She did ask if I wanted to add on additional service but when I declined there was no pressure and she went on with the service I had initially requested for. I'm glad you admit it was a day lacking customer service and admit to at least some fault. However, your lack of professionalism and attacking me after I wrote a review based on MY experience says enough. Also, no one ever communicated there was a spa option, no one. There was hardly any communication whatsoever, let alone about any optional services. Stating I inconvenienced you by wanting gel-x is false because when I texted for the appointment, I clearly said I wanted almond nails, I never mentioned gel.
