Honestly, I really wanted to like this place and have given it multiple chances, but unfortunately the service has been very inconsistent. It seems like the experience you get depends on who you are or who walks through the door. For example, some customers are offered water while others aren't, and when it comes to fixing a nail, one person might be told "come back in an hour," while someone else is told "of course, we'll take care of it." I appreciate businesses that treat all customers equally, and sadly that hasn't been my experience here. The inside decor is beautiful and the location is super convenient, which makes it even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the way the salon is run really takes away from what could otherwise be a great spot. I'll be looking for a new nail salon moving forward. read more

I'm not from the area, but came here because it was on the way to a dinner I was attending and hadn't gotten my nails done in a while - I should've waited to be honest. While I understand construction was out of their control (they did apologize) it made for an awkward experience and felt like I was getting services in a warehouse with gentleman coming in and out. I also told the nail tech one coat was fine of the "nude" color she chose as a base, she said no. Now I feel like my nails are pink with a red French tip. Doesn't feel classy at all. I thought this was going to be a great experience. First time here and I just moved here so I was hoping to find a good nail salon. I had a classic mani and a gel polish manicure. I left with my feet dry because apparently there is no lotion after the pedicure and the gel manicure I never was asked to wash my hands after the cuticle removal to put the gel polish. I also had to ask for oils for my cuticles before I left. This nail salon left me feeling ripped off for services rendered. Too much for getting no satisfaction. Louis did my pedicure never listened or acknowledged my request for a foot scrub and Tiffany did my nails which came out good but my hands felt dirty and dry. (Dirty meaning residue from filling and slacking my finger nails) If you decide to try don't expect much. read more

I'm really disappointed to be writing this because I was a loyal customer for over 3 years, but today was the final straw and I won't be coming back. The biggest issue has consistently been the front desk woman, who is loud, obnoxious, and completely disorganized. Despite the fact that I've been coming here for years and always request either Katie or Tiffany, she somehow manages to mess up my appointment almost every time. I make my request very clear when I book, yet I frequently arrive and get assigned to someone else. It makes absolutely no sense and shows a complete lack of attention to regular customers. On top of that, I've also noticed that I'm often charged different prices for the exact same service. I get the same thing done every time, yet somehow the total keeps changing depending on who is ringing me up. It feels unprofessional and honestly makes me question the integrity of the pricing. Today I was assigned to Linh instead of the technician I requested, and unfortunately the quality of the nails was not good at all. The work looked rushed and uneven, which was extremely disappointing considering the level of service I used to receive here. It's frustrating because this salon used to be great, but between the constant scheduling mistakes, inconsistent pricing, and declining quality, it's clear things have changed. After being a loyal customer for over three years, this is a really disappointing way to lose someone who used to recommend this place. I'll be finding a new nail salon going forward. read more

This place is amazing! They take walk ins, everyone's friendly, and it's in an amazing location. I came here in hopes that someone could fix my French tip manicure I had just gotten done at a different salon - they looked terrible!!! So I called Bliss Nail Lounge and spoke to Rose. I wanted to see if they could fix the shape and the French tip because the other salon left my nails super uneven and messy. Rose said they could take me right away and fix them. Nicky did my color change and she was incredible! Super detailed and kept checking in to make sure the shape was right, the French tip was as thick/thin as I wanted, and put oil on my cuticles after. Edit: my toes are bubbled and bleeding. I didn't notice inside the store, but the second I walked out I can see that my toes also looked terrible. I told the woman working the front that I hated my nails and she didn't offer me any kind of discount or anything. She said she would tell the owner. So I spent $92 on these shit looking nails. I'm definitely going to try to find time to have someone else fix them this week after my toe heals. I'll be honest...Normally the work is great. My toes do look great but my manicure already looks like it's grown out 2 weeks. I'm literally sitting in the salon writing this. I can be believe she didn't put the gel all the way to the start of my nail. I can tell it's going to look like shit in less than a week .she also filed my nail all the way down super short when I asked for skinny square. I had spent the last 3 weeks growing my nails out for this and now they're back to nubs. I think I need to find myself a new salon. read more

First time customer cuz I just moved up here to the area. So I'm always nervous when I try a new salon after being with my old salon for so long. I booked with Bliss because online booking was sooo easy and it got decent reviews. So overall, I'd definitely come back. The inside is so pretty and it's interesting they there are no manicure only stations. It's set up for mani pedi at the same time. That's what I came in for so it works out but I am interested to see how my mani only appointment goes. As for the service I came in at 10am on a Saturday so I expect e it to be busy, which is was. I had an appointment at 10 and they greeted and sat me at a station right away. I only waited for a few minutes before the pedicure started and they thanked me for waiting. I think Cindy did my pedicure and Tiffany did my manicure. Both did an excellent job and were very sweet. I always worry someone will cut my cuticles too deep my first visit but both techs were fabulous at their job. Tiffany was very meticulous on my manicure and Cindy was gentle on my feet. I'll be making my next appointment here. Gotta pay for parking and try to find it early on the weekend but expect that if you do anything in the Village. Lovely Music is played in the background so it's a good ambience. Can't control chatter between clients but I still like their setup. I did the regular mani pedi and paid $105. Prices are listed and I didn't feel pressure to upgrade. Give them a shot! read more

I'm honestly really disappointed. I asked for arcylic because it's more affordable and in my budget and was told that "gel x is actually cheaper" and only 70 something dollars. So I went with gel x, only to be told at the end that my nails were 95 dollars....And mind you I DID NOT get any special shaping or colors. Very plain and rounded and the nails were even rushed so they aren't even. It feels really shitty being tricked by a company about a price when they can see I'm young and specifically said I was getting acrylic, because I needed a more affordable price. the place looked nice. i got my toes done and they did a lot of things wrong; cut my nails without asking(and they cut them so short and kept filling them the file cut me and they were sore for a week) didn't ask what shape i wanted, rushed me to pick a color (which made me just pick black), and they didn't even give a little massage. for what i got it was very over priced. it was $50 for gel pedicure and i only smoked my feet for maybe 5 minutes each she started cutting and filling my nails before i can put my feet in the water. the only good thing was the free chocolate and the ambiance. read more

I started coming here after one of my good friends recommended it. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I was looking for a good dip manicure as my nails were becoming very thin after an incident at a previous salon. Anyway, things started off fine. I got my first dip and it looked ok, maybe a bit too thick but I'd never had one before and thought that's the way it was. My friend who recommended it saw my nails and was like oooh noooo, they should fix that for you. So, I went a second time weeks later and they actually did a really good job. It was pricey though, but again, I thought that's just what it costs. I've been here several times after that and each time, it seems quality goes downhill. My second to last time, they cut me pretty badly and offered me $5 off. The last time I was there, I left with four cuts on four different fingers/toes & it actually hurt to wear shoes for about a week. To top it off, they had trouble with their dip colors matching the samples they have at the front of the shop. When I told the girl that it didn't look right, she was visibly annoyed that I asked her to change it & the man overseeing everything was just like, yeah, the color samples are discolored & inaccurate against the color in the jar. No apologies, no discount so I just paid and left. I've since found a new place that I'm happy with so far, is 30% cheaper, no cuts and free parking right in front of the shop. read more

My nail technician was rude, cut me twice which was painful, refused to cut my toe nails shorter... didn't clean the skins properly... And it was a stressful horrible experience.
