Today I got my nails done here for the first time. I called the day before and made an appointment no problem. When I arrived they sat me right away for my pedicure. It felt so nice to get a pedicure! I picked the sea salt pedicure for $30. I then got a full set of acrylic nails. They took their time to make sure every nail was perfect. Total for full set and pedicure was $80 plus a $1 charge for credit. After I left the salon, I messed up one of my toes and I came back and they fixed it right away. So appreciative of them. This was my first time coming here! I didn't have to wait long before I was in the seat soaking my feet waiting to have a pedicure done. The ladies were sweet! And both my pedi & acrylic manicure came out soo cute! I was very pleased. They lasted almost 3wks without breaking off (I'm a mom of 4 & am always cooking, cleaning..etc). Sadly I didn't get to come back for a fill, but I sure did enjoy my nails! I'll be back again one day! I do recommend making an appt though. I felt bad how busy they were! And I promise you about 7 different women came in to get a mani/pedi and couldn't at that moment and either made an appt to come back or missed out. They are really good here and I see why they have so many customers. So if you don't want to miss out, make an appt! and don't be late! read more

Both Li and Kim are the sweetest people! They were so kind and made me feel extra pampered. They're not only quick, but they do a great job. I usually don't like how my nails look when they're short, but Li shaped them so nicely and made them look cute! Will definitely be back! read more

I've been going to this salon for a while now, and there hasn't been a single time where I haven't gotten cut a little, but the most recent time I got cut 3 times and was denied tissue for my blood smh. AND i had booked an appointment but still had to wait 20 minutes and while I was in the middle of my appointment my nail tech left to work on another client for ANOTHER 20 minutes. To be fair I hadn't brought up my complaints and they did do a good job, but still not the greatest experience. Regardless I still tipped more than 20% but idk how often I'm gonna return. Wow didn't expect to have such a horrible experience today. I called to ask if they had an opening available at a certain time. I was told yes. I walked in everyone was friendly. I wasn't sat down for more then 10 min when another customer comes in and my nail lady forgot she told someone else to come over to fix her nails from the previous day. She asked if I could wait a few min. I agreed but those few minutes turned into 1hr. I was so irritated. She proceeded to do my nails. She was going so fast she cut me twice. My nails look like a child did them. To make matters worse she charged me $60 for a terrible job and experience. Never again will I go to this place again. read more

Does not provide the service you ask for. Asked for a Ambri finish and got this only for it to break one week later and paid 90$. In my opinion this business is in business to rip customers off. Ask for one thing and get something else. Asked not to do something and did it anyway stating I forgot and then charged for what not asked for. Pay attention to the service and get an app that translates. Vibe is not customer friendly. 160$ later. Would not recommend this place read more

What a nice nail salon! Lee was awesome. I came in a hour before they closed and they got me in. Staff was so nice. They have nice NEW gel and matching nail polish! Lee stayed after hours so she could also do my pedicure to match my gel manicure! The prices were good, staff is friendly! Would definitely recommend! read more

I have been coming to this salon for years. It's smaller, which is perfect because you get to know the people who work with your nails. They make sure your nails are exactly how you want them. They treat you like family. The massage chairs are super comfy and they are socially distancing customers and following safe practices. It's my go to and should be yours too. read more

My experience did not live up to the reviews! I waited for at least an hour even though I had called and made an appointment. The excuse I got was "two people came in just before your appointment" -- what is not my problem! It was a guy that worked on my pedicure and he was not skillful at all, with cutting, trimming, filing and coloring. I ended up asking for the nail clipper and trimmed myself. The boss lady had to fix my coloring later. Although the boss lady wasn't all that great either... she cut my friend working on his pedicure! Overall, not impressed with their quality of work or customer service! read more

Reserved and went in for a manicure Sat me down at the pedicure station As the one manicure table was busy. Brought the wrong color polish and put it on. It was impossible to communicate so i just didn't bother. Not sure Id call it a relaxing experience. The manicure looked old. I would maybe go for the cheap experience- but probably not. read more

