Top Spa N Nails is my go to nail salon! I try to bring friends with me too when I come! This time my friend got a gel manicure, my other friend got a pedicure, and I got a Gel X manicure. Peter and Cathy were very friendly and nice. My Gel X nails ended up being my engagement nails! Got them done last Friday, my best friend and boyfriend (now fiancé) helped plan and execute an epic proposal on Saturday! I get lots of compliments on my nails and I definitely recommend this place to others! Any design you can think of they can execute

I got full set acrylic done with them for $45. They take walk-ins and they're really quick with their work. I'm glad they don't over file my nail so I came out of the appointment sore-free! When you first walk in, they ask you to pick a color from the variety of nail polish on the wall. My only complaint is that the shape of my nails look bean-like instead of them being straight. Haha but it is what it is.

I would never go back to this nail salon. I came here for my wedding nails since (at the time) it had high ratings, however after my experience it's hard to believe it was rated so high. I came here with my cousin (my maid of honor) and they butchered her nails. We thought they had redeemed themselves by not charging her and walking her to the car while continuing to apologize, however this was not the case. My nails finished later (after my cousin already left) and they proceeded to tell me the cost of my nails AND THE COST OF MY COUSIN'S NAILS. I refused to pay for my cousins nails but left a tip for her nail artist. The whole interaction was incredibly manipulative. Please save your money and go literally anywhere else!

Great deal for gel nails. I knocked off the stars because they use a drill to file down your the top of your nail. I don't do my nails often so I didn't speak up when it happened. It was only after did I learn that it's not necessary to do that and it's bad for your nails. The design skills and patience of my nail lady was great though. It's been 12 days and I noticed that it's not really lasting as long as the manicure I previously had (tip is chipping a bit) but it's not a big deal. I still love the design and got lots of compliments for it.

Unfortunately, the quality of the pedicure and gel manicure I received wasn't very good. Not sure if they diluted the nail polish. But the quality of the polish is thin and there were tiny bumps in my polish. For the cost the quality wasn't there. read more

I'd say this place is more like a 4.5 stars. So far every nail technician I had did a decent job, so don't have any complaints there. However, I do wish that they first start off by using acetone soaked cottons and then try and use the drill to remove my gel nails. I feel like if they go straight to removing my gel with the drill tool, my natural nails will thin out. I will be going back again due to their price for gel manicure. Oh and Peter did an amazing job with my Halloween design loved it. Spider and a cob Webb. Should have taken a photo!!! read more

This nail salon has great prices and my nails turned out great. They're willing to do any designs or additions you like and it's doesn't cost an arm and a leg. However, when it comes to details it could be a little better and my nails aren't lasting as long as I would like. You get what you pay for but I definitely would recommend. All the staff is very friendly and I felt comfortable and they provided excellent customer service. read more

They move a little fast and I felt a few pricks and pins during the pedicure service. BUT gurrrrrrrllllll..!!!!! How many nails shops you know that has GOOD air ventilation. I got a mani pedi without feeling nauseous from the fumes. The technicians are very friendly, a little pushy, but overall super pleasant! Most importantly--they laid down clean smooth coats on my claws. Jen did my nails and Kathy did my pedicure. read more

Both of my experiences here have been great. I bite my nails down to the bones, I know working on my nails was a mission and probably so tedious. I'm very self-conscious about my nails. They were super professional and friendly. I got a same day appointment both times. Everyone was super friendly. Their prices are reasonable and fair. Quality. The guy who worked on my nails/ manicure did a horrible job cleaning up the cuticles, cutting my nails unevenly, leaving edges,and just the effort entirely was weak. Basically he didn't do it. All I needed was a clean up of cuticles a cut/file. He acted like he was doing just that.. just to find out the magic of putting on cuticle oil and tucking away skin . The lady that worked on my feet put a bit more effort than he did for sure! Never again 55 bucks for lazy work. Not planning on going back especially if a regular/ basic manicure/ pedicure can't even be done right. This place is one of the worst services ever. It seemed it was a shock to ask for some basic service and the. The shocker was the below basic delivery of the service. The vibe.. just put your phone on translate and sit back and read what it types as they talk. People pay you to do what you chose to do.. please be right and don't bite hands and feet that feed you. Seriously. read more

