I appreciated that they were able to take me in last minute right at 10am during a busy Mother's Day weekend. The salon itself was large and able to accommodate many clients at once, with some staff literally running around, which affected the overall vibe a bit; though I understand they were probably trying to get people in and out as efficiently as possible. My nail tech was friendly and offered drinks (they also serve alcoholic beverages, I believe). I came in with bare nails and requested a full almond-shaped pink and white ombré set with chrome and a 3D shell accent. The entire appointment took exactly one hour. While the fast service may work well for some people, I personally felt the appointment was rushed and that the quality suffered because of it. The 3D shell accent didn't look like the reference photo I showed (pictured), and I would have preferred if they had let me know beforehand if it wasn't something they could replicate. The white ombré was airbrushed and ended up with some bubbles and darker spots visible. They charged me $100, and that did not include cuticle care. Overall, this may be a good spot for a quick nail job, but I personally don't feel the quality of work justified the price.

2nd visit, was looking forward to it. I booked the Lavender pedi + callus remover + extra 15 minute massage through the website. The tech was nice but I noticed she started a 10 minute timer before doing the scrub portion - maybe they time it? She stopped the timer with 3 minutes left and started it again when rubbing in the hydrating cream; she had a very light touch. Once the timer went off, she quickly put my sandals back on my feet and started painting my toes, and I realized- Oh. I guess that was it? 10 minutes of light touches (7 with a scrub pack and 3 with the cream), forget about the extra 15 minutes I'd scheduled. My toes came out okay, I chose a similar polish as the last time so it's almost funny how different it looks. I made sure I wasn't charged for the missing extra massage time but I'm still peeved, especially since my first visit was so lovely. I wish I had noted who my tech was the first time because the difference in work/result is stark.

My aunt really likes this nail spot and wanted to treat me to an auntie and niece day( how could I say no? lol). We came on a Friday around 12 ish and it was packed. We put on name on a list and wait was about 20 min or so. We both chose the lavender pedicure for $45 each. It came with a complimentary drink and I chose a mimosa! I've never had my legs covered in cucumbers and roses and I loved it lol. I was a little bummed my jet thing in my foot tub wasn't working but it was ok. The chair you sit in is a massage chair that felt great on my back and neck area. The lady who did my feet was very friendly and she made a great suggestion for my toe colors and I decided on purple and glitter which I loved in the end! My nail polish lasted weeks yall!! I don't live in the area but I think I'd like to come back and treat myself am aunt next time!

I was so excited to have a nail place close to home. I checked this place out a few months ago for a dip powder gel manicure and a pedicure. It felt pretty luxurious and I was pleased with my service. My nails last for more than 1 month. I went back this past Sunday for the same thing. The massage chairs looked as though they had not been cleaned in a while. Nancy did my nails and I forgot the name of the person who did the pedicure. The service was nice overall. I was not happy when my nail chipped on day 3. I couldn't make it for a repair the same day so I was dealing with a chipped nail that was snagging everything for 2 days. I then noticed my polish on my nails was getting lots of lines I was finally able to get it fixed on Friday night. My repaired nail is sloppy. As a matter of fact, the original gel set was sloppy with very incentive gel on the nails. The gel is not even properly adhered to my nail. (See photo). I don't have the time nor energy to go back for a second repair. Additionally, the gel on several of my nails is lifting slightly from the back of the nail bed. I only notice this left when I scratch my head and my hair gets caught 100% of the time. I'll be going to another nail shop tomorrow to get this gel removed and to get a fresh set installed.

