My favorite nail spa in the South Bay. There's always availability on the days I need a pedicure. The employees are all super kind and careful when taking care of their customers. Each time I came here, they always took their time and did a really great job. The massages for the European pedicure always feels good after a long day of walking. They have massage chairs, it doesn't smell like strong nail polish remover like other salons, and it's very clean. There's a parking lot with plenty of parking as well. read more

My first experience wasn't bad nor anything to rave about. Front desk guy was friendly. Nail techs were mediocre but good at upselling. Asked if I wanted extra services the entire time. My gel nails had a few ripples & my pedicure was minimal, she didn't clean the cuticles well so skin is already grown in. I'm 3 weeks in and the polish is still decent no chips (so the product lasts) read more

I came in 30 minutes from closing time with some insane gel polish and gems on my nails (see photos). I was expecting to have my nails entirely butchered in the removal process but Angie was beyond gentle and caring. She truly cared about the integrity of my natural nails/ nail bed. On top of preserving my nails, she even applied little super glue nail bandages to the corners of my thumbs that were about to chip! Talk about EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. And they charged me very fairly at $12, I wish I had more than a $5 tip because I felt so taken care of! Thank you thank you g read more

Very disappointed in my gel x set. I drove in traffic over 1 hour hoping to get my original design. I was told they do not have to tools to do it. So I settled for one color. As soon as I get home two nails started peeling off right away. I am livid. I may go back or take it as a lost. But my kids party is tomorrow and I am so annoyed about wasting my time. Such great service, great staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. I paid for a basic pedicure and gel solid color which came out to $50. I came in with gel polish on all of my toes and they removed it with no charge! I know many other places charge for gel removal and charge more for a pedicures compared to Bebe Nail Spa. The nail salon I had gone to before charged $70 for the same pedicure (not including gel removal) and their work wasn't nearly as good as Bebe's and they cut my toe when removing my cuticle. I've been to Bebe's twice now and I will definitely be coming back again! read more

In almost 30 years of getting my nails done i have never experinced anything as rude as this woman I encountered today. I went in today requesting a certain tech because of the quality job she did the previous time I went here. I had requested her today and she looked at me rudely and said "No, too picky". I was shocked as I had a great experince & convo before. The owner then told her to come over and i kindly told her that if she didnt want to do my nails she didnt have to. She replied with "ugh, the owner is making me." I replied with "nobody is making you do anything..." Got my things and left. As a professional myself i take customer service serious and this was just distasteful and straight offensive. I've been coming to Angie and Evan for over 4 years. They are truly the best. With everything going on right now, I still feel safe there. They clean EVERYTHING. I'm so disappointed with my experience. I'm new to the area and was referred to this salon by a friend who has lived here for years. My friend recommended I see Angie. I'm very particular about my nails and prefer an esthetician that is top notch. So I called and made an appointment to see Angie. When I arrived, the gentleman that greeted me said that Angie was with another customer and asked if I wanted to have my manicure done by someone else. I replied that I didn't mind waiting; how long would it be until she was finished? He went inside for a brief moment then came back out and said she'd gotten really behind and (again) would I see someone else. I replied that I had made an appointment to see Angie and if I couldn't see her then I would go someplace else. As I mentioned, I'm really particular about my nails and I'm not the type of gal that does walk-in appointments and will sit down with just anyone to do my nails. I ask my friends for referrals and do my research on Yelp before I call and make an appointment for any kind of esthetician service. This was a total waste of my time. If Angie was running that far behind that they were not going to be able to honor my request for an appointment with her, why didn't they call and inform me of this and ask if I wanted to keep the appointment time but see someone else or reschedule? It would have saved me the time and effort to trek over there only to be disappointed. I don't think he even apologized for the inconvenience; I could be wrong about that. I was so irritated that he could have apologized and I just didn't hear it. Even so, an apology after-the-fact doesn't make up for wasting my time. I was looking forward to building an on-going relationship with this place since it was referred to me by my friend. Instead, I will be going someplace else. read more

