At first I was a little skeptical because there were so few reviews but when I browsed the reviews all of them were stellar, the photos definitely helped my decision, I could tell that she was detailed and took care with her designs The place is a little hard to find it's located in a little strip mall inside a hair salon, but once you find it it's super cozy. Gemma is super nice and friendly and easy to talk to, she made the time go by fast and I didn't feel bored or awkward. I showed her a picture of the nail design I Wanted and she helped me pick out the color and I liked how she asked how I wanted it but still gave her opinion when I asked her. Ever since I was in elementary school, I've gone to various nail salons with my mom. The reason I stuck with Pinknail ever since my first visit, was not only because of their lovely service but also their wide variety of contemporary design choices. Every visit I make, I request for a new design, and they've always exceeded my expectations. Don't get me wrong, I am a really picky person, and one of the workers, Heidi, jokingly said that I was one of the pickiest, but what can I say? Their amazing talents just makes my expectations go up. Throughout the years of acquaintances​ with the designers, I became close to both Heidi and Gemma, who never failed to provide the best service for me and all the friends I have brought over. Thank You !​ Lastly, the reason I have never posted a review for this place was because I wanted to keep this place a lowkey secret nail salon for my self, but when I saw their review rate down because of one review, I couldn't resist but to post. I probably could say that accumulatively​ I've known these designers for the longest time, and it was devastating to see that they don't have the five stars they deserve. I got an excellent manicure here. The manicure lasted several weeks since the lady added a top coat at the end. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that she trimmed my cuticles without having me put my hands in a bowl of water. So I think that was too rough on my cuticles. i'm so amazed by how well my nails are still doing and looking 3 weeks post my manicure !!! i was struggling to find a place that after doing my nails, wouldn't start chipping and lifting from the tip a week later. It's not fun washing my hair when my tips start lifting.. I wash my hands a lot (i have 3 little ones under 4), wash dishes, tons of bath times and randomly using my nails to scrape things off the walls/floors from the kiddos. i'm extremely picky & get annoyed when i visit a highly rated salon & get a crummy experience because i get my hopes up and a week later my gel polish starts lifting ... did i also mention i left the salon without spending $50+ on a simple mani. Pinknail is located inside a hair salon named: wonder hair salon, so do not expect to see a huge sign that reads:Pinknail. They do an awesome job, great customer service and most importantly they never rush their work maybe this is why the outcome is always great!
