I called on Friday, the woman on the phone said that they were too booked and I would have to come in later, but I already had plans for the evening. We then tried for Saturday and also the timing wouldn't worked out so we made an appointment for Sunday at 11 AM. She was helpful, pleasant and patient with the process. I was looking forward to my appointment so I left a few minutes early to grab some lunch on the way in, and then got the phone call at 10:47 AM stating one of the girls is not coming in today because she's sick. And she wanted me to come in a half an hour later, but I already had time restricted plans. She was not willing to be flexible or adhere to the time commitment that I had already booked Friday. She would not allow me to come on my schedule time and request that someone else with a more flexible schedule can come in half an hour later. I reminded her that I booked this two days ago call mom and she repeated that someone called in sick and that if I could come in at 11:30. I will not book again. read more

AMAZING. Kim did my nails and she was so patient with me because I was asking so many questions because I wanted to try something new. Turned me onto dip nails and they came out so nice. I told her I love deep dark colors and gave me what I wanted. AND my daughter also got her nails done for the first time and they matched the picture she found online. Same experience as BJs nail salon. This place seems to pawn off their new/inexperienced nail techs onto non-regular clients. Maybe I'd be more regular if they didn't make a bad first impression... Nail "technician" was clearly totally new to the business. My 3rd grade niece could have done a better job! If a business is going to have an inexperienced nail tech doing someone's nails at least have the business owner check her work..and don't charge full price for a bad job. I'll take the trip to the other side of the hill next time, even though this place is right around the corner. She did such a bad pedicure that my toes hurt later. She didn't even know how to properly cut toenails! read more

Thank you Susan for making my nails so amazing! I stopped by and walked in around 3 pm on Sunday, and I didn't have an appointment so they told me the wait time was around 2 hours. So I came in around 5 pm and I was seated when ready. Susan is very detail oriented and puts in a lot of care to your nails. I told her that I wanted some design on my nails, and she drew daisies on them which I love. My sister also got her nails done and she loved it too. I think the prices are pretty average for nail salon services these days. Overall, all the staff are nice and hardworking. I would recommend this place, but be sure to book an appointment! read more

Ostensibly the best place to get a pedicure, especially for people (men) who aren't really into these things. Susan and her staff were very accommodating; they were so kind to even offer a manicure in addition to the service I had wanted. I went here for the first time the other day and loved it!! I'm very picky about my nails and this is one of 3 times out of maybe 10 (don't get my nails done often) that I've been happy with not only the way my nails turned out but also the attentiveness & care of the nail tech. Unfortunately I didn't get my ladies name :/ But she paid so much attention to detail, was very gentle with my nails, and very nice! They also have great prices for their services. Overall great experience definitely recommend. read more

Called to make an appt for 4pm, and showed up exactly at 4. No one greeted me and I had to let a lady closest to the entrance know that I had an appt at 4. She barely nodded her head and after that no one spoke to me for 20 minutes. At 4:20, I decided to cut my losses and leave. What annoyed me the most was not necessarily the wait, which I can understand can happen. It's the fact that no one acknowledged me, gave me an update, or even welcomed me that bothered me the most. Seriously, why even take appointments if you're going to ignore it. And call me weird, but I don't want to spend money at a place I don't feel welcome at. read more

10/05/22 - Came in on a Wednesday morning without an appointment, and they said they can see me just had to wait about 15 minutes until someone opened up. Ladies are very friendly and it seemed the other customers in the shop were regulars. Greeted a few people by name. The lady serving me handed me a little menu and asked what I wanted, I selected the $35 Deluxe Pedicure and at the end I was charged exactly $35. Service was great, massage was amazing, and she was very caring. She kept checking in to see if she was hurting me or if the towels were too hot. I will definitely be coming back again! read more

The nail Polish job was aweful. They kept me waiting after I had my pedicure and she said to wait for the shine. She took 2 walks ins She never came back to do it and stated she did put something over the polish. No you did not. you went to wax some guys eyebrows. Also, They do cash or Zelle, website stated they took credit cards. I did not get the 50.00 service as I paid for. Terrible massage that was to be performed. No callus removal done either. There are so many more places to go. I'll just keep looking but i will never be back. Terrible experience 2 hours for a pedicure!! read more

My mom and I have been coming here for going on 4 years! We love it! Susan and the girls are great! They are are friendly and do a great job! They are quick to fix any concerns you have or see if you bring it up to them! The girls work hard. I have seen them stay over hours just to keep clients happy and satisfied! I been going there for sometime they are really nice and quick. My mom and I always go together with either an appointment or not and we get service right away most I waited was 10 minutes at most. This past time I went to get a pedi for my bday and they were very nice wish me a happy birthday and gave me a design no extra charge. I also decided to try out gel x for the first time and she did an awesome job did exactly the nails I wanted from my inspo picture. Would definitely recommend coming here. read more

