The first time I got my nails done here I absolutely loved it. It was perfect. I got gel X and a pedicure. The lady didn't really wanna talk until she asked me what I do for a living then her energy changed. The entire time the lady was talking about my glasses and giving me compliments asking me where I worked. It was a little weird, but I didn't care or think anything of it. The next time I came in and got gel nails and a pedicure, I wasn't able to tip as big as I did the time before and they treated me completely different. my nails broke off the same day I got them done. I came back to get it fixed and then it broke again the next day and when I came back, they refunded me my money and didn't want to fix it. A few months later today, I came back to get my gel nails and my pedicure and they said they had somebody available. Then the lady looks at me and all the sudden nobody is available. It made me a lil sad and uncomfortable that they would treat me this way for no reason. I am a young black woman and they definitely prioritized the older non black women that come in and treated them differently until they heard I was a celebrity chef. Then everything changed. Hope you guys treat your customers better in the future. I'm very disappointed because I sent so many people to them and was excited to come back. read more

Stopped by with my girlfriends and was sat right away even on a Sunday! Got my nails done today for Valentine's Day, wanted something fun and girly. Establishment was very clean and well looked after. Something I really look for when getting my nails done. Especially during these times! Vicky and Tom are so nice. They really take their time filing and listen to what I want in my nail shape. The service was really friendly and always made sure I was comfortable. Prices are very reasonable for the type of service you get here. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back. read more

I am new to Jade spa. I chose to give it a try when my nail technician Kimberly let me know she would be working here. Kimberly does the best work and I would always recommend seeing her for a pedicure or a full set. The prices here at Jade are unmatched anywhere. I had a gel manicure here that lasted well over a month without any peeling or bubbling. My family has been coming here for years so I gave them a shot. A clean no frills quiet salon that can get you in right away. Staff is attentive and friendly, I have sensitive cuticles and they've never nicked them. I found them really reasonably priced with an impressive gel and dip collection. read more

Kim the owner is now located at Jade's Beauty spa next door to 99cent store! Unfortunately due to a fire, her shop is closed at the moment. I am visiting from Michigan and decided to see what's out here, her reviews wowed me! Not only does she know what she's doing, but she does an AMAZING JOB AT IT! You can definitely tell this women is passionate and very knowledgeably in this field of work. Kim is carful, super sweet, has a good eye to details and all around just a wonderful lady. When I'm back in town I'll definitely come back to do my nails just with her! I would recommend her 10000%!!! Super happy that we came across her. She took such good care of me from beginning to end. I wanted a simple natural looking french, he recommend Gel-X, i have never had this done before & i let him know that. He didn't really offer an explanation, i asked questions & he kind of answered them but was a bit dismissive. During the process of him applying the nails, gel touched my skin multiple times (i am severely afraid of contact dermatitis) & let him know id prefer if he doesn't touch my skin with gel but he continued to. He would use literal GLOBS of gel to adhere the fake nail. the whole appointment i let him know they are way too thick & he said he's be filing at the end which would thin them out. That never happened. I paid over $100 to hate my nails. After sleeping on it i decided to get them removed the next day. I did go back & got them removed & redone (loved how they turned out) HOWEVER MY NATURAL nails are destroyedddddd it's been a couple months but my nails still have the Red ring Of fire & it's probably gonna be months to have them back to 100% healthy. Will not be returning sadly ):

From the jump, even the small but sweet personal gestures stood out, like her noticing me reading my Kindle and bringing over a stand to make it easier for me. The manicure itself was so well done: went from month-long scraggly claws to immaculately-shaped, perfectly-polished hands. I marveled at her care/detail: from the cuticles, to even underneath my nail (where I had noticed some bits of annoying skin prior to my arrival, which she gently clipped away). I don't usually fall for upsells but the way she thoughtfully proposed a paraffin wax for my very dry hands swayed me with minimal pressure. A $10 add-on well worth it- came with a hand/arm massage as well. Altogether less than $100 (for a level 2 pedicure and gel manicure). I recently visited Jade Beauty Nail Salon, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a beautifully decorated space that made me feel instantly relaxed. Tom, the nail technician who worked on my nails, was simply amazing! He was attentive, professional, and truly skilled at his craft. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions that enhanced my vision. The attention to detail was impressive, and you could tell that Tom takes pride in his work. The quality of the products used was top-notch, and my nails have never looked better! My lash technician was Van, who is one of the owners, and she was amazing -- so detailed, gentle, and really made sure I was happy with the results. My lashes turned out even better than I hoped -- super natural but full and flattering. Looking this good should be illegal -- thanks, Luxury Nailspa! I found out Luxury Nailspa is woman-owned by two sisters and a family-run business, which makes me love supporting them even more. Looking at their menu, I didn't realize that they offer so many different types or services from permanent make up to nails and facials. I'm already planning to come back soon to try more services! Appointments are definitely recommended -- they stay pretty busy, which says a lot about how good they are! Terrible experience here…read more I came in to get a pedicure because I am pregnant and can't reach my feet anymore. While my left foot soaked she trimmed and filed the nails on my right foot. When it came time to switch she skipped trimming the nails on the left foot and went straight to working on cuticles. Which during that process she ripped skin off of my big toe and made me bleed. I waited to see if she would trim the nails on that side but she switched feet again and started doing cuticles on the right foot. When she was done I asked if she could trim the nails on the left foot. She turned to talk to the manager because she didn't understand what I was requesting. After some back and forth with the manager she laughed and said she already did it. She pointed to my big toe that she made bleed and said "remember?!" I let her know that she only did my cuticles but she didn't trim the nails and I would like her to do that. She again turned to the manager and had a back and forth exchange with her and then the manager told me she already did it. At this point I was feeling gaslit and upset so I just told them it's fine. They talked to eachother for a few more exchanges and then the technician laughed, and started filling the nails on my left foot and trimming more of my cuticles. This was my fourth visit over two years and every time I have had a negative experience. This was by far the worst and I will never return here again.

Everyone was friendly and inviting. Cute comfy chairs and bowl as pictured. Wine was served which was of course a plus. I can't speak to the price, we paid $35 for a pedicure on Groupon and I wasn't the one who researched. Cons: Downside no massage function in the chairs (but personally I didn't care about that). Service took long. Interesting way to do the Pedicure. Your feet don't go into water until about halfway through service. Only two pedicure techs available. Polish change did not include cutting or filling nails. They charge for removal of gel polish with services, which is unsual in my experience. Overall, I would recommend and would return, if in the area.

When I read that Henry (he seems to be the manager or owner) plays the acoustic guitar upon request, I was interested in getting my nails done here. My pet peeve at salons is when the techs try to sell me on a service and have a pushy way of doing it. Linh is so sweet natured that she was not pushy at all when she offered callous removal and a manicure. She has a gentle touch with the calf massage. Henry played the acoustic guitar for us and he did a wonderful job! I was not able to take photos of that as there was a customer in the pedicure chair adjacent to where he was. I was the last customer of the day until 6:40ish PM midweek. Henry and another tech left for the day around 630. The salon is clean and small with 3 techs. They take ca$h, Zelle, and credit cards preferably cash or Zelle. Located in a large strip mall that has Von's and Dollar Tree. Be careful in the huge parking lot. There are cars coming from multiple directions. If you're around Redondo or Torrance area and need a mani/pedi, Lovely Nails is a great shop to support local biz!
