I came here before and loved how my eyebrows turned out, which is why I decided to come back. The first time, Lily took her time and did an amazing job. Today, however, I felt like the service was rushed because she was also doing someone's nails at the same time. I completely understand being busy, and I didn't mind waiting, but I was disappointed with the result this time. My eyebrows were not cleaned up as well as before, and it felt like less attention was given to the service. As a paying customer, I expect the same care and quality every visit. Next time, it would be better to finish one client's service completely before moving on to the next client, so each person gets the attention and quality THEY ARE PAYING FOR. read more

My second time there, was weird they all had attitudes. I asked a question and none of them acted like they could hear me which is extremely rude. I feel like when the owner isn't there they act how they wanna act and i don't appreciate that. First time I went there I left a rlly good review and the owner did my nails, I am disappointed. 4 star rating (more like 3.5 but I didn't want to give 3 stars) for the price and quality. It's not the best or most luxurious but for the price it's good. You can walk in without an appointment and they will fit you in. I come and do manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. The staff is nice and efficient. What would make this place better is a whole upgrade to the style and massage chairs but this place is close to my house so I won't complain and will keep going back read more

Love Lilie since her time on western. John did my nails and he was sweet and kind, graciously accepting my requests on how I wanted the shape of my nails. Eyebrows, feet, nails (fill and gel) was about $75. Definitely worth it because the work is good but most importantly they aren't rude and quite welcoming and respectful. read more

This was my 1st and last time coming here! I understand these establishments can get dirty but towards the end of my nail session, I saw a bug crawling on the table, which I brought to the workers attention and he killed it with his hand and cleaned it off one of those brushes which are used to clean clients hands. Not sanitary at all! I know he didn't clean it because I was the last client there and I left as they were all leaving, and he just left the brush there without cleaning the dead bug off. The man who did my nails was nice but his work was not up to my standards. He did not properly color my nails, he left some empty areas and didn't do an actual manicure, even though I paid for it. The woman who did my pedicure was beyond rude. She actually got upset at me because I kept asking her to remove the nail polish from my skin. I had to tell her multiple times to fix things and instead of just doing it she rolled her eyes and got upset. Once again, the man who did my fill was very nice but I didn't pay you to be nice. read more

Just rude! I walked to the door about 5:15 pm for two acrylic nail fixes and I was denied at the door. The excuse was that there wasn't enough people staffed to do nails and 90% of the tables were filled. Got my nails done yesterday. They did pretty alright work. My issue is that I decided to get regular polish. They felt some type of way about my decision to get that instead of gel or colorful acrylic powder; which I had also inquired about. It's ridiculous and rude. If you have an issue with your product, then it will be best as a business owner to fix this issue yourself. There's freeze dry spray that is being used for regular Nail polish at other shops to get people in and out the door. Buy some and stop talking shit about people. Weird as fuck. read more

They are very rude I was helping an elder lady who there customer she had messed up her nails while she was leaving so I ask them can she buy a bottle of the polish they use on her nails and they bar door was lock so I talking to them though the door one of employees were yelling at me saying that they are closed I was try to explain and kept yelling that I stopped going there because of the rudeness and shop is not clean and bugs all in there. :-( read more

The lady that did my toes and finger nails was horrible. She was sweet, but she rejected my choices of nail polish. I wanted my toe nails cut but she said no. The lady that was having her nails also done told me they always say no to cutting toe nails. But she did cut my right had finger nails. And for some reason she didnt cut my left hand finger nails?? I have been going to Lily's nails for years, since 2007. I have been a long time customer and have always been satisfied with their service. Tomorrow is my sister's wedding and went to get gel manicure and pedicure. My pedicure (3 toes) had to be redone because they were too bumpy and the cuticle line was off. The lady who did it did a great job at fixing it. I told her not to worry about it as these things happen. I am happy with my pedicure. My manicure was too bumpy and polish was on my cuticles. The polish was redone. When they removed the gel polish and sanded my nails they scraped my cuticles. The finished product was great except for the cuticles. They did not look clean. The owner, Lily, asked me sit in another station to fix my cuticles. She us very nice and welcoming. I felt out of place, especially when I knew that she and everyone else were talking in yheir native language about my concern with my nails. Lily filed my cuticle line with the machine and put gel polish again. I appreciate the effort to fix and clean my nails. I feel that if the owner, Lily, is proud of a customer walking out of her shop with the way my nails looked, is very disappointing, especially since I have been a patron for 8 years! I paid for my pedicure and manicure and shared that I was unhappy with my nails. I have had great experience and I am very DISAPPOINTED that I will be having crappie nails for my sister's special event! I also forgot to add that I used to get my eyebrows done with Lily. I stopped because of poor hygiene practices...she uses the wax stick and she doesn't use a clean one for every client. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows done here since 2008! I don't trust nobody else's to do them. Lilie does an amazing job. She takes her time and ensures your eyebrows are shaped the way you want. The pink wax she uses does hurt like traditional wax. I usually come during the weekday because the weekends can get really hectic. There's some days you will have to but your name on a waiting list busy. My only issue is she uses the same stick for every customer so I always have to tell her get me a new one. I've have sensitive skin so I can't afford to break out around my eyebrows. If you want to get your nails done ask for Helen. She does a neat job and her gel nails last forever! read more

DONT GO HERE!! I went to get my eyelashes done a few times by lily the owner. I went back recently and one of my eyelashes are messed up so I go back and tell her my eyelash is messed up and can she fix it. She glues more eyelashes to my messed up lash. So I went back today and I asked if she can fix it because my eye feels heavy and uneven and she ignores me and I go sit down and get no types of service. So I walk out. The part that's irritating is that I payed my money for these lashes and did nothing to them. She decided not to even try when I came back both times. Went here only because I had to pick up my clothes from the dry cleaner across the street. I got a full set of nails and a pedicure. I don't know who did my nails but my nails came out horrible. Came here to get my eyebrows waxed and it was super busy on a friday. I waited about 15 minutes for my turn. The lady that did my eyebrows did a great job cleaning up my brows, my only issue was that it was super awkward to have brows done in a chair just a few feet away from other people waiting. Other places have a private room to go to. If I come back it won't be on a really busy day. It was a little embarassing to open my eyes after getting them waxed to see people just staring at me lol I just prefer a little more privacy, but the lady was really sweet and did do a good job. I been coming here to Lilies on and off for years, usually my nails are great, when I ask for short or really short I get what I ask for with no problem, my eyebrows are amazing, I mean if you have bushy eyebrows or skinny eyebrows she cleans it up very well, or even cleans and arch it in exact to your face structure. I have thick eyebrows and Lilie does not like to take too much off to where it looks like I have no eyebrows, unlike other salons which I love the way she does it. But lately with my nails whoever gets me because of the crowd it seems to be a problem when I ask for shor or really short, My nails are not long at all, so it should be no problem with getting the acrylic short set, this is why I had to stop getting my nails done here, I don't want long nails or point nails, my work requires short nails and I am comfortable with the short set, In fact I always have to watch Lilie when she does do my eyebrows that she changes the stick and cleans the tweezers after she works on someone else, I started bringing my own tweezers for her to use, but I cant complain with her work. read more
