I went in on March 21, 2026 and I got my toes done and they cut out the little extra skin on the sides but on my big toe he cut way too much and now it is purple and it hurts and it's been several days I'm currently gonna have to go to urgent care to figure out if it is an infection. Wouldn't recommend. I've been here two other times and it's been fine. Acrylic nails don't lift and reasonable price for nails, but this last time I went wasn't it AT ALL! I went in for a manicure and while cutting up my cuticles, she left me bloody and in pain! Three of my fingers all scratched up. For my index finger that wouldn't stop bleeding at all, someone else had put nail glue to close the wound. These pictures are immediately after I left. Definitely not coming back. read more

I use to get nails but since my new baby I just get the dipping powder which has been amazing on my nails. It's vitamins for my nails. They are hard and grow fast! I WAS a long time customer here. After the pandemic my nail tech and owner of the shop (Tiffany), sold her business. The new owners are HORRIBLE regarding customer service. I had to take a year off from getting my regular nail and pedicure services, however I returned today because I love Lisa. I made appts for myself and my mother for manicures and pedicures @ 9:15. We get there and the same dysfunction occurs!!!!! I will never waste my time or money in this establishment and I suggest you don't either. Loyalty always trumps great service except when you not pleased with the price you pay to be disrespected! CUSTOMERS BE WARE WHEN ENTERING THIS PLACE! You will leave very UNHAPPY! I am extremely anal and high detailed. I know this and manage my expectations. But, I don't know how you do it. Let me start somewhat positive. Kathy did my hands and Helen did my feet. Helen was very sweet and attentive to the details of my feet. Kathy was all over the place. I came in with Dip Powder nails. She had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone to loosen the nails, after I told her I had a couple of tips on nails that gag previously broken. I've never had a bowl of acetone with a paper towel at the bottom to soak and rub my nails against. Pretty much I took off my own set, but lost my tips on the process. Then she service serviced two other customers during my service. For one one actually inquired of it was OK. The other she tried to just leave my hands soaking in acetone for 20 minutes. Not!! Then after replacing my tips, after saying no I don't want my nails clipped, she proceeds to try and overly file them down after I said u didn't want my natural nails done that way. My dip set looks cute from far away, but horrible up close. The partial paint job on my toes is atrocious. Although Helen really respected my itty bitty baby toe nail, which is almost invisible, and put a little nail paint dot on it. After Kathy removed my old set and filed my nails, I look like I'd been through a desert storm and they let my leave like that. I requested a Mani Pedi with Dip Powder on my hands on writing via Text. I should have known when she asked me if I actually wanted a mani with my dip set. HUH?! So there's people out there that gets full sets and you don't cut their cuticles, file, shape and clean under the nail?? WOW, this is new News to me. Which leads to my final point. Ultimately, this place is NASTY!!! They have these make shift partitions between each station on the sides and one in front separating the person doing your feet. But, there is no one sweeping up anywhere. There nail dust all over the floors. They do not clean stations between customers. The towels on the chairs are not replaced between customers. They do not disinfect tools between customers. They use filing boards and buffers on multiple customers. Kathy stopped to tend to another customer eyebrows and then yet another customers toe. She didn't wash her hands before she started on either of the other ladies after leaving me. And tried to come back and finish me up, after the toe Jam, without washing her hands. I stopped her and asked her to go wash her hands. That's not a pandemic thing. That's a nasty thing. This place is NASTY! read more

Love this nail salon because for the most part they take their time and aren't trying to rush just to get a tip. They are thorough and a Friendly staff I love Lisa for pedicures she's my go to girl and Tiffany for my nails she does a great job! Highly recommend this place, make sure you make an appt. because it does get crowded and it's such a small place they don't have a lot of staffing so come prepared to wait if anything. read more

Let me start out by saying that I absolutely loved the ladies they were very welcoming and friendly. I use go to this place a lot for mani & pedi and they would cut me and not say anything. So I stopped going because of this to make a long story short I recently went back twice I wanted a pedicure and a fill. I was able to get a pedicure but not a fill. I was told to come back tomorrow because a fill would take to long. ******* The next day I go back and look at price list so I can know how much everything is going to cost. I calculated about $22 dollars and pushing it because my fill wasnt even noticeable and they even said it the day before. But since they couldn't give me a fill the day before now I have to come back and pay a broken nail fee when this could have been avoided yesterday. The fill was $18 which was a rip off, the broken nail was $3 and gel polish was an additional $10 totaling $33 for a minor fill but really the broken nail. Ridiculous!!! Especially when I got cut on every single cuticle and the repaired nail wasn't even the same size as the other nails. Smh and the coffin shape was not defined enough as the other nails. She didn't file them long enough to really get the coffin shape . ** To charge that much for a fill that was painful and mediocre, it wasn't worth it and I won't be back! No matter how close they are you can do better read more

If I could give more stars, I would. I love this place! The environment is professional and they take their time on your nails! They do prefer appointments but if you are willing to wait, you wont regret it. I usually get the acrylic nails and they even last longer than in other places, no lifting at all. Mine usually last a month. I also love the waxing here. It doesn't hurt and take their time. I hate having my eyebrows shaved, and at other places, I usually have to ask for them NOT to do that, but here they don't shave for anyone. They only wax and pluck, which I like. Everyone is very nice, they even offer cookies if they happen to have any :) They do speak their language, but I have never gotten the feeling they are talking about me. Honestly avoid this place unless Lisa is the one doing your nails. I got a very nice older woman named Linda but I'm afraid she chatted me up instead of paying attention to my nails. $30 + $5 for an OK pedicure and a gel manicure that were worth $20 in reality with NO tip. When I asked her to file down my nail to an almond shape, she had no clue what I meant. What?! That's your job to know. As a result none of my nails were shaped how I wanted them to be. She also painted on my skin and didn't clean it which caused the paint to lift and the manicure to peel after 3 days. Totally not worth it or what I paid for. Stay away and be weary of Linda her conversation will distract you from what's really going on. read more

My sister and I walked into this place at around 5ish. At first glance the place looks a bit dirty and not too sterile. I tell them specifically that I want a gel manicure and pedicure. My sister says she wants a regular manicure and pedicure . They don't have a lot of people so they start working on my gel pedicure. Also they don't have a huge color selection. As I'm talking to my sister I notice that they aren't using the gel machine for my toes. I stop the lady #1 and ask if she's doing gel and she says only regular. I tell her no, I asked for gel. Then lady #2 jumps in and and says, "just leave toes regular and we do gel manicure" I say no I specifically asked for gel and this lady proceeds to tell me" oh no that takes too long we close soon" I'm like wow! I ask her what time they close and she says 6:30 and I tell her then you have time. So lady #1 proceeds to redo my toes with gel. While she's doing this lady #2 is just staring at me, I catch her glance and she says oh you have nice eyebrows. Um okay. So then lady #2 starts working on my sisters toes and she does a horrible job. She keeps talking and tells my sister how she doesn't like working but she has to. In the end she does a crappy job on my sisters toes, she misses some spots and rushes everything. Really bad customer service, and expensive. Try to avoid this place. Once lady # 1 finishes with my toes she charges me $30 apparently scrubbing was extra but I wasn't told. Smdh. I have lady #1 a tip because she did a good job. My sister didn't give lady #2 a tip though. Both ladies told us to come back on Monday to do our manicure. Really? No thanks. We only decided to try this salon because the one we originally wanted to go to was really packed and busy. Boy did we pay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay away. read more

Please do not go to this nail shop if cleanliness is important to you. The woman tried to give me a manicure with nippers filled with someone elses skin.
