and minimal. They have pictures on the wall with cute quotes, and the chairs are wooden seats. They bring water basins to your seat if you're getting a pedicure which was very cute! Taylor did my feet, while Maile joined later to do my nails. The Treat Yo Self Mani comes with a homemade lemon scrub and massage. My feet were really dry, so I hoped they would get off all the dead skin. I love the shape of my nails, and they did spend a lot of time massaging and cleaning. However, I think that it wasn't worth the $53. I'd rather opt for the regular mani pedi for $40 instead. They have a $3 credit card/debit card charge, but they waived the fee for me since it was my first time! Overall a good experience, I'd be back for the basic services. They also have a stamp card, once you fill it up you can get a free manicure or half off gel nails.