I've been looking around for a nice local spot that isn't too over priced or too far. I was at the Chevron the other day and remembered that there was some sign that said there was a special. I decided to take a look today. Now, I have to say that this probably isn't the place that the sign was referring to because while driving away, there was another nail place down the way. With that said, I liked this spot. It's a cute place but incredibly small. It's about five months new. The nail polish selection here isn't that great. I couldn't find the kind of red that I wanted so I settled for another red. I am happy with it but the thought that you're "settling" when you're paying for services isn't ever pleasant, right? Anyway, so I walked in without an appointment and noticed there were some ladies there already. It's Christmas Eve so I imagined it would be closed or busy ... or worse, short handed. But I lucked out at the time that I walked in. Kevin told me to grab a nail polish and I did, I sat down and soaked my feet. The wait was semi long but there were only three people there. Hannah is the owner and she was working on someone else while there was an older lady cleaning up. I sat and watched some TV and got a massage from the chair. It was hitting the spot and made the wait go by which I can't complain. Kevin was really attentive with making sure that all my needs were met. He paid attention to detail and if I had something to say, he was easy to fix it. I picked a pedicure special that included callous removal, salt scrub and some massage for 25. It was decent. The massage could have been harder but maybe next time I'll say something. But with the manicure, it came to 35. Overall, I liked this spot. It was busy and may have been slow for other costumers. I felt bad so I was more understanding than usual. There was an older lady who was rushing and "had to be somewhere". She kept complaining and I suppose she just wasn't happy (but seemed to be a regular). I'd definitely come back. :) read more

First off she overcharges. Charged me $113 (plus I tipped $20) for a gel mani pedi. Nothing extra or fancy, matter of fact the pedi was rushed and half done. I came in told her what I wanted and she proceeded to make me wait while she helped someone who came in about 10 minutes after me. When I was paying I mentioned that seemed a bit high but I just paid and left. Today I had my daughter call and inquire about pricing and she was told $32 for a gel manicure when she charged me $70. I returned today to get my money back and she tried to avoid me, then acted like I can't do simple math. I told her she knows what she did and she's wrong. Especially considering that I've been going to her all this past year but haven't been lately because I'm at the end stage of liver disease. Apparently this seemed like a good opportunity to rip me off. There are so many other nail salons that are decent and ethical that there's no need to bother with this one. read more

First time at a salon in Torrance and searched for a place close to my apartment and decided to try getting my toes and nails done at this place! Post stay at home order, the staff seemed to be complying with safety guidelines. Prior to arriving I had been interested in the almond shape nails from seeing at pictures and reviews from other customers. Came here with my sister to get my nails done after my graduation for pampering. I just wanted my toe nails painted and picked nice red color. My sissy got her nails done. My nail technician was doing the most. I always have bad experiences when nail salons cut my cuticles on my feet and hands because they easily bleed and it's painful so I let my nail tech know I just want gel toe nails and that is it. She proceeded to start to trim my toe cuticles and I told her to stop because I saw my one of toe cuticle raw due to the brief picking and I nicely said just paint them. She then ask me if I wanted my feet done or scraped I said no, I just want my toe nails painted with gel. Finally she gets to it and does a nice job. No complaints but it was annoying that she kept offering more services I did not want. Once finished I went over to sit with my sister and another nail tech came over and grabbed my hands and asked me what color I wanted my nails (mind you I already got my hands done a few days ago, just wanted my toes done) I said to her I don't need my nails done, I'm good. She puts my hand down and walks away. I did not like that at all. If I want something done I will let my services know for sure and it was just annoying to keep getting asked for services I don't want or need. However our nails came out GREAT. Don't let them talk you into something you don't want or need. My sister told me that she just wanted her eye brows done and they also waxed her upper lip and charged her for it after she did not want it. So be firm. Not sure if I'll be back but the quality of work is great but they are aggressive in offering services! read more

This place is great! They do a good job ..not once have I gotten my nails done bad , BUT they take wayyyy too long . It's really a bummer since I enjoy coming here . I stopped coming here because of my last visit for Halloween I spent 4 hours here . Today I went back to get a quick mani & pedi right when they open at 10am . They didnt show up til 10:17am then An hour passed since I sat down ...They were barely done with my Pedicure . It was almost noon and I just took off . You guys need to hire more employees. By the way only 2 of us were in there and there was 2 of them . Don't understand the lag? Also not very great colors to choose from :/ read more

I love this place! My daughter and I got gel pedicures. My feet needed some extra TLC, and they did just that! I typically go to a nail spa near me in Marina Del Rey, but I feel like the girls are always overbooked, rushed, and in turn don't do a really good job. Not to mention overpriced. I found that Get Spoiled Nails took their time and took good care of my daughter and I. The prices are reasonable for the pedicure packages. For sure our new nail spot! read more

