Do not go here! We have been loyal customers for over 10 years, but after this experience, we'll never be back. The technician completely ignored what we asked for, and the nails turned out terribly. When I politely asked if another technician could fix them, I was told I had to go back to the same person who had already done such a poor job. Instead of trying to make things right, they doubled down. The customer service was awful, especially considering how expensive their services are. After a decade of supporting this business, it's incredibly disappointing to be treated this way. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers. read more

I've been to Vina's Day Spa twice before this time. I called around to get prices - I wanted to take an old set off and get a new set. I called Vina's and they said "If you are getting a new set, we do not charge to remove the old set. Total for medium gelx is $55". I repeated the price and they said yes. After hanging up with them, I remembered that that was the same price as the last time that I went so decided to make an appointment and go here. I get there at my appt time and they start with my pedicure and my gelx removal. Once my pedicure is complete, I look down and 3 nails were half-painted. I kindly asked for her to please paint the missing areas and she did. My pedicure didn't look clean and crisp, but I didn't say anything as I try not to complain. I got moved to a table so that he could do my gelx. He glues my nails and one of my thumbs was extremely crooked so I had to say something. He said "it's because you moved" and was annoyed. He removed my nail and glued a new one on. I looked at it and said "the nail isn't fully cured, and I can tell the corner is going to chip off" and sure enough, it chipped off. He took it off and put a new nail. I looked at it and said "this thumb is extremely bigger and longer than my other thumb, can you please file it down?" He said "no it isn't" I asked again and he fixed it. Finally after everything was done I went to pay. He said "$65 for your hands" I was confused as to why he was charging me $65 vs the $55 that I got told over the phone. When I asked him he ignored me. Another worker asked me what was going on and I told him about it and he started talking to me in his language, knowing well that I do not speak the language. I asked again in English and he ignored me. I asked another worker and she said "you didn't call, that didn't happen" basically calling me a liar!!! I was so upset I couldn't believe it!!! 2 days later and my nail on my toe completely peeled off. I will never be coming back here again!!! read more

Nice little nail salon. This is my first time here. Walk ins are welcome. My initial impression was not too positive because the regular nail polish seemed old and dried up. I almost left but one of the staff came out and showed me the other gel/regular polish which seemed better. Staff is really nice. Luna who did not do my pedicure works t is hilarious! So I just got my nails done somewhere else and they were wayyyyyy too long. One of my associates told me to come here and I'm glad I did. I got there right before closing and felt so bad because I know the staff probably wanted to go home to their families. Andy helped me fix these long nails and got them to the size and shape I wanted and they look better than before! He didn't rush and took his time to make sure they looked good. This luxurious treatment included a hair wash and conditioning, a face mask and scrub, and head massage of the scalp, neck, and shoulder. So I decided to come in to Vina's for a $75 pedicure and Trisha was my nail technician, I was trying to relax during my pedicure, but was unable to because this woman decided to FaceTime her loved one in Vietnam while giving me a pedicure. I have never in my life seen anyone do this! To say the least, I felt extremely uncomfortable as her husband, Brother whoever was staring at my feet while I'm getting a pedicure, absolutely unprofessional!!!! The owner and the other ladies said nothing while this was going on, not until I made a stink about it did they realize how unprofessional their nail technician was. I did not want this woman to finish my pedicure so I got up and I paid for my $75 pedicure and the owner excepted my payment with no worries at all. I've been to this establishment many times I've spent hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars at this location. I will never be back. To the owner I hope that the $75 that you charged me was worth it. You have an employee that obviously does not care about your clients. She does not care about your business. In fact, she doesn't even care about her job. All I do know is that I do not recommend going to this nail salon. As of 12/14/2023 I believe the owners reply says everything that needs to be said about this incident and about how they conduct business. "I forced them to charge me $75" lol Ummm?!? OK! How about you, Should've been embarrassed that you're employee obviously wasn't doing their job and you shouldn't have charged me anything.. instead, I was so mortified and embarrassed at what was happening that I said, I want to pay and leave, you and the other employees started yelling at that nail technician, in Vietnamese, which made me feel even more uncomfortable!!! This is a lovely little spot. I came here literally from the pedicure chair of another spot up the street. They hurt me while removing my acrylics. I walked in and was promptly greeted with a smile. I felt bad because I arrived 45 minutes before closing and I knew they'd have to stay late. They told me not to worry. I ended up with cat eye gel on my fingernails and love it. Rio took good care of me for my full set and was very gentle and sweet. The man who did my pedicure was also very kind. I did my best to tip well. My full set with cat eye and design, and basic pedicure was $135 + tip. It was worth it for the pampering they provided. I saw they offer scalp massage on another review. I'd love to check it out. I know it's hard working directly with clients and providing a personal service, so I wanted to be sure to give them the credit they so deserve. So I'll give them 5 stars for the good customer service, parking, was able to get my feet done as soon as I got there at 11:30am, and it only took 45 mins. They didn't push me to get anything else. I have been coming to Vina's for a year for basic manicure with Dip and Pedicure. Because the service is always so good and professional I decided to try the Head Spa. I got the Platinum package which included hair wash and condition with scalp massage, neck and shoulder massage, facial , mud masks and more. I was very comfortable and able to fully relax . I got a nail design but unfortunately came out very messy. I told them to change the color to match my toes but they insisted on white. I did not want white nails. When I tried to change my toes to match the nail color they were going to charge me extra. Although they were very friendly i'm disappointed in the charges and did not receive what I wanted at all. I still gave a very generous tip, but they still wanted to charge me extra. So I paid $150 for the service $40 tip and they couldn't change the nail color that I wanted. Very Upsetting. read more
