The nail tech is working on one of the workers (IN THE SALON) hands and the front desk is saying that she can't do my nails because she has two people she needs to do. I said I don't believe that because she's sitting there doing one of her coworkers nails. When I say that she starts getting up to go to them lol. If she needed to do two other people's nails then why is she not doing their nails?? JUST UNPROFESSIONAL. I've spent thousands of dollars at this establishment over the years and just to be disrespected like that was honestly the last straw. Then they talk about you in their language. Today I came in for a polkadot French tip/refill and as she was doing my nails, her next appointment came in. She told the front desk to tell the lady that it will take her another 20 minutes because she still has to do the polkadot designs. This is at 12:10 PM. Mind you I came in at 11 to get started on my nails. Lisa then starts rushing on my nails messes up a FEW polkadots and uses the nail file and messed up another nail. She expected me to pay $100 of rushed work and walk away. She then started to call me names and say I'm very picky and that she doesn't want to do my nails anymore and that no one at the establishment wants to do my nails. I have been going there for over seven years. I've only had about two or three nail techs and they have all left the establishment. She is very rude and will do sloppy work when she is feeling rushed and will tell you that you are too picky. I save lives for a living and all you have to do is do my nails correctly and I'm picky? It's such an insult. Especially after giving these people hundreds /thousands of dollars over the years. I highly suggest you guys start reconsidering coming to this establishment because it has greatly changed over the years. The only person that I trust on the nail side is Natalie. She does amazing pedicures and she will always make sure that it is done to your liking. I need to be honest because I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I showed a very clear inspiration photo, and what I got looks nothing like it. The design is sloppy, uneven, poorly executed, and honestly looks rushed and unfinished. The shaping is off, the details are messy, and the overall quality is unacceptable--especially for something I paid for. This set looks like a bad imitation of the reference photo and not professional work at all. I'm very unhappy with the result and I do not think this is worth what I was charged. I had been coming here for years but then my gal left during covid and honestly I had tried other places closer to home. This wasn't my first time but I haven't been here in years. I got a pedicure and a full set. I really enjoyed the services. I love that they offer you beverages, alcohol, beverages included and snacks. Snacks. I would prefer it if they offered disposable cups. The pedicure was a little pricey more than what I pay at any other nail salon but I believe it was worth it. I suffer from really dry skin and my heels get really dry. Whatever product that they used to Slough away, the dead skin worked amazingly well. Besides that, the pedicure was pretty standard. I've had my food stamp for about 3 weeks now. And there's no lifting. That's really important. The shape could have been a little bit tighter and neater but overall I'm happy with the outcome. They attended me pretty quick but my manicure felt rushed and I went during a time when it was slow and there wasn't much customers so not sure why my manicure was rushed a bit. Also I got French tip an they are not even my right hand has a thicker tip than my left hand. The one on my left hand also is not even at all it doesn't look like a French tip. Took their time showing us the different packages they offer at the salon and we ended up picking one that we really really enjoyed. It was selection #2 (they said it was a customer favorite). I love doing my nails here!!! Please don't get your lashes done. This was my first time getting my lashes done at this establishment and they gave me an eye infection. Day 1 was experiencing a strong burning sensation and had red irritated eyes. Day 2 I went back so they can take a look at it and they told me the 1 of my eyelash was falling out and irritating my eye causing the "pain". The ladies were really rude and practically gaslighted me onto keeping them on. The rest of the night my eye was tearing up, red, and my whole face hurt so bad. Seems like the quality keeps going down every time I go. Today, the young gentleman at the counter had an attitude when I asked to set my stuff down before I used the restroom. After the restroom l, I sat at my chair and no one came over. I waited about 5 minutes then returned to the counter to ask about the wait time. The place was pretty empty so I wasn't expecting a wait. Every time I come, I get the $70 pedicure with gel. My nail person just grabbed a fragrance pack and didn't even ask me which one I wanted. This service usually takes 90 minutes when done well, the brochure actually says 60 minutes. I've actually been there longer before and I love every minute of it. Today I was in and about in 45 minutes. Anna van did my pedicure and I felt like she rushed a bit. I noticed another person was coming over to her and asking her to do his nails, maybe that is why she rushed to finish me. I asked Anna if she did everything on the list and inquired about the warm neck wrap. I was told the neck wrap was only for manicures and that it was too hot anyway. For the first time I opted for a basic manicure. I don't like polish on my nails so I requested a buff. I felt like the manicure was a total waste and I won't do that again. $22 for the manicure and an additional $7 for buffing. The guy who did my manicure also finished very quickly, I didn't even get my full 5 measly minutes of massage. According to my receipt his name is Tony. When I went to check out, the guy tapped my credit card, turned to the register to grab the receipt and didn't even bother turning around to look at me or say thanks. She also noticed my cuticles were very dry, which they were due to a previous set from a different salon which caused a really bad allergic reaction around my cuticles. But Angel gave me tips on how to keep my nails and cuticles healthy! Which was great! I asked for a soft white acrylic with a clear coat on top and for some reason it's been so hard to find this off white acrylic. But Angel knew exactly what I wanted and she did my nails BOMB ASF! I know they're basic which is how I like my nails, but although I get my nails pretty much this simple every time, somehow other places and other nail techs still manage to not do my nails justice the way Angel did my nails today! Despite management offering apologies and another nail tech finishing the work, I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism and vowed to never go back. However, last week I couldn't make it to my nail tech before a big event so I decided to give this place one more chance seeing as though it looked like they had new staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I received from Chico. He was polite, detail oriented, and resourceful. He offered great suggestions on colors but not in a pushy way. I waited a week to see how my dip set would last and so far great. Glad to see professionalism is back. Danny is really good as a nail technician. However I ran into the same issue also with being charged for a service that I wasn't informed I was going to be charged for. Once I brought this to his attention and he did take it off my bill. So I appreciated that. I will continue to go to Danny because his work is very meticulous!! I'm very particular and he has done my nails 3 to 4 times and has consistently done them just right. However, they are very expensive. One time I paid $185 for my daughter and I gel nails, gel pedicure. Needless to say this is the last time she and I will go together. My gel nails alone are $45-$50.
