My daughter and I both went to get pedicures, and I'm not sure if the one who did her pedicure felt like because she was young she didn't deserve a good pedicure. But we paid for hot stones ( only used one and warmed it up in the water!!!) the paint job was sloppy. And she cut my daughter so bad. Did not even apologized. My daughter bled so much. On top of it, I'm pretty sure they over charge. Her pedicure was 38+ 15. And mine was 48 +10. And our total was $126. Not sure where the additional 15 dollars came from. Careful. read more

This is one of the worst places to go for nails. I called ahead of time to get a gel x set and pedicure. I came in and the tech that did my pedicure was rude as soon as I denied the more expensive pedicure option. She left my big toe very sloppy and it had to get redone by someone else afterwards. My gel x set came out so ugly. The tech could not figure out how to size my nails beds. I dont have perfect nail beds but I don't think they're that bad either. I've had them done before. I wanted almond and opted for square to make it easier for her. My set is all crooked and ugly, I have to take it off myself at home. I will not be returning and I do not recommend anyone else come here. 100 plus dollars wasted on absolute trash work and disgusting attitudes. read more

Today we're very nice, and very professional. I had trouble communicating the man what I wanted, but he was able to do a very nice job. Pedicure was amazing. I've never had someone make my toes so clean. Unfortunately, four days later my gel manicure started to chip, crack, and pull away from my nails. I'm very disappointed, because my French manicure cost me 70 plus dollars. It's too far for me to go back and ask them to fix it. read more

I went to Queen Nails and Lashes for Gel-X French tips and had a very disappointing experience. The technician cut my finger while working on my cuticles, then struggled with the French tip design. The polish looked watery, the edges were uneven, and even after I asked her to fix it, the finish still looked messy due to her shaky hands. I ended up paying and leaving unhappy. I used to go here a lot but 12/3/2025 @ 3:20pm was a whole different story. Holly was my nail technician and I was in for a full set. I showed Holly my design and at first she agreed to it but lied that the shop did not have the color when there were multiple colors. Then she proceeded to do my nails and kept repeatedly asking "why dont you just do all one color? No french just do all color. Do all nails cat eye." I would've appreciated if she just told me she couldn't do the nail design I wanted or just have someone else who is capable to do my nails. My mom went and got her nails done here a few days ago and the next day some of the nails fell off. It hasn't been a full week with them on and she already lost around 5. She has been going to queen nail and lash for about a year now and each set she has gotten has lasted about a month. I do not recommend this salon if you are getting your nails done. read more

This'll be an honest review. This is the first time I've had a problem with my nail. After I was done with getting my nails and I was looking at both sides of my nails I see one of my acrylic nail has an air bubble in it and on the rest of my nails looks glossy while the other side of my nails isnt glossy. I paid a lot and unfortunately the end results of what I saw I wasn't all too satisfied. I would like to go back and get the air bubble fix and have one side of the rest of my nails to reapply the top coat properly and one of my other nail looks flat at the edge. If I could give this place a zero I would. I should know better by now, not to go there, but since it is under new management I figured I would give them a try. Get there around 10:15 am, they sit me on the pedi chair about five minutes later - cool. The first employee that helped me was super nice. I waited for about another 30 minutes in the chair - okay it was busy so it's all good. The nail tech that was supposed to do my pedi finishes doing somebody else's toes. Gets up, throws away some stuff in the trashcan and comes directly to my area. Doesn't change her gloves, which are visibly wet. I ask her if she is going to change her gloves, and she responds that she did - straight up LIES. She leaves the area, I get up and leave. Obviously, she is not very hygenic. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. Both were okay. Gel manicure didn't even last 2 days without chipping. This is my nails on day 3. Pretty disappointed and don't live near by so I can't go back to have it corrected. The salon needed to be better ventilated, I felt like a needed a mask but didn't have one, the fumes were strong even though there was only 1 manicure and 2 pedicures happening when I walked in. I really like this nail shop. I needed to get a pedicure and it was one of the only places open late. I love the upfront pricing and organized check-in/check-out system. The setup and decor is nice if that's important to you. It's not the most spacious place, and it can get really loud when it's busy. I thought they did a very good job on my Pedi, I forget the lady's name who did mine but she took the leg massage part very seriously, which was actually nice for me because my calves and lower legs are always tight. The prices here are a tad higher than other shops I've been to, but I guess that's just everywhere these days, and to me their level of organization with the patrons is worth the extra few dollars. Tried out this place since it was recommended. Why a 3 star? Well....They did a good job BUT the prices online DON'T match what they say in person. They kept going to one lady asking the price which is a red flag. Then when you ask for one service they try to upsell more services (yes I know it's part of the job) BUT after I've already said 5 times "no thank you" I'd think you wouldn't keep asking. I really did not have a good experience here at all. I don't know how this place has such good reviews. My nail tech was extremely slow, it took over 2 hours for him to do my dip nails. My nails are uneven in length, they were all misshaped and I had to reshape them myself at home. They charged me $10 for removal of my other dip set and It was $55 total plus tip so $66 for a really bad job. I do my own dip nails but needed to get them done as I was in from out of town. I have naturally long nails and the tech cut them down completely. I am beyond angry I went her and so upset at what I spent and that my nails were cut short. These look terrible and I am just appalled at how much I spent for such a crap job. read more

I was afraid this would just be a rebranding of Hands and feet, which it sadly looks like it is. I had bad experiences with them so it sucks that this is not truly a new place. A lot of the employees are the same, and those that stayed are the ones that had less experience or skill. They have appointments available but they still double book themselves. The person doing my nails had them soaked in acetone and then switch over to finish another girls nails and while hers were soaking they came back to mine. Definitely won't be coming back. Granted, it's a bit busy but I waited for 40 minutes total before they even offered to start. I ended up leaving. I really wanted to love this place. I came in for Gel-X removal and new Gel-X set. Long story short the new Gel-X was way over glued and lifted. I've had Gel-X a few times before and never had this issue. The nice lady offered to remove and restart with acrylic. She was honestly very sweet and tried her best to please me but the end result was very sloppy and way shorter than I originally asked for. I was helped by a new lady named Denise, who courteously asked if I wanted my ingrown nails cut. I come here routinely to get my pedicure done, but this is the first time someone asked me that question. Usually nail techs have their own routine, which I respect. But was impressed by her level of customer service to give a client an option. I don't know about you, but I LOVE when a nail tech is able to fix my ingrown toenails. Not every nail tech has that level of skill to do that and she was very detailed oriented which I appreciate so much! I just wanted to give her a shoutout since she stood out from my other visits coming here. She's only been here for a few weeks, and she's already showing she's a valuable asset.
