The first time, I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes before the nail tech I booked with can begin working on me. The second time, I was assured I wouldn't have to wait and would be seen right away. I still had to wait 20 minutes. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.

Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency…read more I booked my appointment in person on Tuesday 7/15 because I wasn't sure what to select online for Gel-X removal. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

Updated experience…read more.. I came here a few years ago and had a better experience! The nail tech who did my nails today didn't know how to shape and paint toe nails. I wouldn't recommend if you're someone who cares about the shape of your nails! She did a sloppy job of painting them with regular polish and kept wanting me to do gel on my toe nails. I refused because I don't do gel polish on my toes, but if you can't paint with regular polish then are you even a good nail tech? If you want something quick and don't care about those things and okay with a regular $25 regular pedicure, then this is your place to go!

I was able to text them and got a reply really quickly. When I walked in, there were already three customers getting their nails done, so they seemed confused as to why I was there. I was a little sad because in past reviews it said they offer you mimosas, champagne, or tea, and I wasn't asked for a drink. Not a deal breaker, but I had expectations from previous reviews. They offer tons of different services, but I opted for the Treat Yo Self mani pedi which is $53, $64 with tip. The salon itself is clean, and the decor is cute and minimal. They have pictures on the wall with cute quotes, and the chairs are wooden seats. They bring water basins to your seat if you're getting a pedicure which was very cute! Taylor did my feet, while Maile joined later to do my nails. The Treat Yo Self Mani comes with a homemade lemon scrub and massage. My feet were really dry, so I hoped they would get off all the dead skin. I love the shape of my nails, and they did spend a lot of time massaging and cleaning. However, I think that it wasn't worth the $53. I'd rather opt for the regular mani pedi for $40 instead. They have a $3 credit card/debit card charge, but they waived the fee for me since it was my first time! Overall a good experience, I'd be back for the basic services. They also have a stamp card, once you fill it up you can get a free manicure or half off gel nails.

I was corresponding via text and was told that Rachel was my nail tech. I specifically requested her because she did a good job on my friend. My appointment was at 9:30 and when I arrived, I was waiting for 30 mins before I was approached and told my nail tech was on vacation!! I was then told that someone else can do my nails but it would be gel x (which I didn't want). I attempted to leave before they told me they would make arrangements for Tammy to service me but I had to wait an hour. This was so unprofessional and upsetting given the fact I booked a month in advance and nobody checked the appointments to call the clients to inform them their nail tech went on vacation. My service took 2.5 hours plus the hour I was waiting so I had to pay $15 for parking since the validation only covers 2 hours. I was disappointed at the fact they didn't wave my parking for the inconvenience on their behalf. The space is clean and nicely decorated, only negative is there are little to no seats for people waiting, and for them to be backed up because they failed to notify clients certain staff were not available..huge logistical issue Tammy: TAMMY IS THE GOAT.
