I had a great experience and the staff was able to take me in at the last minute. They are professional and care about their customers and service. I can't remember the sweet staff member's name who I worked with (I believe her name starts with a "M"), but she did a fantastic job on my nails as this was a very tedious dip process. Prices are fair as well. I will definitely be back!
Went in with a picture of what I wanted (hombre with sparkles), but unfortunately this was not a possibility unless I wanted gel which was not going to happen. Still a relaxing mani pedi. I paid for the callus removal (+$6) as an extra upgrade and after a year of not getting my nails done my feet feel so wonderful. This was a little treat to myself just before a vacation and while my nails aren't perfect, they're certainly better than anything I could have done at home. I witness meticulous cleaning after each guest left, and I watched them request every new guest to wash their hands upon entering. The staff clearly cares about the cleanliness of the location and the safety of both employees and guests during this strange Covid-19 time.
I don't usually like to leave negative reviews but I'm very disappointed with the job done on my nails (10/13). I usually go to a salon in Torrance but this place is around the corner from my house so I really wanted to like this place for the convenience. I had already come in twice before. The first time I was very impressed with how meticulously done my pedicure was. The second time I got a manicure and overall liked it despite getting a minor cut. However, yesterday was just awful. For starters the lady was filing the gel off my nails EXTREMELY rough, causing pain and leaving my cuticles raw. Once she starting cutting the cuticles, she cut me pretty deeply and blood was gushing out. She apologized and moved on to the other nails. The bleeding covered my nail and she kept cleaning it off and adding more cuticle remover in attempt to stop the bleeding. When it didn't stop she added alcohol directly to the cut and it burned! She eventually moved in to adding the gel on my nails, including my bloody nail. At this point, I'm mostly concerned for sanitary reasons because the brush touched my blood before being put back into the polish. To make matters worst she left my dried blood all over my nail. I was completely appalled. I don't plan on coming back. I attached pictures from day 1 and from today to show the poor job. I really hope I don't get an infection from the poor nail job!

Downside the gel nail polish chipped after one week, and that my friends is unexceptionable 3.5 starts for that. My nails grow fast so it may look past one week but it isn't.

They can always accommodate an appointment for me, but if I happen to pop in the wait is never too long. My guy TA does the best gel manicures ever...he takes his time and is very thorough. Awesome hand massages too! Everyone there gives fantastic pedicures and there plenty of color options. Highly recommended!!

Today my daughter got a gel mani and pedi that is supposed to be magnetic or something like that, whoever did her toes they're beautiful but her hands don't even look like the same color. My daughter is a teenager still in high school, just got her first job and I was so upset to hear she spent $83 on this when it wasn't done right. The sad part is that they knew it wasn't right and just let her walk away like that. I don't believe this is acceptable.

POSTED ON GOOGLE ALSO I had been to this salon a few years ago and it was okay, so I decided to stop by again for a last minute gel polish. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. Right from the start, my massage chair wasn't working. I let the person doing my pedicure know and all she said was "sorry." I just wanted the chair to lean back because I felt like I was hovering over her the entire time. While trimming my cuticles, she cut me and I started bleeding. Instead of stopping to check on me or apologize, she just wiped it and eventually pulled out wound seal, which I've never seen used at a nail salon before. She didn't even say anything to me at that point. I was just sitting there trying to get through the rest of the service. When she was done, my cuticles looked flooded, the polish wasn't even painted all the way to the edges, and there was leftover polish on my skin. It looked rushed and careless. To top it off, they make tipping super uncomfortable. Either the person who did your nails is the one charging you or they stand there and watch you pay, making you feel pressured to tip regardless of the service. I wasn't the only one who had a bad experience. There were three of us getting pedicures and all of us walked out with cuts or nicks from the nail files. I just paid and left. I started coming to this wonderful place because they have no TVs and play 90s soft rock. I would get a pedicure and occasionally a massage. Three months after getting a GelX set and a few fills/shaping maintenance, my nails are as long as the set was and they're all mine (layered with gel builder, not a nail extension) across the nail bed. My daughter and I went for a mani pedi with gel nails. For the two of us it was $170. Plus another $30 tip. The gel polish they use doesn't last at all. In less than a week our nails were chipped and looked awful. Also, the way they trimmed my cuticle made them have tons of hangnails the following day. These pictures are from five days after the manicure. The people are very nice. My pedicure which was not gel is fine. read more

TA does a great job - I always get compliments on my nails. I recommend this salon! They get pretty busy, especially on the weekends so call ahead for an appointment. Clean, modern salon with plenty of spa chairs. read more

