I am a friendly person in general so I know that when I greet them, they greet me in return. But again this review is to highlight the skills of Haden. When I first found him, I had coffin shaped nails, and he took one look and said "where did you go to get your nails done?" and we both laughed and I knew from that moment he was going to be my go to guy. I've given this nail salon a few chances because it's very close to me and incredibly convenient, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning. One of the staff members has been consistently unwelcoming and comes across as quite rude, which makes the experience uncomfortable from the moment you walk in. The selection of nail polish colors is also very limited and not very appealing compared to other salons. The quality of the service is below average overall and seems to depend entirely on which technician you happen to get. While the location is convenient, the inconsistency in service and lack of a welcoming atmosphere outweigh that convenience for me. read more

Went just for a gel pedicure. Took my elderly grandmother for a gel manicure. The lady that did my grandma was fast and her nails turned out nice. My grandma had to wait an hour for me. We sat down at the same time. However the lady that did my pedicure did not understand a word of English. She filed my skin on my toe and make my skin raw. Then tried to leave my big toe filled completely crooked. It looked like a ski slope. I kept telling her to file and fix it. But she kept cutting my skin more. Then she tried to put alcohol on my cut raw toe. I had to tell her no don't do that you cut me it will burn. Then she was going to paint my toes with no base coat. I had to ask what about the base coat? At that point I asked the tech next to me. The other tech finished. Look at my toe it crooked and looks horrible. My top of the skin on my toe is raw. The worst pedicure in my whole life. I came to relax and walked out with ugly paint job and raw cut up skin! Never again! read more

I came here exactly 12 days ago for a new gel acrylic set. I got blue powder and they were done quite long. Usually at other places, my nails start to lift and come off after 10 days but so far my nails still look good as new! Okay so I didn't have time to schedule an appointment somewhere else. So I had to go here because they accepted walk in. And let me tell you this was the worst experience I have ever had. 1) if you ask them to fix something on your nail they'll start talking about it in they're language and it makes you feel so bad about your self! I'm sorry that's not an environment I want to be in. I had ask her to fix a nail cause it was visibly slanted. And all she needed to do was file it. And she threw a fit! 2) this lady doesn't not know how to do nail art whatsoever! I asked her for marble and diamond placement and it was the worst I have ever seen 3) SO MANY HIDDEN FEES. It should've came out to be $75 but they charged me $90. 4) ON TOP OF THAT my gems started falling out the day THE DAY I left the nail salon. I had a wedding to go to so I couldn't even go back. 5) the lady who assisted me would not accept the fact that she was wrong. Came for a pedicure and gel manicure. My pedicure was great and that's why I'm leaving two stars. But my gel manicure was actually painful. She filed the sides of my nails so low two of my fingers were bleeding when I left. Plus there's gel polish all over my fingertips. I highly do not recommend going to this nail salon due to the fact the lady literally cut my skin and cuticles. Every time she did she would wipe it to stop bleeding like I wouldn't notice she did cut me. I thought it was just one nail but i get home and see its about 6 nails!! Normally I won't take issues so seriously and I would just forget about it but not this time. I went to this salon regularly since it's down the street from my house so it was more convenient, but this time when I had went I got my manicure done and asked to do waxing on my face. One of the ladies told me to go in but from bad experience with her (with only shaving your eyebrows instead of plucking it) I told her " no thank you , can I please have Kelly do it " she gave me a look as if that bothered her and after that I was seen with Kelly. She waxed my eyebrows, lips, and chin. Ofcourse my face was pink from my whole face getting waxed and my chin was burning a bit but nothing was showing , then a couple hours later i was wondering why my chin was feeling odd and I see that my chin is burned with the tape marks. I had my bestfriends wedding to go to the next day and I had to take pictures looking like that. This is horrible, I was completely embarrassed and I feel that it was on purpose for not wanting it to get it done by the other woman. This isn't cool at all and I will never come back. read more
