Lasts LESS THAN A WEEK before it starts to come off and get caught in my hair! Last time it took the girl 2 HOURS to do a TAP refill. 20 minutes on 3 nails!! She NEVER asked me what color I wanted (just picked the same color), never asked which service I wanted, did NOT remove all the old product before adding new added so much product and just kept squishing it on instead of removing the excess. she pushed gel polish (extra charge of course which I asked if was told did not cost more and she said no). No talking, no communication, no personal experience. Just a crappy awful job. I had to protest the extra charges. Not the 1st bad experience here, this was the WORST for sure. More importantly, if you can't provide a service, JUST SAY THAT. Don't tell someone you can do it just to get them in the door. I called ahead and specifically asked if they had someone who could do a Halloween nail design. I was told yes. Cut to TWO FULL HOURS later, three different nail techs, and I had exactly one rather bad cheetah-print nail to show for it, which was also the easiest part of the design. At that point, I gave up and asked them to remove it and just put a normal color on instead. The response? An immediate, "Okay, that will be an extra charge!" I genuinely thought she was joking. After I had already spent two hours there because they said they could provide a service they clearly could not, you would think there might be some acknowledgment of the wasted time or even a simple, "We're sorry we couldn't do what we told you we could." Instead, the priority was making sure I knew I'd be charged extra for asking them to put a regular color on my nails after their attempt failed. It wasn't about paying for the polish. It was the complete lack of consideration for my time and zero accountability for promising a service they couldn't deliver. So I left after two hours with completely bare nails. If you can't do something, SAY THAT. I would have happily gone somewhere else. Instead, I wasted two hours because apparently "yes, we can do that" means "we'll give it a shot and see what happens." Thank you for the waste of my time, gas and energy. The girl who helped me the longest was at least nice. That's why there's two stars. Only for her being nice.

I was a little…read moreshocked to find out that the basic pedicure didn't include a massage when I usually receive this service at other places for a less expensive cost & it's one of the main reasons I love nail salons. I had also asked for a French tip pedicure ($10 extra) with regular polish & my technician was a little taken aback that I didn't want gel, she then informed me that regular polish would come off within a couple days in a french tip, which I didn't really understand because I always get french tip in regular polish at other places or even do this myself and it has always lasted me weeks even a month if I was pushing it. No base coat was used just polish & top coat & the finish of the nails aren't smooth at all, it still feels like a rough filed nail but the French tip itself was cute. Overall I paid $45 including tip which wasn't what I'd expect to pay for a service that was done in 30min, didn't include a massage & quality of nail finish isn't the best. I thought the technician was super sweet I enjoyed our convo, the other ladies who work there were also welcoming.. my tech did a great job with her technique however there are other places within the same radius that could offer more for the price you pay & do a little better of a job.

They are small and looks like either I bite them or toddler nails, when I've never in my life bite my nails. As a result, I don't like my hands and never get my nails done thinking there's not much to work with to make them "pretty". I decided to treat myself with a fancy mani and Tammy made my nails look so cute. We were initially going to try to add fake nails to my real nails but she picked up my subtle unease and hesitation with them so we decided to forego and not use any fake nails at all.