If you want to get pampered and receive top-notch care for your hands & feet--Get Spoiled Nails, in Torrance, is the place to go! The shop has a great team: Len, Kim, & Lisa!...All 3 of them have a sweet demeanor & provides excellent service! My husband and I make our visit to their shop every two weeks-- for a manicure and pedicure. They do not require chit-chat conversation, therefore, we are able to take a snoozewhile getting excellent care! I loved the way my nails turned out and my pedicure was good. I'm not happy that they don't follow their own price list that is posted when you walk in. It says a pink and white fill is $25.00 and regular pedicure $18.00 and $5.00 tor the gel for a total of $48.00 but I was charged $55.00 and when I asked why a extra $7.00 they couldn't tell me. I won't be back unless the owner ir manager wants to correct the mistake. read more

I am just totally disgusted with their work. Today was my third and FINAL time stopping by this nail shop. I live fairly close so it is really easy for me to stop by when the nail shop that I usually go to is closed or too busy. Everyone is nice here but their work is on an amateur level. The paint job is always horrible and I do not feel like they do a good job of grooming my nails (cuticles, shaping,etc.). I will not be back. I am SO SERIOUS this time. They are always so busy and I am always puzzled as to why! read more

TLDR: $20.99 mani/pedi special Tu/Wed, waxing and facials available, appointment not necessary, yelp-check in for new guests This facility looks recently remodeled with updated furniture and wall decorations. There's calming radio music in the background alongside a TV which makes for an interesting ambiance. I felt like my needs were ultimately addressed and they made sure I was comfortable, water temperature was ok, and if I needed a wifi password. Today I decided to get my first manicure alongside a much needed spa pedicure with callus remover and the whole shebang. They were both performed at the same time, which is unusual from what I've seen from other locations, but nevertheless, it felt nice to be pampered by multiple people (ugh does this mean more tip though?) The manicure was interesting. My nails are unevenly cut with some sharp edges. The massage was pretty nice. No clear coat for me. I probably would not get another one. The pedicure was much more interesting! I've never had anyone use the rotary buffer on my feet before. Is this sanitary or effective? I'm unsure at this point. I did appreciate that they did not grate my feet, even with my excess callous build-up. The nail cutting was also uneven but my experience was good. I think she scrubbed my feet for a good 3 min per foot. I opted for the $25 sea salt pedicure which includes a generous 3 min massage per leg, salt scrub for 3 min per leg, and a hot towel/stone massage. It honestly was relaxing. I probably would come back. It's on Torrance Blvd so if you turn it at the gas station, drive around it between the Chinese restaurant to find the hidden entrance. read more

I LOVE coming to this salon! They have really reasonable prices & the staff is always friendly & efficient! The spa pedicure chairs are really relaxing, with massagers and everything. They also have numerous colors to choose from, wether you get a regular or gel mani. Hannah the owner, also does really nice designs for gel. They have a special on Mani & Pedi's Mon-Weds for $20. I like to get gel manicures & a pedi during that time, & it only costs $35. I always get a gel manicure & spa pedicure. I have had my toes done, by everyone that works here.. And they always do a great job! My go to, for gel manicures are Tammy & Hannah. Tammy always does a great job, she is efficient but very precise! She paints right up to the nail bed, which I love! She is also very nice, she converses with you & even remembers what we talk about. I usually go on Friday, because I work half day. They're always really busy, but try and accommodate you as quickly as they can. If you know when you're coming, make an appointment! Today I went on a Wednesday around lunch time, & they were slow. Ok so I used a Facebook deal and got a mani/pedi with a single hot stone "massage" on the feet only for $19.99 + an UNBELIEVABLE $8 just for French tips. Since when does using a minimal amount of white nail polish cost 4 BOTTLES WORTH?! First off, the older lady who barely speaks English (only saying this as a matter of description, don't get your feelings hurt) did my toes and they simply didn't look professional. There was too much white and she hardly bothered to square half my toenails. The younger lady who speaks much better English had to touch my toes up after she was done. STRIKE ONE. Then, the lady who did my nails was mostly sweet and did a much better job than the first. But one thing she did that I abhor is that she smudged my nail. I noticed, had her fix it, cool. She also messed another one up by not being cognizant of the cotton fibers stuck in the polish. But what I didn't like was after she was done she told me to be careful not to mess up my nails as if the prior smudges SHE MADE were MY FAULT. STRIKE TWO. Lastly, after the aforementioned lady finished my hands she left to go get something and I sat in the massage chair with nothing drying my nails. So I'm BLOWING ON MY NAILS like I have all darn day to sit here and air dry. About 5 mins go by and I'm finally looking around to get attention and the woman who speaks the better English asks me if I'm ok and I'm like I need something to dry my nails. So she finally takes me over to the fan/uv nail dry table and then tries to excuse her coworker like "oh, you looked so comfortable she didn't want to move you." What kind of nonsense? Comfortable or not I don't have all day to sit around in a nail shop. Procedure, people! STRIKE. THREE. So, I probably will not go back. I understand it's a new shop but I think people should kind of know the process before they open. Also my nav did not know where this place is and I had to call twice to get her to explain clearly where they are. If you're taking Hawthorne to Torrance, make the left onto Torrance and they are in the mini-mall BEHIND the gas station on the corner. You can apparently ignore all the parking signs that say 20 minutes only in front of the shop and park there. I will say that the shop is clean and well decorated. That's about it. Meh. read more