Amazing nail salon, everyone here is very friendly and professional. All the nail technicians are great at what they do, I'm very pleased every time I walk out of here. So far, every photo I've shown them, they always end up doing a far out better job then what I ask for. My experience all together was so weird. They were aggressively nice when walking in, had us wait 25 mins which wasn't that big of a deal I didn't mind cause I was indecisive. Once the man sat down he didn't even greet me or anything just started working on my nails, didn't ask what I wanted or anything. I had to say "can I have this " (french tip) he said okay . Didn't talk again until he needed to know how long I wanted the nails. Then once he started to paint then he put on an aqua pink base coat which was not the one I wanted at all. He didn't even ask nor match the picture . After the base I was trusting the process because it was not terrible but he globbed white polish on my nails and continued to carve out French tip w nail polish remover. I was stunned. When it was finished I was not completely unsatisfied they were okay but not what I asked for. He seemed to be a sweet guy and did them fast maybe it just wasn't his day. However the guy who did my friends nails did amazing . I do nails so I ended up fixing them , I just wanted my nails done and didn't want to do them but I ended up having to anyway. read more

My pedicure with Gracie was so relaxing, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. Such a pampering experience. My nails were done by a male, I didn't catch his name but he was absolutely amazing. He really paid attention to detail and did such an awesome job. Imagine a plate you left in the sink. Don't you wash the plate first before you use it again? Same with my nails. Instead of cleaning the nails and removing the cuticles first, the person grinds them down first and starts to add the acrylic powder, leaving some cuticles stuck underneath it. Then, after painting my nails, cleans my cuticles. BTW, he barely cleaned my cuticles and they are still a mess. It's not like I sat in my chair quiet either. During this process, I've told him about my cuticles FOUR TIMES, assuring me that they would be fine, while his coworkers stared and watched and let him do his thing? Again, have you ever had a manicurist clean cuticles AFTER placing your acrylic set? Anyways, the nails are great... why?!...because polish always hides imperfection. So yes, the acrylic nails are pretty. My cuticles in the other hand are dry, hideous, and unkempt. My natural nails don't grow that fast, and it's not 72 hours that my left thumb looks like it needs a fill, there is an 1/8" gap from my cuticle to the acrylic, while the other 9 fingers have overgrown cuticles that needs to be cleaned. This is the second and last time I come here for a manicure. 1 star for my manicure 5 stars for my pedicure Negative star for manicurist not listening to me. read more

I've been coming to Pro Nails salon off and on for many years and it's difficult to tell which one…read moreI am reviewing, so I will review both noting what I feel are the key differences. The Sepulveda location has been around longer. I usually call and ask if Helen is available and usually I can get in quickly. I think each technician at the Sepulveda location has a different style. Helen opened up the PCH location and it was later sold to a different owner. I consider both locations about the same rating, but I like them for different reasons. I prefer Sepulveda location if I want white French tips, which I just went in for and they did a beautiful job. If I want them to use my own nail color I also go there. They have easy parking and easy to get in and out fast. The PCH location does not carry white tips, will not use polish that you bring in and parking can be a challenge. The PCH technicians all seem to turn out a similar nice result and they use more variety of small bit attachments on their tools. Small bits can get into tight spots and clean up under the nail better in my opinion. The PCH salon is better maintained with more spacious. I didn't touch on sanitation. That's something to ask about.

I told her that next time I only want two coats. She replied that next time I need to tell her but how would I think she'd do three coats when she did only two on my hands? I am a little surprised at her retort. I still tipped generously because I appreciate the intention but not likely to come back.

I had a great first impression when i first entered this shop they were very welcoming, however i DO NOT RECCOMEND the male nail tech. he was very reserve and often strict minded. NOT only was his aura the most unpleasant but he cut my cuticles too low!!! to the point where they were Bleeding a lot. I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THERE .... but i continued to let him redeem himself. after i washed the blood off he styled my nails. I was rushed out by this individual as soon as another customer came in and it was only 10 mins after completing my nails. I will never go back. Then i got back home and my fingers continued to bleed. its been two days and as you can see it is a deep cut trying to heal. SMH NEVER. read more

It's my first time getting a pedicure from a nail salon. Usually I get it from my family just for fun. When I first step into the salon, it was super clean, and their staffs are nice enough to give us some discounts. I had some problems with my foot and Anna (one of the staffs) rubbed off the dead skin and bad problems on my feet. After 30 or more minutes, my feet felt like a soft tofu. I enjoyed they give me service such as the massage chairs and some chill music. I would definitely go here again, maybe for both manicure and pedicure. read more
