I've had positive experiences here, which is why I'm giving three stars rather than writing off the salon altogether. I simply want to leave feeling that I received what I requested and had a relaxing experience. At this point, though, I may start looking for a salon that is a better fit for what I'm looking for.

Great customer service experience. I came to this salon 2 days ago for the first time and they exceeded my expectations. Extremely accommodating. I walked in 1 hour prior to closing without an appointment and they serviced me immediately without a hesitation. Likewise, 4 other patrons walked in near closing way after me and they too were serviced without a complaint that they were near closing. This is HUGE. I am well aware, these employees are at the end of their work day eager to head home to their families and they never appeared rushed. Extremely professional! Place was clean. Charges were explained clearly to me. Reasonably priced. If want extra amenities it is extra charge but definitely worth it. While sitting in the chair after a full day at work, I actually felt relaxed. The two ladies were pleasant, not rushed, and accommodating. They were respectful and did not chatter/ laugh loudly. They did not appear to talk about me in their native language. The massage chair setting was perfect! They were professional. The gal that did my manicure asked me how I liked my nails shaped. Had my first ever gel manicure here, and had a good experience over all. The price was good, the facilities were clean, and the staff were very polite and courteous. I went here because of the reviews that say they have LED lights, which is true. They also have a good selection of colors and were very patient even tho it took me a while to choose what I wanted. During my manicure, some of my nails got these weird ripples in them after the drying phase, and the lady who worked on me was meticulous about removing them and starting over. Also, she was friendly and nice but not overly nosy which I really appreciate. I would definitely go here again. read more

I have been going to Miss Nails for a couple of years now, referred by a friend. The staff is friendly, salon very clean and nice selection of polish colors. Typically Diane does my nails, Kim also has done my nails as well as my daughters. Although I have never had services by Tammy or Anna they too appear to have loyal customers.