I would NOT recommend. My normal salon was closed but I had a broken toenail and I was going shopping at Holiday so I figured I'd give it a try! NEVER again. I didn't get the full pedicure I asked for. I was burned by the hot water the young man sprayed on my legs and feet. The picture is 5 hours later ! My feet were super dry when I left no lotion or anything was applied & I was charged higher than the services I received. The only positive was there was a removable plastic liner in the basin so at least I know it was clean. read more

Horrible job! Came in for a custom nail design and got a very sloppy french tip. Nails are crooked and uneven and paint is peeling after only a few hours. I paid $65 for acrylics that I could have done better myself. Burned nail bed and cut my cuticles. The first time I came here, I got acrylics, but it started peeling from the cuticle area when I was shampooing for the first time after I got them done. Even then, the shape of the nails were exactly what I wanted and the color I chose was beautiful. This time, I got only gel so hopefully it lasts a lot longer! I loved the person who did my nails, (I think her name was Tamy) she was so sweet and skilled! Even with my short nails, they still look pretty and the shape makes my fingers look thinner and longer! The hand/arm massage at the end is a cherry on top! Acrylics were $37 and just gel was $27. read more

I've visited about four times now, and each trip just reminds me why I don't come back more often: while the men on the team offer fantastic service, the women working there consistently lack warmth, smiles, or basic hospitality the moment you walk through the door. The Good: The guy who did my manicure is amazing--super nice, friendly, and did a great job on my nails. The woman who handled my pedicure was also wonderful, and her work was top-notch. The Not-So-Good: The nail tech doing my design, however, didn't even bother to say hello. Throughout the service, she never asked how I was doing or checked if everything looked okay. My cuticles were left looking really rough, and she skipped the basic courtesy of applying any oil or lotion at the end. In fact, it was so bad that I ultimately asked her to skip the design on my ring fingers because I didn't want to draw any more attention to it. Ironically, my pedicure technician was the one who noticed how dry my hands looked and kindly handed me some oil. To top it off, when the tech finishing my nails was done, she didn't even say thank you. The Verdict: At $130 for a Gel-X set, the baseline expectation is that your cuticles will look presentable and you'll receive basic courtesy. If you go here, hope you get seated with one of the male technicians who actually cares about the client experience!

I understand that misunderstandings happen, but considering the cost of the service, I do expect my requests to be followed as closely as possible. I've also noticed that the atmosphere has changed. I used to really enjoy the vibe here, but the music being played now isn't as relaxing as it once was. For me, getting my nails done is also a chance to unwind, so the overall environment matters. I've had positive experiences here, which is why I'm giving three stars rather than writing off the salon altogether. I simply want to leave feeling that I received what I requested and had a relaxing experience. At this point, though, I may start looking for a salon that is a better fit for what I'm looking for.

I guess it's the grand re-opening? Place looked nice and new but... the nail lady I had sliced under my toenails with - new nail file (you should always soften the edges before you use them..), very painful! I jumped and she kept going. Not only did she cut me several times, but gave me an infection on one toe. It was the most painful pedicure I've ever had, it took forever, and it looks terrible, the edges of my nails aren't even painted. The callous removal didn't work. Waste of time and money and now I have to see a doctor about an infection, great read more

I just moved here from Boston and I found this place through a friend. I got in right away and showed the technician what I wanted on my Iphone. I asked to get gel nails. She spent time with me to ensure that I had the right colors and they turned out great. The only complaint I have is they started to peel after a week. I will go back and give it another try. read more

I saw a "chrome design" on their reviews and wanted the same, just with "Christmas colors" (red, gold, green). The artist who did the design I originally saw did my nails; and while I was hopeful as he did a lovely job on my shape and fill, the execution of the chrome color was sub par at best. My "Christmas Colors" nails are Camo colored and brown. Now, I understand that *some* of that problem comes from the process. However, after he started the first few nails and they were clearly NOT red, but brown, I stopped him & asked him to fix that. Unfortunately, his best efforts to change color were half hearted. Also, I left the salon with more color and gel on my skin than on my nails. When I pointed this out too, he used cuticle cutters on my skin and didn't even get all of it. See the pics.
