With Covid changing the rules and the way businesses are running it's been hard to get an appointment anywhere. Pro Top was able to accommodate me and even called be and offered an earlier appointment. Upon arriving I was screened for temperature and asked to fill out a safety notice. Yes was happy to do so. While my visit, I observed several cleaning moments, social distancing and constant sanitizing . I felt welcomed and safe. Lee did my nails and he was efficient and spot on with what I wanted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL GET FUNGUS. They do not sterilize supplies or properly clean pedi spas. The proper procedure to put the necessary hygiene chemicals into the pedi spa is not followed at all. I have been coming here for over a decade but after contracting fungus I have finally had to part ways with them. Lucy is the only amazing technician here it's sad to have her be associated with this type of establishment. I have also spoken to others and sadly have seen people come in and complain of getting fungus too, if I had known this before I would have never continued being a customer. read more

I've been going to Pro Top for a little over a year now. I have def made this my go to! So close to home and Lucy is my girl! I def recommend making an appt, and even though you will have a wait time no matter what, it wont be as long as when you're a walk in. I know their least busy day is Wednesday but Lucy's day off is on Wednesday too. She is so precise and neat, so detailed and a perfectionist. I have not been disappointing with her work, ever. You will be there for quite a bit of time for acrylic gel, but its def worth it! I was charged $38 for this set, which is a good price! i always go for a gel pedicure as well which will run you $30, if you're the type that doesn't need a pedi every week this is perfect! read more

I can't believe I used to be a regular here for about 2 years! It's dirty/ghetto af. I stopped coming here because the owner is really aggressive! I think Tim is his name, I would always book full sets with him and he was nice at first. Last time I went I showed photo of a v shape French tip nail. he said he could do it and he couldn't. It's literally a French tip but in shape of a v, nothing else. Other places never struggle to do this. He got frustrated cause after he did the 1st nail I said no that's not right and he deliberately pulled / yanked my hand really hard and had an attitude, rolling eyes and all. This was 2 weeks after a customer called him out in front of me for being rude and said she would never go back. It's ghetto and dirty. Bugs always are inside and they don't sanitize /use gloves..much better skilled nail salons are near. Owner is moody and aggressive cannot even do basic designs. best to avoid. I still tipped and pretended he didn't just purposely yank my hand super hard. But I made mental note NEVER again to come back. once I gave him the tip he changed his awful attitude and went back to being nice. Ill never be back or ever put up with this abusive experience again. read more

I came here to get my nails fixed... The previous place I had gone to (next to albertsons) had jacked me up. But Maggie hooked me up... She repaired my lifted nails and made them look a lot better. My previous set was all thick and I had longer nails than others. I had no clue this nail shop was just down the street I would have gone here first. Maggie did a very good job.. She didn't cut me or make me bleed like the other shop. Very good job, this will definitely be my go to place from now on! read more

I've been going to Maggie for a little over a year. I ended up in her chair on Christmas Eve 2014 after having a really bad experience with another nail shop. She did (and does) an AMAZING job! She's very thorough and I'm always satisfied with her work. When she does my full set they stay on for a full month before lifting (I know because I tried to take them off after 2 weeks and I couldn't). I can't say enough great things about her. Oh, she always remembers me too. It makes me feel special. She will give you an affectionate nickname on your first visit and never forget you. That's the kind of customer service that makes me want to give her my business over and over. Seriously don't get how this place gets 4 stars...I came in the other day for a mani/pedi & it wasn't busy at all. My mani/pedi felt rushed...but the worst part was the lady doing my manicure. she so harsh on my cuticles, the next day...there were so many hangnails on both of my hands. Not to mention how irritated they got because she did such a crappy job. Their nail selection sucks too...hardly any nice colors, and their nail polishes are cheap. It's been a week, and my polish is almost all gone.... In have no clue why I even tipped them. It's a nice, clean salon, and the prices are cheap. But looks can be VERY deceiving. Here and there I would like 10-20 minutes even if I made an appointment. Last time, I had it. I was waiting for 40 minutes and Tim kept telling me you're next you're next. Waited half an hour at 10 AM. Tina did my nails and argued with me when i told her she filed two of my nails too much. I told her they were crooked and she argued that they were straight, finally she said "whatever" and added more powder to them... I ended up having to file my own nails. Polish job was decent but my nails are rough underneath and still uneven. Somehow my $14 fill became $34. She also killed a bug that was crawling on her arm and instead of throwing it on the floor she put it on the manicure table, and didn't wash her hands after. Won't be back. read more

I'm not sure what the good reviews are about, but customer service here is horrible. I came in for a full set and pedicure. I immediately got seated for my pedicure, however I waited for 30 mins for my full set while they helped others that walked in. Especially this party of 3 Boujee Filipino girls with one that was getting married they rushed to help her and her party. Wasn't considerate of people that were already there. 30 mins later I finally get my full set and I'm no where near happy with the shape and how he positioned my nail causing a slight curve. When you ask for something specific, please do what we ask not what you feel looks pretty. Don't go here, if you do I suggest calling for an appointment because they will ignore you read more

BEWARE! I know two ladies who visited and later got fungus on their toe nails. I've been luckier (and customer for a few years), but I think this is the last time I will visit. The lady who did my gel manicure cut me 3 times and didn't even bother cleaning the blood until I told her. She would've placed the gel polish on top if I hadn't pointed it out. Also, she did not put medication of any sort on any of my cuts. I also got a pedicure and the polish application was nothing short of poor - she didn't bother filing the nail in order to smooth it out and I left with polish all over my toes. Also, she was way too rough when applying the scrub on my feet. The bottom of my feet feel sore. Goodbye, Pro Top! read more