Went here with my woman on a casual sunday and boy do these ladies make miracles happen. I hadnt been to get a pedicure in a good while. That day was great as I sat in a legit massage chair while I was getting my feet back into good health. A lot of time was spent on them and after about 30 minutes i could notice the difference. The name of the place fits the mission these ladies set out to get accomplished with every customer. My girlfriend got both sets of nails and they looked great after it was all over. They use an ipad with credit card swipe app which makes me an in and out process. I will totally go back there. On occasion they have specials during the week which will come in handy for the next time. Use the one time offer they have on Yelp. read more

Walk-ins are welcome, but remember "hating" yelpers: the basics of economics "SUPPLY" (service workers, in this case) and DEMAND is ever changing in business. This place is small, so it's advised to call ahead or give them a heads up as to when you'd like to come and what you'd like done. Hands on the deck is limited. I like the fact that this place is small though, quiet (yet still good music) and chill. They offer free wifi, but why bother with your phone as the massage chairs are: A-mazing. Speaking of phones and Amazing-ness... it's not of my nature to be on my phone while receiving any service from anyone. Quick shout out to Kim for being super patient with me one time I was on the phone for nearly an hour while she was waxing me, while still delivering a good job and service. But that won't happen again on my part. I come here for mani's, pedi's and waxing. Unbeatable prices here in Torrance. Nice staff. Nice work. Get Spoiled. read more

So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. This business is not even worthy of one star! Worst experience of my life... I took my daughter in for an acrylic full set, French style. When I realized that she was not doing acrylic and that she had placed several of the nails crooked I brought it to her attention but she disagreed with me and proceeded to work on my daughters nails. Looking at my daughters face, almost in tears, I asked the tech (believe Lee) to just paint them pink, forget about French. I kept my cool. Decided to pay anyway. Needless to say, we walked out very upset with crooked nails caked with gel underneath, acrylic never used, nothing like what we requested. As I was paying, I contacted the owner to express my dissatisfaction. I explained, he apologized but indicated he would call me back. Rather than a call back I received a text back from him placing the blame on us indicating that the issue was as result if the nails not drying. The paint was not the issue, the issue was the fact that we did not get what we asked for and the fact that the nails were crooked and caked with whatever adhesive wax used. He did not take the time to even try to listen to me. I'm not the type to ever complain or file bad reviews, but this place is the worst and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Very next day, went to a new salon where they agreed that the work was very poor. read more

I came in here about 2 weeks ago to get my nails done. I felt bad already because i went when it was like 45 min to closing and i asked for a full set. I wish I remembered the name of the girl but she did such a good job! I got so many compliments on my nails! So I came back two weeks later to get a fill. I have been here twice and everyone, especially Hannah, has been great :) Hannah did my acryllic nails over 4 weeks ago and they still look amazing and are not even close to falling off! I got french tips so you can't even tell they are growing out unless you look closely. That was something that I would see at nail salons that tacked onto the price. Gel is an extra $15 on top of any service. The place is clean, cute and on the smaller end. It's never usually busy when I go, but I always like to call and make and appointment. They offer a 10% discount for first time clients. And for a Yelp review they offer a 5% discount! Cash is king for them, although they have Zelle options as well as the square card kiosk for cards. It's a hole in the wall for sure and I wish more people knew about this place!!

