came in after work for a manicure and pedicure. The services themselves were done well, but the experience was ruined by how the payment situation was handled. I asked in advance if they accepted tap and was told yes, so I didn't bring my physical card. When it was time to pay, I was then told their tap machine wasn't working. What made this worse was the manager's behavior. Instead of handling it calmly, she was rude, implied I was trying to avoid paying, and even threatened to call the police. I had no issue coming back to pay, I just needed to get my card, but my friend had to stay behind in the meantime. They also insisted my card wasn't working, which wasn't true. The issue was clearly with their machine, since I used the same card successfully when I returned with it physically. This situation could have been avoided if they had been upfront about their payment limitations. Because of how this was handled, I won't be coming back. read more

Not the best. My mom and I both had mani pedi's and they were quite expensive for the quality of service. Both our mani's had many flaws and both manicure technicians were really rough! Like OUCH! And the next day, 4 of my fingers are red and swollen around the cuticles- they were pushed back way too far! The pedicures were the only saving grace. The products used were low quality (the hand lotion smelled like a cheap cleaning product). The vibe was just okay. Nice customers, nicer than the staff lol. Easy parking was the only plus. We will not be returning. read more

Kelly did my nails green, and after 1 month I still had them after doing lots of work with my hands and cleaning I always loose Tleast 4 and need to be back . I came back for a refill because they were still looking great . I went in asking to take off my previous set and get a new set put on. Well the lady was 8 minutes late for my appointment, and then she tried to convince me to leave the set i had done at a different salon after expressing my main concern was getting the old set removed properly. She said for me to soak them off in acetone it'd cost $15. Fine cool. As long as its done properly. Then she proceeds to but my current set down. No problems. THEN she takes a nail tip and attempts to pry the old acrylic off my nails. My nails before were damaged due to gel x and i told her thats why i wanted to soak off. So she shes trying to pry my nails off with a tip and it hurts. I was like "no ma'am, that is not the proper way to remove acrylics, your gonna damage my already damaged nail beds further. No thank you. This is wrong". Got up and promptly walked out. No thanks. I do not recommend. read more

Words cannot describe how awful of an experience I had from the moment I walked in the door for my scheduled appointment. I made Sure to call ahead as the time before I had to wait over 45 minutes to get in a chair and another 15 before the pedicure started.. when I walked in for my appointment, I was told to take a seat and they would be right with me. After 20 minutes of sitting, I asked about the time and they guided me to a pedicure chair that needed to first be cleaned then filled. during my pedicure I was not acknowledged by the technician, including her starting to paint my nails a different color and I had to let her know that I still had not been asked about the color. I would leave a review about the manicure but I was unable to stay due to the 75 minutes it took to get a basic pedicure. read more

When she started to paint on the white I let her know that I was looking for something different. She said no no that won't look good. I said well this is what I want. She said no no that won't look good. Proceeded to finish with what she thought would be best. End result is not at all what I asked for, not happy. Just won't be back. With all the competition in this area I can go pay $60 somewhere else for a French manicure that's exactly what I requested. I didn't ask for her opinion. I'm sure she meant well. And I do feel mildly bad putting a semi-bad review on her Yelp. But I am the paying customer and now I've wasted a little bit of my time and I have to go home and fix this myself. Woe is me. I heard this place was good so I gave it multiplies tries!! TWO times I came with an appointment that I even CONFIRMED, the second time around. Only for them to make me wait 45 minutes. "15 more minutes" She said , and I ended up walking out after 45. The second time (today) I left after 30 minutes because even thought I wanted my nails done so bad, they didn't deserve my business bc they're not polite or welcoming and they're dishonest. They should have told me right away that they overbooked and that It would be a longer wait, instead of saying 10 minutes , then 15 ,30 up to 45!!! Just to keep me in the store to get my money. On top of that , when I tried to go weeks ago and complained, the bickering between the employees made me uncomfortable bc it's seemed as if they were arguing about me. ITS OK TO TURN DOWN APPOINTMENTS INSEAD OF OVERBOOKING EVERY TIME and being dishonest about the amount of time I would have to wait. Or don't offer appointments if you're too incompetent to uphold to them. Gonna find a new place. I've heard a nail place called CLIO is very good near Pedro. read more
