This spa is now my happy place! It smells delicious. Looks and feels luxurious! The staff are welcoming, courteous and talented. There was a choice of complimentary beverages from coffee, matcha, wine to champagne. The atmosphere didn't reek of potentially lung cancer causing chemicals. The bathroom was large and luxuriously appointed (it needs a purse hook) far from the "behind a gas station" bathroom experience at most nail shops...even the wet floor signs were fancy! I had a great first visit to this salon! The interior is beautiful, although parking can be a little confusing since there doesn't seem to be dedicated parking, so street parking is your only option. I genuinely thought I'd found my new go to salon. Unfortunately, my second visit left a sour taste in my mouth. As shown in my text messages, I booked the exact same pedicure both times but was charged different amounts. When I asked about the price difference, it was explained to me that my first appointment was booked as a classic pedicure, while my second was booked as a different, more expensive service. I have absolutely no problem paying more for additional services, but I do have a problem with being booked for an upgrade that I never requested, especially when I specifically asked for the same service as my previous visit. It's disappointing because I really liked the salon initially, but this experience makes me hesitant to return. read more

Noire Luxe in Lomita is by far the best salon experience I have ever had! The salon is beautifully designed, elegant, peaceful, and relaxing. There is no loud music or television--just a calm atmosphere where you can truly enjoy being pampered. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional and gracious. The receptionist warmly greeted me and invited me to relax in their comfortable lounge. My nail technician, Azelle, was amazing! She carefully assessed my nails and gave me a beautiful gel nail treatment. What impressed me most was how gentle and attentive she was. There was no painful cutting, aggressive filing, or accidental deep filing. She treated my nails with loving care while staying extremely professional and precise. While I was getting my nails done, I was offered a latte with several flavors to choose from. I selected the gingerbread latte, and it was delicious! Such a lovely touch. I have been to hundreds of salons over the years to have my nails done, and Noire Luxe stands above them all. I was so pleased with Azelle that I immediately made two more appointments with her. This spa is really a vibe! The spa is very clean, spacious & aesthetically pleasing. They were able to accommodate a friend & I same day which was the first plus. My nail tech Ms. Ava did an amazing job on my pedicure & made sure I was very comfortable. They offer complimentary champagne but I opted for an iced matcha with oat milk & it was delicious! Also as a black woman it was so nice to be in facility with so many other black women & women of color in general working. Mycah Dior welcomed me with a beautifully presented vanilla latte, a biscotti, and a Lindor chocolate on a lovely wooden tray--such a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for the experience. The salon itself is absolutely stunning. Every detail reflects excellence: modern décor, impeccable black-and-white branding, a custom-designed space, and one of the cleanest salons I've ever visited. Even the restroom was immaculate. I was in dire need a pedicure but wanted an experience. My previous salon was fine but they only offered the " basic girl " pedi ( iykyk). After my previous experience with " contended" ( read my previous nail salon review) I knew I needed to do some recon. After reading reviews upon reviews I came across Noire Luxe and let me tell you..... it's giving lux. Making an appointment was easy pezy and parking was a breeze. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a beautiful scent-station I could only describe as " 5 star resort" ... Think Edgewood, Lake Tahoe or Ritz Carlton. After I read and signed a few docs, I was directed to my chair. The owner was pleasant and offered me a menu. I ordered the almond chair , snacked on some Biscoff cookies , pick my color, and proceeded to relax. I can only explain the experience a " enjoyable " .