I was nearby and called to see if they take walk ins today and they told me yes. As soon as I walked in I checked in and within 5 minutes I was being serviced with a complimentary champagne. I got a regular pedicure and manicure by Sofia and she was so kind and honestly a great nail tech. It was all such an aesthetic and clean - she opened a sanitized tool package for both my pedicure and manicure. My phone was dying so I asked if it could be charged, while the fashion shows are nice to look at a movie with captions or something would have been cool too. Called early in the day for a gel Bill they requested I come at 1:30. I arrived. There was a little bit of weight, but the service was good. I checked in at the desk and was sat down. They offered me a beverage of my choice which I chose champagne. Nicole was really great and did my gel fill in less than an hour. they explained that they recently opened and have a special which was 20% off all services. They had a wider array of colors and the place was very clean and nicely decorated. Overall, a great experience in the staff was amazing will definitely be returning. read more

Lazy is not even the word , the young lady(nail tech) , obviously was upset that I didn't want to get Gel x and I preferred to get overlay ,With acrylic. I did explain to her that the Gel x was making my nails cracked, so I kind of wanted to give my nails a break, but after that, she had an attitude I tried to ignore it and chop it up to Maybe she's having a bad day and hopefully it will get better as the appointment goes on, but it did not. She pushed back my nail beds with the drillbit which was painful and then said I had to pay $10 extra for her to trim my cuticles off. never in my life. Have I had to pay extra $10 for a cuticle trim. It made the finish look, looks very tacky and incomplete. On the other hand, my pedicure was great. I believe the nail text name was Bi and she was extremely nice and professional. And I wish I could. I could've gave her 100% of the tip. But I didn't have cash. Overall, I don't think I'll be coming back to this nail salon, because this is the second time that I've been just dissatisfied with my service. read more

I stumbled upon Parise while frantically searching for a nail salon that could service a last minute pedicure at 5pm . I'm so happy I did! When you walk in, you feel immediately relaxed in the lap of luxury. The interior is beautiful, the pedi chairs are comfortable, and they use fresh fruit in the pedis from levels 2 and up which I've been searching for! I did the lavender pedi which was only $45 as of the time of this review. However, I did add gel polish ($15) and French tip ($7). The only negative thing I would say is that I brought my own gel polish and they still charged $15 like how are you charging me full $ AND using my product, yikes! They also set a timer for your massage which they ensure they show you, making sure they do not go a minute over - I've literally never seen that before lol. I hate how most salons penny pinch everything now! All in all, I'll definitely be returning but I'll (gel) polish my own nails at home! read more

If you wanted to make it right when i addressed my issues and concern the following day your associate shouldnt have accused me of having an ingrown toenail when i did not and never have . I was looking for a new place to get my nails done after my last nail tech moved out of state, but luckily i came across this place on yelp. I initially wanted a full set and pedicure but i wasn't sure if id like the results so i decided to start off with a gel pedicure. Ken started me off right with a complimentary mimosa and and that was already a plus. He was quiet but that was ok, he then proceeded to giving me a very detailed pedi and what i really liked is that he really went in with the callus remover lol usually they just half a** it. Once he was finished I decided to get a full set after all. I showed the man coordinating the appt a picture for inspo and he assured me they could do it. He then had me wait for Lisa for a couple of minutes. She was a very kind lady who really took her time and paid attention to detail. She made sure I was happy with the process every step of the way. She took her time and was really patient. After she finished she asked me to check and see if I liked my nails and I definitely did. I went with a different shade from my inspo pic but overall i think she did a great job. I will definitely be coming back. Great staff and beautiful salon. Oh and also, It was a clients birthday apparently and they brought out a cupcake with a candle and sang happy birthday to her. Another employee with a rude way,this lady by the name of Kathy, rude and has attitude, if she don't want to work, stay home, keep in mind you get paid by taking care of clients, Manager hope you read this, she needs a briefing, teach her how to talk and treat people. She didn't have to give attitude when trying to do my wife's pedicure, so Denise was asked to do my wife's pedicure. She was nice good attitude very good manners, great customer service, thank you Denise, 5 stars for you. So you all watch out for Kathy,she act like she doing the service for free. I'm absolutely obsessed with my nails that Lynn did! The design is so unique and perfectly done. the mix of the soft pink with the mint green accents is stunning, and the 3D leaf and flower details are flawless. The shape and length are exactly what I wanted, and the work is so clean with no bumps or uneven edges. I've gotten so many compliments already, and they look even better in person than in photos. the service was great, complimentary drinks from sodas to champagne and mimosas! richard did my gel x and suzy did my boyfriend's gel mani, they were both super friendly and checked along the way to make sure we were happy with our nails! the establishment itself was clean and well lit and ventilated so it didn't smell like those chemical fumes. they also gave us a free gift after paying and they had a snack bar with chocolates and small pastries. 10/10 will be coming back to my new regular spot read more

