LITERALLY I walk out super happy every visit .. you want bomb nails? EZ NAILS DOES IT! All of the staff members there are super nice, they have every color and powders you can think of, and also my pedicure tech: Ken is also very good! Entire location and equipment is clean! So thankful they're always available and super close to home.

This is my first time coming to this location, and getting my nails done in general. A friend recommended it to me. I honestly did enjoy my overall experience. I went into for a basic manicure and pedicure ($33) The ladies were really sweet and nice, and took their time with their work. It was a little hard to understand them when they talked to me, which I totally understand and didn't mind. I really enjoy how my nails turned out. Edit: My nail polished chipped within an hour and I really didn't do much with my hands whatsoever. Also I can see the second layer of nail polish separated from the first, it looks really bad from the side. Also every time I wash my hands my ring finger's cuticle burns. They cut too much of it and it nearly bled. Some of my nail beds don't even have polish completely covering it. I'm honestly not that impressed with my manicure. My pedicure is fine, except one nail didn't dry completely so when she added the second coat of nail polish it got chunky and moved around. My nails also have bubbles in them, it's not completely smooth at all. And my glitter nail is very chunky feeling. Overall the quality was kind of lacking honestly. The sanitization was fine, everything was clean. I'm not sure if I would want to come back here.

I just got my eyebrows waxed here and it was a horrible experience. I initially wanted to get my eyebrows threaded cause i've heard great things, however the person that threads eyebrows wasn't in until 11. The woman that waxed my eyebrows was excessively was puling my skin the whole time, it was super uncomfortable. When she was done she slapped on the aloe/lotion after. Yes, slapped! It became too much, I had to raise my hands for her to stop. I think I'll take my chances somewhere else. read more

They make prices up as they go. $50 for a fill. A fresh new set is $60-70. Extra $15 for french tip when less product is being used vs. full gel polish set. I never mind paying but its just not worth it. Private techs will be receiving my money from now on. Pictured : The shapes are uneven. Polish uneven. French tip is uneven on all of them. Asked them to be fixed and just kept fixing the wrong thing. No point in arguing. This was $65 read more

Came to EZ Nails to get my feet and hands refreshed for a summer trip. Coming in the salon was empty, first red flag. To then come sitting down, I got a manicure and pedicure. I have never been rushed so fast to get a service done, I was done in 20 minutes. My cuticles were never worked on for my hands, my clear coat was coming off of my hands before I was able to make it home the same day! Following to today, I am at home now soaking my foot after getting nicked by the pedicurist to stop this infection from getting worse. Do not go to this nail salon if you care about your health!! read more

I got the mani pedi spa package. Thinking it would be a relaxing time and for the most part it was. I paid A LOT. I understand that COVID took a toll on a lot of businesses and so I wanted to at least tip them 20%. I even brought a friend with me to bring them more business. By the end of my service, I got super hustled and guilt tripped for extra tip which I felt pressured to give. Brought a friend AND extra tip?! Now I regret it. My ingrown toenail which I specifically requested extra attention to isn't even dealt with. I'm in even more pain after my visit since they cut too deep and now my toenails are all uneven. Now, I take a closer look at my mani pedi and this sham of 2 coats is so cheap but they still call it "gel polish". They don't bother painting your entire nail with their measly 2 coats. I picked an OPI polish but they recommended some hack cheap alternative probably because their old ones are drying out too. Spa packages come with a 10 min. massage. They show you some Daiso bought timer which btw, doesn't ring or beep when time is over. Also a massage should be a massage not someone wiping their hands with some lotion on your shoulders or your feet. I requested for her to go HARD as well. Absolutely nothing. Shouldn't have bothered with the spa package at all. Nail techs asked me for a good review. I don't know if I got the worst nail techs there or what. But for what I paid, I thought I'd be happy with the service I received. You may have taken my money but you won't take away this bad taste in my mouth for how shameful my day turned out at your nail salon. I'm sure other places are more deserving of my money for the right kind of treatment and service I actually ask for. read more

I called in early to make an appointment a t the man who answered the phone was really nice. I didn't get a name but he looked to bee late teens early 20s. My sister and I both had our nails done quickly and they look wonderful! The appointment was at 11:30 but we arrived 20 minutes early and they took us right away! We left after about 1:50. My sister wanted a simple design with vines. They were really cheep too! Hers were $85 and mine were $90. The only problem I could find here was that the guy had one of my nail crooked. You can't notice unless I tell you so it's not a big deal, but my sister was nicked and bled a little. But all in all the place was clean and our nails looked great! Honestly can't say I am impressed with this place. Not only were my fingers cut in several different places, I was just not satisfied with the full set that was applied. My nails are also oddly straight- there is no defined apex to the nail. The acrylic is also way too thin and I am expecting that they will probably break. I am not a person who likes thickly applied acrylic; however these I doubt will last very long at all. Cuticles were left a mess, too. The nail tech was nice. But I'm not paying for compliments and friendly conversation. It also doesn't make up for a bad nail application either. I would never expect to pay $45 for the quality of nails I received today, but I had no time to dispute or have anything corrected. I wish a refund was possible so I could get my nails redone properly somewhere else. read more

That was around the time when the nail tech walked over to me for the first time to ask if I had chosen a color, not when my feet were in the water or when I was receiving the service, as I stated. She also walked away after the initial contact and returned a couple times, throwing supplies on her cart before proceeding. Regardless of that, my Zelle payment for tip was also confirmed at 6:54pm. So I do want to acknowledge that my time there was about an hour and a half total from my arrival/ appointment time. There was also not a "light residue" of the scrub left, there was literal exfoliating pieces/ beads and cream that I was able to scrape off my leg with my fingernail. There is no need to note my preferences as I will not be going back. If I had known that later appointments were known to be thrown off schedule, I would've just showed up late so I didn't have to wait. There was no update or follow up. While I understand it is the business owners responsibility to ensure all reviews are accurate, the repeated attempt to disprove what I stated was unnecessary when the issue still stands: my appointment time was not honored, i had literal pieces of scrub and gel on my leg, and someone used a cuticle cutter to PULL pieces of my toenail off without asking me. I understand these services are a luxury; I would not come in expecting to be waited on but I do expect basic communication and respect. The service and response were both disappointing.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I was really disappointed with my pedicure experience. The technician did not scrub my feet, apply lotion, or provide any callus removal, which is something I usually receive and expect during a pedicure. On top of that, there was no communication at all--no greeting, no asking what services I wanted, nothing. The service felt rushed and incomplete, and overall it did not meet the standard of a professional pedicure. Been stopping in here for the past few years on my way to work and these gals are fast - which is helpful when I'm on the run. The place is a little run down and the parking lot can be a bit difficult to navigate around in if it's packed. I'm also not a big fan of their UV nail dryer (not all that great for the skin). I prefer places that just use high speed fans or something. The ladies are nice enough although now and again they seem a little lackluster in energy and customer service.