I love this little nail shop! The technicians are friendly and professional, very flexible with contactless pay and the salon is busy, but not so that it's over crowded and worrisome in these covid times. People were really nice but the place was pretty dirty, messy and some things really needed upgrades. The towel my hands were placed on was dirty and used on someone else prior. I showed a simple picture of a nude color and she said she could do that. She started to do it and the dip powder was translucent (which I've never had happen before) and you could see the white line on my nail. Then she said she could put gel on top. First color she got was way brighter than the pic she said she could match and then that was pretty translucent too. My nail also chipped less than a week after getting them done. Their credit card machine was down and I wasn't told it was cash only until after my nails were done. I was told the Trader Joe's had an atm, they didn't so I had to buy something and get cash back. She also took a very long time not because she was being overly through but bc she kept getting up to go do stuff. She did an excellent job on the shape and application of the nails. Overall, did not meet satisfaction and I will not be going back. read more

This is my go to place to go to get my nails done. Sometimes there is a wait time whether u have an appointment or not. They are always busy but thats because they are GOOD! The ladies are so sweet too. I always get gel manicure which is $25 and 95% of the time they last 2.5-3 weeks which is amazing. I haven't found any other nail salon that has gel nails last as long. The parking is free and easy to find a spot. Their prices are reasonable. If your nail chips the next day or comes off they will fix it for free. read more

I finally asked him "why are you on your phone?!" to which he seemed surprised, denying it and then pushed his phone back from where he thought he had it hidden under an arm pillow. Now less than 48hrs after spending $95 inc tip, my gel x is chipping and I haven't done anything - no gym, no dishes, etc. And even if I had, they should not be chipping! This is not ok. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I've gone to this salon a few times because it's conveniently close by to my house and have never…read morehad a bad experience except for today. I made an appointment for a gel pedicure at 10am. I've been told in the past from this salon that appointments are preferred over walk ins. I'm aware that the salon opens at 10am, so I was expected to be let in maybe 5 minutes after 10, just so the workers had time to set up everything. However, I was waiting in my hot car for over 10 minutes before anybody showed up to the salon. At this point there were 3 workers there, not a single one acknowledged me as I walked up to the counter. Another lady who looked to be a supervisor had to tell the workers to start prepping for my pedicure instead of worrying about setting up the store. If you are not prepared to take clients at 10am, then don't schedule it as an available time slot. Unfortunately, my grievances don't end there. Tram was my nail tech for this appointment. As most people do during their appointments, I put my earbuds in and occupied myself on my phone. I had one earbud out in case she needed to ask me anything or instruct me to do something. Usually the techs ask me if I want my nails cut down or shaped a certain way, but Tram didn't, which I thought was strange, but they came out fine. I was aware she was wrapping up when she put the hot towel on my legs, but I was waiting for verbal confirmation that she was done. She goes off somewhere and I'm still sitting there on my phone, thinking she's getting something or maybe putting things away. I finally look up after about 5 minutes to see that she is sat in a pedicure chair scrolling on her phone. As I mentioned before I was still able to hear and respond since I only had one earbud in, but at no point was I told that the service was done or that I could pay at the front when I was ready. At this point, no one was at the front desk, which is also why I assumed I had to wait. Turns out, she was just wasting my time and I was waiting there for nothing. Once again, the supervisor lady had to tell her to get up and take care of me at the front. I am very understanding of customer service workers having been one myself for a few years, but this kind of service is something that you'd expect from a teenager at their first job. The whole experience came off as very unprofessional and frustrating. Despite the connivence of the salon being close by, I would rather drive a little further to somewhere else that has better quality service.

I was a little…read moreshocked to find out that the basic pedicure didn't include a massage when I usually receive this service at other places for a less expensive cost & it's one of the main reasons I love nail salons. I had also asked for a French tip pedicure ($10 extra) with regular polish & my technician was a little taken aback that I didn't want gel, she then informed me that regular polish would come off within a couple days in a french tip, which I didn't really understand because I always get french tip in regular polish at other places or even do this myself and it has always lasted me weeks even a month if I was pushing it. No base coat was used just polish & top coat & the finish of the nails aren't smooth at all, it still feels like a rough filed nail but the French tip itself was cute. Overall I paid $45 including tip which wasn't what I'd expect to pay for a service that was done in 30min, didn't include a massage & quality of nail finish isn't the best. I thought the technician was super sweet I enjoyed our convo, the other ladies who work there were also welcoming.. my tech did a great job with her technique however there are other places within the same radius that could offer more for the price you pay & do a little better of a job.

Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. Right from the start, my massage chair wasn't working. I let the person doing my pedicure know and all she said was "sorry." I just wanted the chair to lean back because I felt like I was hovering over her the entire time. While trimming my cuticles, she cut me and I started bleeding. Instead of stopping to check on me or apologize, she just wiped it and eventually pulled out wound seal, which I've never seen used at a nail salon before. She didn't even say anything to me at that point. I was just sitting there trying to get through the rest of the service. When she was done, my cuticles looked flooded, the polish wasn't even painted all the way to the edges, and there was leftover polish on my skin. It looked rushed and careless. To top it off, they make tipping super uncomfortable. Either the person who did your nails is the one charging you or they stand there and watch you pay, making you feel pressured to tip regardless of the service. I wasn't the only one who had a bad experience. There were three of us getting pedicures and all of us walked out with cuts or nicks from the nail files. I just paid and left. I won't be coming back

I've tried contacting the shop multiple times to speak with a manager, hoping to resolve this directly, but no one has returned my calls.
