I brought in a peachy nail design, and they're pretty much identical. I genuinely appreciate the attention to detail, making sure I liked the color choice and placement. I'm in love with my Gel X nails! As for the pedicure, Lina did my nails and she shaped and colored them so nice. The pedicure included a nice leg massage too, which I needed after being on my legs super long for work. This was a very much needed pamper, and their service is top notch. I asked in advance if they accepted tap and was told yes, so I didn't bring my physical card. When it was time to pay, I was then told their tap machine wasn't working. What made this worse was the manager's behavior. Instead of handling it calmly, she was rude, implied I was trying to avoid paying, and even threatened to call the police. I had no issue coming back to pay, I just needed to get my card, but my friend had to stay behind in the meantime. They also insisted my card wasn't working, which wasn't true. The issue was clearly with their machine, since I used the same card successfully when I returned with it physically. This situation could have been avoided if they had been upfront about their payment limitations. Because of how this was handled, I won't be coming back.

The color and cut were exactly what I wanted. I've included before and after photos to show the transformation. I'm very particular about who I trust with my hair due to past experiences where too much length was taken off or the color didn't turn out as expected. My hair was much longer and really just needed a clean-up, and Thuy listened carefully and was very respectful of my length. She was kind, gentle, and incredibly precise. She also kept trying to upgrade me to the next pedicure option when I told her what I wanted 3 times. Then after the massage she asked if I wanted longer for $10 dollars, but it wasn't that good to begin with so I said no thank you. She then went to dig underneath my mail pretty far, while I appreciate the thorough work, she went too deep and hurt me a couple times and then laughed when I told her to stop. I think it's the language barrier. Other times I've come and I've had a much better experience, I guess it depends on who you choose to do your pedicure and manicure/acrylics. Susan is great for pedi and mani and Wendy and Lisa are great for Acrylics, if you're thinking of stopping by or making an appointment ask for them. They are generally nice and have mukbangs or food vlogs playing in the background which I appreciate as a foodie. Pro tip: Wendy does excellent eyebrow wax!

Mine typically last for weeks at a time, and I have been able to keep my natural nails because of the care they put into removing the dip powder.
