I've been coming to Pro Nails salon off and on for many years and it's difficult to tell which one…read moreI am reviewing, so I will review both noting what I feel are the key differences. The Sepulveda location has been around longer. I usually call and ask if Helen is available and usually I can get in quickly. I think each technician at the Sepulveda location has a different style. Helen opened up the PCH location and it was later sold to a different owner. I consider both locations about the same rating, but I like them for different reasons. I prefer Sepulveda location if I want white French tips, which I just went in for and they did a beautiful job. If I want them to use my own nail color I also go there. They have easy parking and easy to get in and out fast. The PCH location does not carry white tips, will not use polish that you bring in and parking can be a challenge. The PCH technicians all seem to turn out a similar nice result and they use more variety of small bit attachments on their tools. Small bits can get into tight spots and clean up under the nail better in my opinion. The PCH salon is better maintained with more spacious. I didn't touch on sanitation. That's something to ask about.

I always fear getting cut on my toes, but not a single cut today! Walked out of there feeling like a new person. Super friendly staff and can't wait to come back. They do a great job for the most part especially the massages on the feet, calves, hands and arms. I usually get a French pedicure and a regular manicure with just clear polish. She filed it down so it doesn't look like I have acrylics on but they're still on there. Three weeks later and the acrylic will still not come off! I have never had this problem before and this place should be closed down because they also tried to use used tools on me and if I say something they bring out a cheap tool that doesn't do the job the same. Morgan does my nails and she really listens. I just asked for my nails to be cut short not anything fancy. This isn't my first rodeo getting a mani pedi in my life. And she wasn't even doing my pedicure. She actually ended up painting my toes though and while I didn't request three coats of polish, she took the liberty of doing so and I didn't notice until she got to the second foot when I noticed how thick the polish was. I told her that next time I only want two coats. She replied that next time I need to tell her but how would I think she'd do three coats when she did only two on my hands? I am a little surprised at her retort. I still tipped generously because I appreciate the intention but not likely to come back.