Was excited to spend time dolling up with my bridesmaids, and we came on the recommendation from a bridesmaid in a bridal party a couple weeks prior. But what was intended to be a fun bonding experience quickly went south. For context: I NEVER get my nails done. The last time was over 5 years ago when I was in another bridal party. I had originally wanted something simple and natural, but decided to go for a "fun" style to mark the occasion. I showed the nail tech, Jenny, pictures of a milky ombre nail with some sparkle effect. She nodded, and started to get to work. I asked for rounded but not "too round." She began filing away with a HUGE emory board. Making quick work, she gave me a square with rounded off corners. I asked for a bit more round, and she rounded off more. I asked for still a little more because it looked too flat still, and she filed in diagonally until it came in to a flat tip. I was a little shocked by how much came off, and was feeling uncertain about the look. But she said there was no way to go back now, so I said okay to the rest of them done this way. I figured maybe it would look better with polish. She proceeded to file off the rest of my nails in a rush, mostly filing my skin rather than the nail. After filing, the edges were all uneven and very different lengths, and two of the fingers on my left hand had one side completely sawn off asymmetrically. Not pretty. I figured maybe she would come back and do detailed corrections later, but nope. Then came the cleaning of the cuticles. She nipped so deep that THREE of my fingers started to bleed. She didn't notice the bleeding though until she had already proceeded with chemical application, causing them to sting. She didn't pause to disinfect and stop bleeding. Just wiped acetone on them and kept going. She commented that my skin must be thin. It felt like she was saying it was my skin's fault for bleeding where she cut me. Then came the color. Base color job was nice and even. 5 stars. Tbh I could've stopped there and been fine with it. But once she tried to do the ombre... the sprayer machine she tried to use was out of battery. No backup. Not prepared. After struggling several minutes with getting the sprayer to charge back up, she gave up. But instead of explaining to me what was happening and giving me options to proceed, she decided to go ahead and manually apply the ombre with a paintbrush. It turned out very streaky. Let's call it an "artsy" ombre to be generous. Several layers of painting and curing later, once we were about finished, she then tells me that she can't do ombre with gel nails and I should have asked for powder. Again, not a nail regular, which I told her. And again, getting married the next day, which I told her. Yet somehow, my fault for asking for the wrong thing so that the ombre couldn't be achieved. The sparkle she added at my request as least helped mask some of the sloppiness. After all the painting and curing, it was finally time for top coat and finishing touches. One of my bridesmaids had finished 10 minutes earlier, and I had watched as her nail tech carefully cleaned the edges and made them neat and uniform with a wand, checking in with her regularly to make sure it was to her satisfaction. But Jenny... she came back with the giant emory board and hacked away at the corners again. Except this time, she tore into my flesh and I had to yelp in pain before she would stop. She left a deep gash in my finger, which she did not disinfect. And then once again commented on my "thin skin," as my fingers continued to bleed. This whole time I was staring at her California nail esthetician license, wondering if it's legit or if my experience is supposed to be normal for a nail salon. To wrap it up, she charged me double the regular price because it was not a basic gel manicure. She explained that other nail techs would have refused to do the ombre for gel nails, but because I was the bride, she tried her best for me (I wish she had been upfront and we wouldn't have bothered). Then she wished me luck on my wedding. We booked it out of there. Once I got home and inspected, it finally hit me how sloppy a job she did, how rushed out I felt, and frankly, how abused my nails and fingers were. I spent the afternoon miserably disinfecting the wounds with IPA. One of my bridesmaids called to complain, but they said the injury was an accident and refused to offer any sort of compensation. So buyer beware. Go somewhere else, or avoid Jenny.

As soon as I walked in a guy greeted me and confirmed my appointment and when I asked to change my service from regular pedicure to gel pedicure he accepted with no issue. My technician was Lily - the sweetest and kind lady who listened to what I wanted and ensured to fulfill my needs of not making the gel too thick. She did ask if I wanted to add on additional service but when I declined there was no pressure and she went on with the service I had initially requested for. The salon was very clean and everyone was kind. The only con I can think of during my experience was that when choosing the color for my gel, I felt a bit pressured as he was standing next to me as if waiting to hurry and pick the color. Other than that, they brought me complimentary drink and was friendly and will definitely be visiting again.

The salon itself was clean and well maintained. I was hoping to use a massage chair, but they didn't have one. I should have asked about that when I made the appointment. I got a regular polish manicure and pedicure, a girl got a gel manicure and pedicure, and my partner had a foot care treatment. We spent around $400 in total. The work was okay. They accept tips through Venmo, so you don't have to worrying about having cash.
