Ivy does my Gel-X sets and somehow takes every random idea I throw at her and turns it into the cutest nails ever. Her designs are always insanely detailed, clean, and creative. Every set looks even better than the inspo picture I walked in with pretending I knew what I wanted. And Thi is the ONLY person I trust with my toes anymore. The level of precision she puts into cleaning the cuticles and shaping them is unreal. She takes her time, pays attention to every little detail, and my toes always come out perfect. Our first time there, we had made an appointment for 3 of us. They were super busy so we were patient. They had started my sister and my daughter first which was fine, then after 40 minutes it was my turn. The staff were all very friendly ( they just need to manage the appointments and walk ins better) Very spacious and pretty inside. Because of how busy they were my sister wasn't even able to get her gel done, my daughter's polish wasn't done great either. (The paint was all over the skin. I think she just forgot to clean the edges) We most likely won't go back unfortunately. But maybe others will have better service! read more

This is my favorite nail salon in Torrance! It's gorgeous inside, with a luxurious feel. The ladies are nice and welcoming and do a good job on your nails and toes. The prices are a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for my nails never lift and my gel pedis last me 4-6 weeks. My nails w gel x lasts me3-4 weeks! The a guy that did my nails was watching the soccer game on his phone the whole time. It was a 15 minute manicure and he barely did anything to my nails since he was so distracted by the soccer game. As a first time customer , the receptionist should have told me there was a $5 gel removal charge. Helen did a great job with my gel manicure - I actually appreciated that she took her time to do my nails!! Jenny kept saying "You like my massage? it's good huh?"... it actually sucked. She doesn't know how to massage - just "wiping her hands up and down". Jenny also waxed my eyebrows. She sucked. When she first applied it it was nice and warm then kept adding and pushing the wax while it was cold.. she even got wax in my hair. Your salon is pretty but service sucks. You folks charge for everything. $10 for callus removal?!?!? Sorry, not coming back again. read more

The first time i came here i loved it i had zero problems easy peasy. I just came today and it was a completely different experience. It really agitates me when a customer asks for something, and you as the service provider are incapable of doing it but you still try to do it even though you know you can't. It's OKAY to not know how to do something. I understand everyone needs to learn, absolutely by all means but do not try to practice on a full playing client. That is where I have a problem. Because why are 3 nails techs trying to do french tip on my toes. I have been getting regular polish french tip almost every appointment for years, i do not have issues ever. I just moved on this side of town so im looking for a good spot and im sad about this. Do not tell me "oh its easier with gel to clean up" while yes that is true, if you dont know how to work as well with regular polish just say that and i will choose something easier. I suggested we do one color twice because i sat there for 1.5 hours for a pedicure which is insane to me. I also paid extra for the scrubby dubby and they didn't even put lotion on my legs after washing it so they were super shiny bc of how dry they were but i just wanted to get out of there. The one positive is that the staff was nice. If it wasn't for that it wouldve been a complete loss. Whoever the lady was who did my toes the first time, she was awesome! read more

Loved this place in the beginning. I've been to this nail salon 3 times now. Unfortunately not going to go back. I recently got a gel manicure with a hard gel. Decided to get chrome on top of the color I chose. I was very patient with the guy doing my pedicure because he didn't know how to add the chrome and he had to have someone else come and help him to do it. Now my gel manicure with chrome was not what I asked for and to top it off it started peeling that very same day. Went in the next day to ask them if they could fix it and the same nail tech completely redid them for me no charge, which I appreciated but again next day it started to peel again. Maybe this just isn't the place to get chrome but it's a bit overpriced and the same 8-10 cover pop songs really give me a headache sucks that this happened because I really had a great experience when I first came. read more

I looked through the services and I picked a service I thought I could really give myself the "WORKS" that I deserve you know. I picked Indulgent Pedicure plus I added gel, I sit down, I get sparkling water and Champagne. Im like Yes! YESSSS I love this... from then on down hill it went.... I notice.. little bugs on me, I tell the lady hey . It's mosquitos flying around can you guys close the door. I was seated right in front of the door ( it was night) the gentlemen came over said no. Im like its mosquitos flying on me! Im like can I move? He's no. Im like why? He's like the lady doing your pedicure says your feet are already in the bowl. Im looking confused like what are talking about. Then I'm sitting she then points to the basic pedicure package. I said no I got this the Indulgent. She said NO, I do this more simple. Im like what? She then says it's also more cheaper trust me get this one. In my head. Im like why is she bringing up price to me? Im like you know what. Do it because I want to leave at this point. I came in wanting this big package. You have the mosquitos eating me up and you talking about price to me, like I dont have money. So she starts working. As she working she skips the soak, and I ask her about it and she's like I'll give you a scrub instead. Im really ready to go. She swipes me down with a towel from I don't know where. I tried this Salon out for the first time probably 4-5 weeks ago. They did a really good job. I just got a gel mani pedi , French tip. They lasted so long, I ended up peeling them off cuz I just got bored but you can see my nails without the gel, honestly this is the strongest they have felt with gel and peeled off they are so strong! This place is very nice and clean, they are a little pricey I paid almost 200$ for gel mani and pedi including tip. read more
