Absolutely terrible experience. I went in with clear instructions on what I wanted, and they completely ignored me. Not only did they do a horrible job on my nails, but when I politely voiced my concerns, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. I've been coming here for a while and honestly the service has always been horrible. Not even sure why I keep returning. But I'm done for good. I went and got an acrylic set and they were ok. Well a week and a half passed and I tried to take them off because I work with immunocompromised babies for work and I had to take them off. They were not coming off. So I went in to have them take them off and they couldn't even get this stuff off of me! She filed it down so it doesn't look like I have acrylics on but they're still on there. Three weeks later and the acrylic will still not come off! I have never had this problem before and this place should be closed down because they also tried to use used tools on me and if I say something they bring out a cheap tool that doesn't do the job the same. But the nail tech Tracy was super sweet and worked with me and changed the shape. She is very passionate about client's happiness and was super sweet to me even though I was being difficult. This nail salon is very old school. They do a fast job, just want you in and out and operate like a factory where there is no art gone into the nails. The nail techs are nice and that has nothing to do with this review. I'm a mommy and I rarely get to get out and treat myself. I haven't gotten my nails done in almost 8 months. I was very excited to one get alone time, two to be able to treat myself and three to have nice nails. Unfortunately my nail tech didn't have much experience from the look of my nails, she was nice but didn't understand what I was asking of her, I had tried several times to to tell her about the shape and the thickness of my nails but I don't think she understood or had the background and experience to do acrylic nails. my nail tech did my toes and they came out beautiful and I was very pleased. The nail salon wasn't busy, I had also seen two other nail techs look at my nails and could tell that they weren't any good. it made me a bit upset that neither of them jumped in to help her. I didn't say anything else because I had already told her a few times what I wanted and it wasn't going anywhere. I left unsatisfied and spent $78 for a poor job. It's my first time here and although I've read a lot of bad reviews I still gave it a try. I was helped right away as I walked in... the problem is, I was in and out in 15 minutes for a manicure and pedicure. They rush their work that they do such a poor job. I get this vibe that this salon only wants your $$ and don't care of customers' satisfaction. The nail tech that did my pedicure just kept making' comments about my cuticle that it made feel uncomfortable. Uh, excuse me, that's why I'm here for. Color palette doesn't match the color of the nail polish. When I complained and asked to speak with the manager, the woman never looked up nor acknowledged me. (Lady next to me had the same issue and was argued with and told she'd get charged more to change the color.) Also, you'll be charged for a "spa" after the fact, and when you question it, you'll get a broken English explanation of "next time you get spa", "more expensive to do outside". Unfortunately got a very uncomfortable nail tech, was very judgmental and kept picking at my nails. She was brushing on the base and color coat very messily so she had to keep digging her nail into my nail sides and left some of the base on my skin which caused my skin to start burning a little when I went to put my nails in the gel machine. The price advertised was not the price the paid- $17 on board but paid $23 even though she didn't cut my nails or get rid of any nail polish etc. read more

Didn't get her name but, my nail technician does not like her job very much and it shows. I tried to be pleasant with her and I may have gotten a half smile from her as I smiled at her and asked "how are you?" Anyway, regarding the mani- pedi, it is below mediocre work. Weak pedi massage. Probably the worst set I've ever gotten. I called ahead to ask if they were busy and she said no so I told her that I was on my way. I show up and she tells me to wait 30 minutes so I go next door and literally get a 30 minute foot massage to kill time. When I come back, she tells me that I took too long and that new customers came in so I had to wait longer even though I came back after 30 minutes, which is what she told me to do. I'm disappointed that I even had to wait because the reason that I called ahead of time was so that I didn't have to wait so long. All I came for was white tips, so I assumed it wouldn't be hard to mess up. She would've ended up giving me duck feet nails if I didn't say anything but they still look a bit funky. She glued the tips way too far onto my nail so it looks like I used to bite my nails or something. Also, she was not gentle at all with my fingers. I would try to hint to her that it was hurting but she did not catch it. She was being so rough that some of the skin around my nails started bleeding. Even when she finished my nails, the skin around them stung so bad. I was dreading the moment she would be finished. Once she was done, she checked to see if only my index finger nails were even, not anything else and she failed to see that my thumb nails are really uneven lengths. I've never given a place just 1 star, but this nail salon doesn't even deserve 1 star. They weren't even friendly. Prices are reasonable however they are always in a rush and they do cut me every time I go in, it never fails! Quality of nails is not the greatest either, they put too much acrylic and leave a lot of residue afterwards. Tina is the best though when it comes to pedicures! Now I remember . . . . they don't use cuticle remover, nor do they place any type of treatment to the spa water. The oldest sister who is the owner did my new full acrylic set. My nails looked like stubs on a manikin, she never once asked if I liked them. walked away. I was so upset with myself for waiting until the last minute I paid and ran out. Oh and at one point the owner wanted to charge me 2.00 for testing a color. Clearly they nickle and dime their clients. Normally I get a fill and a design on my ring finger on each hand. Its about 28.00. So yesterday Michele charges my 27.00 I asked why so much? I was charged for the fill and because I asked her to cut my nails a tad shorter I was charged for that. She kept chipping at one of my nails till she pulled it off and I got charged for a new nail. I got no designs. I usually give a 5.00 tip for my nails and another for the design. I will be looking for another place. read more
