So disappointed. The thin older guy was attempting to do my nails. He had extremely long unhealthy dirty nails. I just keep cringing. He kept shaking his hands the entire time and could not for the life of me do my nails. I try and support local businesses and I tried to stay calm and be patient and have empathy because he was older and obviously not in the best of health and he is pushing through to work but i just couldn't anymore and had to go. Unhygienic and just could not do my nails. I ended up going elsewhere to correct the horrible work he had started and finish my set elsewhere. read more

Decided to try this place out since it was close to my apartment and the reviews seemed great. 1) Walked in and was told to choose a color, but nobody hands me a color wheel or shows me where the colors are. Whatever! 2) The manicurist was a older man and he took FOREVER!!! BTW it was empty! 3) My nail polish looks terrible, nails are different shapes and sizes, dents and lumps! Nasty!! I had an appointment and didn't get seen until 40min after,then her next appointment arrived 15 min later. Iwas there for a gel design mani and regular pedi. The nail tech was rushing and did such a horrible job in my gel mani. The design look nothing compared to the design I showed her. I kept pointing out the mistakes as she was doing my nails,but completely ingorned me or made it worst. The following day, my gel mani started coming off. There was no point of paying for a gel mani when it only lasted a few hours!! I don't see why one needs to make an appointment, when the tech is rushing to see the next person. If I could give a rating less than 0 I would! This place is cheap and you get what you paid for! DONT, just DONT. I paid $25 for a sloppy SLOPPY French manicure that lasted a grand total of 6hrs before starting to chip. Also made me BLEED in the process of removing cuticles. I tried to do some damage control the day off by asking her to fix some of the fingers. Still, I went back the next day bc most of the fingers on my right hand needed to be fixed. She put the alcohol aluminum wraps and left me for 30min to do the pedicure of another customer. The level of pissed I am I can't describe to you. This place is the worst read more

Honestly sandy is so funny she did a great job with my pedi. My aunt and I went in to get mani pedis, and it's been 2 days and her gel already peeled off two nails. My nails are amazing, maybe a little think, but the ring finger nail has a random small dot that doesn't have paint on it and some red hasn't come off my actual skin. I am giving this establishment 2-stars simply because the nail tech I wanted to do my full set was nice. I walked in on Wednesday in hopes of getting a full set. She had a client in her chair and another appointment arriving so I took a card and told her I'd call ahead next time. The client in her chair had really long nails and the shape was decent (not my style, but nicely done), so I figured I would not be disappointed. Wrong. I booked an appointment today for a full set for myself. I also asked if they had time for a mani/pedi for the person who was with me. The manicurist said YES. I arrived ahead of schedule, waited well after my appointment time for her to finish her client in her chair and start on me. It was then that I found she doesn't do full sets! Lol. I asked her when I met her about whether or not she does coffin nails and she said, "No, just regular." I thought regular meant SHAPES, like square or square round. She never said she just does mani/pedis. I assume John is the older gentleman. He was supposedly waiting for an appointment but they hadn't arrived. No one else who does full sets claimed to have time for me so I left with nails undone. That's really bad business. No real apology issued or anything. Never again. I'm giving this place a 2 star rating because the energy in the place was great. There was a sense of community with the customer here, which is great and all, but I went on Yelp reviews and based off the positive reviews Michael received, I made an appt with him. I told him I dont like my nails over filed or buffed because it thins them then I cant my nails done for a few months. What did he do? He started with the electric file to take off my gel and promised he was only taking the top coat. Then he proceeded to file the top of the nails down manually. Then he had me soak my nails and he went on to buff each hand 3 more times. I decided I would trust the process. My nails looked like I did it myself. They looked horrible. I would like to try someone else but too scared to go back. Needless to say, I never saw him clean any tools. Rushed through his service to help someone else and forgot his pedicure so we decided to just skip it all together. We did not tip her. Pedicure: $10 Michael did it, I give that 4/5 stars. The paint​ job and shape was great, even fixed two I messed up. The massage​ was not a massage​ at all. Acrylic Full-Set: $27, I​ got the shortest size which is $16.99, + $10 gel. This was my biggest disappointment​. I expected nothing less than a great job because so​ many people rave about Michael. He did a semi-sloppy​ job on my gel paint and I didn't like the duck square​ shape of my nails. I always get long coffin nails (other places) and this place charges the ​price of short nails...womp. Total: $15+$10+$27+$1(debit charge)=$53= BF tipped $5= $58...he was charged a total of $60. Something iffy there. For a hole in the wall location with no A.C, and that being the price? Went here to get a manicure/pedicure. I didn't have an appointment but Cindy took me right away. Thanks to Covid-19 I have not had my hands/feet serviced since late February so I can admit they were in pretty bad shape. I appreciated that Cindy didn't judge or make comments about them. She was courteous and professional. Cindy got to work immediately and I must say she did a phenomenal job. I walked in the nail salon feeling embarrassed and self-conscious about the state of my feet but thanks to Cindy I glided out with my head held high and feet feeling wonderful and looking great.