I was very disappointed when I went in yesterday on 09/30.. I have been coming here for a couple years now and this time I had a lady who I hadn't had before and well as you can see in my pictures around my cuticles it's all red, and torn up.. she went to deep in MANY places after me saying "ouch" and asking her to be easier.. she kept hurting me and it was the worst and most painful experience. I paid $39 for an hour & a half of pain. My nails dont look the best either she kept messing up and asking TA and others what to do. My nails came out bumpy in some parts, not even. And just left me feeling bad about my hands. I came in with beautiful hands and left with skin missing and bleeding. She didnt even get the underside of my nails which is also annoying. Nor do they look like a coffin as I ask.. I told her I like a dramatic coffin and she didnt do that. But the bigger issue is my skin around my nails being all ripped up and they still hurt today. I'm very disappointed considering how long I've been coming here. I usually get TA or Hung and they are amazing. I was prepared to not pay but I was with a couple girlfriends and didnt want to embarrass them by creating a scene. I really hope you all will make this right somehow cus I really liked coming here.. I've come here before and usually fairly pleased with the results. But today I'm pretty sure will be my last day coming here. Came in for a full set and gel polish. The woman seemed rushed, the polish ended up wrinkly and bubbly, and dull. After I complained while being charged, they still charged me full price, $41. I paid just to get out of there because I was about to lose my mind. Definitely the worst nail job I've had, and I've had some bad ones. read more

You did a horrible job and charged me full price. I kept mentioning to her I didn't like what she was doing and asking her what she's doing she just kept swatting my hand say "no, don't worry." Bro, I came in for a dip powder fill and you guys clearly didn't have anyone trained to do this yet. You can't admit that your nail tech is not trained properly with dip nails. This is a time when many women want no acrylic nails and no gel polish so I'd definitely have your nail techs be complete pro's with gel extension nails and dip powder. The way my nails look is unacceptable. It took way too long and obviously y'all knew you were screwing up because you re-did them midway through and MY NAILS STILL LOOK HORRIBLE. I left because I didn't want to be there for three hours while you learn about dip powder with glitter. I'm extremely disappointed and I won't be coming back. I left a tip because honestly I felt like they were treating me like the angry black woman and then refused to take my card. So, I paid cash, left a tip and told them to keep the change. I am not one to get my nails done. But since being engaged I want my nails to always look nice now. I have gone to a few different nail salons and during my visit with my mom we stopped by here. The man who had worked on my nails was very detailed unfortunately I didn't get his name but he had made sure each nail was perfectly shaped and matched both hands. The price was very fair in my opinion and locally I have paid more for less. read more

Affordable prices but quality in acrylic nails was poor. I wanted a full set and she just kept on the old acrylic base from the ones that were still on and the broken nails she kept shorter and didn't add anything. The person who did my nails also seemed very distracted and rushed so it caused my nails to be uneven, have air bubbles in them, and are lumpy. This was my first time going there for acrylics but in the past they did a good job with regular gel and nail polish. I also picked out a dark blue and then it came out this light blue color. read more

Tried out this place twice because it's convenient for me before I go grocery shopping at Vons. The cleanliness isn't very up to par. They used, used nail filers on me, which I can easily see from the left over nail dust\white marks. The outcome for the nails looked great. I did notice that the thickness of some nails were off. However, once I actually tried to remove the acrylic nails at home, it took 3 hours almost because they didn't soften from 100% acetone. Instead it became gooey and hardened before I was able to scrape it off like normal ema acrylic. At the end I had to carefully file the acrylics off (I couldn't get a good picture of the sticky acrylic before it dried down) read more

I think this place deserves more than 2 stars... Pros: The technicians are nice. They offered wine or water when we asked for deluxe pedicures. They don't give attitude when you are specific about what you want. I left with good looking pink and white fills. The deluxe pedicure includes parafin on top of everything else. They left my nails with obvious horrible lumps and didn't even try to fix it. The lady that was doing my nails also didn't even know how to take off the dip powder off my nails. She was just trying to scrape it off with a nail filer. I even told her to let it sit and soak in the foils for 15 minutes and she still continued to do whatever she was trying to do and of course, left my nails with lumps that couldn't be covered with gel. The whole time I was staring at the obvious part of my nail and even mentioned it to her a few times and still nothing was fixed. Not to mention, she didn't even polish my full nail. I had to tell her multiple times to go over the same area and in the end it just looks half done. This is literally the worst job I've ever gotten done on my nails and I definitely won't be going back. AND they still charged me full price...completely unacceptable read more

I decided to get my nails done for the holiday season and I haven't gotten them done in around 2 years. I got acrylics with tips in an almond shape. Overall happy. Only negative was I kept bleeding when my nails were getting filed down. Everyone in the salon seemed nice and even gave us a Christmas gift with some nail files and other nail stuff. read more

A big thank you to Ann and Hung at Nail Pro & Spa for completely restoring my faith in this wonderful salon! After my post Ann reached out to me and I made an appointment to come back in. Hung did such an amazing job on my gel manicure and my pedicure was wonderful as well! I honestly think it was the best manicure I have ever had! My nails are flawless. It was the quality of manicure I have always experienced at Nail Pro & Spa as a customer of five years! On top of that they did not charge me for my manicure to make up for the bad experience I had the last time. This experience shows they are not just a great nail salon but a nail salon who truly cares about their customers! The salon is clean, comfortable and pleasant. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Tiffany did a great job on my pedi....Tiffany made my rough, calloused feet feel as silky soft as a newborn's skin. Well, maybe not quite as silky soft....but darn close!! And she did exactly the Halloween toe decor that I wanted Nancy gave me a wonderfully loosening and relaxing shoulder and neck massage while I received my pedi. She has great hands!
