Mt true rating is 0.25 star!!! I arrived at 9:30am and waited an hour for Kim to do my nails. I even asked the only employee nail technician to please call her to see if she could do my nails and I was waiting for her. He said she said yes. Now the sign says they open at 10am but the rest of the staff came in at 10:35am. I told Ms. Kim Iwas referred by my coworker and wanted to get my nails dipped and polished. Kim was rude and not welcoming. She never said good morning or hello, but retorted I can not do you I'm busy. I said the technician call you to ask if you could do me. That's why I waited an hour for you!! She said no I'm busy get someone else can di you. You don't have an appointment. And walk away rudely. Now I'm not sure what busy is because I was the only customer in the entire shop. Please save yourself. The technicians can barely speak English, the parking is a nightmare, and Ms Kim is unpleasantly rude, unaccommodating, and insensitive. I used to get my acrylic nails done here all the time until one day I asked for "coffin" and they made a weird square shaped nail that was uneven. Today, after 6 months, I went back for a full set done by Kim and once again extremely unsatisfied. I asked for long square nails and she does it extremely thin. Once again, all uneven. She then tells me she made them "medium" but still charged me for a long set of nails. Not to mention she cut me a few times & didn't use clean supplies. They really pay attention to skin and will have all the dead skin removed. One person did my gel mani and someone else did my gel pedi. Both managed to get gel polish on my skin. I was a little upset when I saw this flaw but when I went to pay it was only $47 so I was happy in the end. I had an awesome experience this time. I rated 4 star because a previous experience I got acrylic nails done and they all broke off or cracked within a week. After the assault and battery, I developed Acute Stress Disorder, which is a precursor to PTSD. I experienced severe anxiety and daily panic attacks in the weeks following the event. After being physically beaten by four employees, I had been experiencing dizziness, lightheadedness, daily pressure headaches, nausea, and memory loss, so I went to the Emergency Room. I was diagnosed with Post-concussion Syndrome due to the head injuries the employees imposed on me. The ER doctor stated that traumatic brain injuries could last a few weeks to a few months, and sometimes a year. Biochemical changes to the brain may occur after the traumatic brain injury and psychiatric illnesses may have their onset months to years after the traumatic brain injury. These 4 employees that locked me in their establishment and repeatedly kicked and punched me, increased my risk of developing psychiatric illnesses such as Major Depression and PTSD. I developed alopecia and began experiencing severe hair loss. Shortly after being battered, I developed a tumor on my breast. They will charge you an amount greater than listed on the board and after you pay them the inflated rate they asked, they will lock you in and beat you until you get a concussion. Wrong! My nail tech proceeded with my pedicure, nothing unusual until she felt the need to dig around my toes for an ingrown nail. I was in severe pain! She cut the sides of my toe nails several times and she didn't even care to apologize for her mistake. I come here all the time because their prices are great and they are nice people. Kim is the best at acrylic nails and I would wait for her to do your nails and/or designs for acrylic nails. I give this place 5 stars because they are a nice and simple nail simple nail shop that does coffin nails, pointed nails , square nails, round etc .... but they don't do 3D acrylic designs or ombré nails. They also have waxing services. I usually like to thread my eyebrows but Kim was waxed my eyebrows many times and I have always liked how she does it and doesn't make them too thin. Today I went in for a gel manicure and was cut so badly that the green stuff they use to stop cuts from bleeding wasn't working. They continuously used it but I was bleeding for about 15 minutes.
