This is not fancy but the people make all the difference. Cindy, the owner, and her sister in-law, Denise, are so sweet and accommodating. The prices are good and they do everything they can to make you feel good. They also do hair, color, and waxing. I found them 11 years ago, they changed locations down the street. I have not changed since they took my daughter in-law's wedding party for nail appointments at the last minute after another salon I had made appointments with refused to take everyone (apparently their English was a barrier to understanding), so Cindy and Deniae worked everyone in and ai was so very grateful and they have had my loyal support since then. If you are wanting relaxation and friendliness, and nice work and pricing, go here. If you want every fancy bell and whistle and the huge prices go elsewhere. read more

I was on a time crunch and needed to get a pedicure. I called in and asked if they had room to accommodate me. The lady who answered was very nice, and said they have room. When I arrived they were able to start on me right away. Overall positive experience, the ladies were VERY nice and sweet. Pedicure was $16. Just wish they had a greater color selection. This was my first time in here and it's right around the corner from where I live-- so I figured it would be convenient to just drop in real quick to do my eyebrows. The woman who did my eyebrows (I forgot her name already, but she's quite pretty for someone her age) spent a little bit more time than what I'm used to. That worried me a bit but she massaged my temples and forehead afterwards and I was pretty happy with how nice my eyebrows looked. PLUS! It's only $5! Can't beat that! So then, I thought that I might as well do my manicure and pedicure. And as SWEET as these women were, it was a such mistake to continue my stay there. I feel bad writing this because really, they were so, so, sweet. I requested for French tips but they're completely uneven, smudged, and they didn't cover my nail completely with the clear coat. I'm usually pretty easygoing and I don't mind having one or two messed up nails, fresh out of the salon. But I'm looking at my nails as I'm typing and there's literally not one nail that's totally and completely perfect. It's cheap though. $20 for the manicure and pedicure and an extra $2 for French. This place was cheap (not inexpensive, CHEAP). I got exactly what I paid for. It was $31 for gel manicure, regular pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. My gel manicure was messy and the polish did not cover my whole nail, so I asked for it to be fixed.... Which made it look even worse. It turned out wrinkly and bumpy, and the lady thought they looked good... I immediately went to another salon to have my nails fixed. So overall, I spent $55 total. Save yourself the time and money and just go to another salon. read more

Elite is run by two sisters and their sister-in-law. This is a down to earth little establishment that still keeps up with top quality polishes and equipment. They are all tidy and neat and efficient. The bonus with having it run by three close people is they genuinely care about you, they remember who you like best for what, and if any important events have gone on. Much preferable to any of the other local nail salons. They always play some kind of sappy rom-com in the evenings on the television and the news in the morning, so do be prepared for that. read more

I popped in with out an appointment. Should have been the first indicator that this wouldn't be good. I got a pedi, the clean up was ok but this is the worst paint/ polish application I've ever had. I could have done better myself. I had to put an extra coat on at home to help it look smooth and it begat chipping in 3 days. I think the polish had been diluted because it didn't go on nice and thick. Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. Horrible Experience!!! Went in by a recommendation from someone for a new set of nails and gel. Some tips were glued on crooked and acrylic and filing was the biggest slop job. She then painted the white rim for French Manicure. White was not uniform Right hand was wider than left hand. Not curved the way I requested. When she was done, I pointed out all the flaws and asked her to remove everything because of the poor job. She refused to and she said they did the beat job she could. No apology. O.K. update: being honest. Why not take all of my polish off and do a fill over it. Then my only choice is a solid color because the last color is still showing because you did not bother to take it all off and filled over it. And yes, a real problem with keeping the edges straight. I came here on Saturday 8/20 for a pedi and usually I've never had a problem here. This last time I went she got me in quickly but she was doing my pedi so hard, instead of buffing toes she literally was buffing my skin to where I started bleeding... and then she tried throwing my feet into the water to cover it up, when it started bleeding worse. So I've been checking my toe daily in case of an infection, probably won't be returning here again. read more

I came here today for the first time. The place is not that big so therefore you need an appointment, however, I have finally found my spot that does EVERYTHING (gel mani, pedi, brows). One person, Denise, that did everything. The total was $33, cheapest I have ever spent. They don't harass you to add on services. This is my place from now on. I am sure Cindy is great too.