Full disclosure I got my last pedicure last year and was done with salons. But today was amazing. Nina gave me a pedicure of a lifetime. When she came in carrying this tray I knew it was going to be good. She is a whole vibe and worth every penny. I'll be back for sure. My husband and I came here for the first time for a pedicures. Highly disappointed! I was very upset because my old gel on my toes was removed very aggressively with the drill. Proper removal is soak off but focused on speed the the gentleman filed down hurting me a damaging 2 of my nail beds. My husband is a hard working man who never care to pay for the care of his feet. His service included callus removal and well I'll share what he was left with a soon as we came home. I don't care to complain in person nor ask or discounts. They get upset when you complain. Simply we will never return! Horrible service more focused on the aesthetics of the place then the actual service. read more

I had an amazing first experience at this establishment . This spot was clean & posh. The staff is definitely accommodating & friendly-not just my tech but the staff in passing . I felt welcome . Service was completed by Lauren. She was a doll to work with. I got the Builder Gel on my natural nails with classic french & they turned out fantastic. I'm a little particular about my nails I pointed out a few adjustments and they were super nice about it & I appreciated that. Oh, also it was an easy check in process up front. Today I came in for a polkadot French tip/refill and as she was doing my nails, her next appointment came in. She told the front desk to tell the lady that it will take her another 20 minutes because she still has to do the polkadot designs. This is at 12:10 PM. Mind you I came in at 11 to get started on my nails. Lisa then starts rushing on my nails messes up a FEW polkadots and uses the nail file and messed up another nail. She expected me to pay $100 of rushed work and walk away. She then started to call me names and say I'm very picky and that she doesn't want to do my nails anymore and that no one at the establishment wants to do my nails. I have been going there for over seven years. I've only had about two or three nail techs and they have all left the establishment. She is very rude and will do sloppy work when she is feeling rushed and will tell you that you are too picky. I save lives for a living and all you have to do is do my nails correctly and I'm picky? It's such an insult. Especially after giving these people hundreds /thousands of dollars over the years. I highly suggest you guys start reconsidering coming to this establishment because it has greatly changed over the years. The only person that I trust on the nail side is Natalie. She does amazing pedicures and she will always make sure that it is done to your liking. I'm actually grateful she banned me from her booking list because I don't have to deal with her nasty attitude anymore.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Parisé Nails & Spa in Carson, and I would never recommend it to anyone. First off, they *cut* my nail bed in two separate places, and I had to wear bandages for days. It's beyond unacceptable, and I don't know how this could happen at a professional salon. I went in for their "express" mani and pedi, which they advertise as taking only 30 minutes. It ended up taking *over an hour*. This is just false advertising, and I was frustrated with the waste of time. On top of that, they charged me $20 for "extra gel," even though the price was clearly listed as $15. When I pointed this out, they didn't even seem to care. To make matters worse, their payment system was down, and they held us *hostage* until the internet came back up so we could pay. I was already running late, and this just made everything worse. I missed an important appointment because of their incompetence. The only positive thing I can say is that they do have nice decor, and they provide free drinks with your service, which was a nice touch. But that's the only bonus in an otherwise awful experience. All in all, this place is unprofessional, unorganized, and careless. I will never go back and I highly advise you to avoid it at all costs. read more

I came in thinking I would have to get my acrylic set removed because they were done so poorly somewhere else and was pleasantly surprised that that was not the case. A gentleman told me he could fix them and he did. As I was getting my nails done I found out it was actually the owner doing my nails! What a surprise and he was so humble( his employee tipped me off when she was trying to ask him a business question).
