I can actually relax here and trust them. Most of the ladies here have worked here for many years and are unlike the stereotypical nail salon techs. They're well educated, dress professionally and conservatively, engage in two way conversations with their clients, speak in spa voices. They do not generally talk amongst each other to the exclusion of their clients. Most of them are elegant. The bad: I kind of wish there were TVs to watch or some wall art. The walls are sparse. My niece said the tech filed her cuticles a little too closely at times and that it was slightly painful. I love the shape of my nails! I got the gel manicure ($65) and 4 of my nails have glittery/sparkle flecks that were individually added. There were so many sparkles and glitter options. Mine has an oyster shell appearance and is really fun to look at. The process took 45 minutes but passed so quickly because there was a TV for me to watch Netflix. I ended The bad: It's $8 per nail for an embellishment so it can get pretty pricey. It makes sense with how much meticulous care goes into each nail and how each fleck of gold and glitter was placed. I probably cant get these nails too often due to cost but it was definitely worth pampering myself with some self-care for a special occasion!
