First time visiting this studio, will not be the last. From the outside you have no idea this salon is tucked inside. Super cute and clean in the inside. Quanda did my hair. I came in with damaged dry hair, fresh out of braids in a dingy little ponytail. She detangled my hair, wash and deep conditioned it and gave me a nice silk press. I enjoyed my time there and I wasn't even anxious when she was pressing my hair, no flinching no burns, no nothing. Definitely recommend. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm not a person to write bad reviews especially for a business because this is not a reflection on the entire Plush studio just (Laderalashes) DO NOT BOOK WITH HER! She is extremely unprofessional and over books herself just to reschedule you and does not give deposits back. It's not the $20 it's the principal. SHE rescheduled my appointment and when I told her I COULDN'T MAKE IT SHE GHOSTED ME. I'm typically a person who refers all my friends and shares things on social media. Booked an appointment with Jennifer marroquin for lashes . I found her Instagram page and was really excited to get some gorgeous full lashes. I booked through her link in her bio and payed a 50$ deposit. I showed up the day of at my scheduled time and she said she wasn't aware of my appointment. I told her I booked through her link. She apologized and offered to do a set for me if I would come back. I told her I was flying out the next morning at 6am on vacation and didn't have another day. She asked what time I could Return and we agreed on 7pm. She offered to be there and on time and said she would Give me a discount , which I wasn't expecting but appreciated. I came back at 7 pm and as I was leaving she said make it 7:30. Then while I'm waiting in the parking lot she proceeds to tell me her hair appt is running over on time. And if I could wait until 7:45 ish. What I am upset about is the unprofessionalism. If you didn't have time in the evening you should have said so. Instead I wasted my time TWICE in one day driving more than an hour away just to be brushed off. I'm super disappointed and also, gas isnt cheap! Please consider your clients time as a professional and just say you didn't have time. I would have understood instead of wasting my time before my trip. read more

I got my hair braided by Chelsey the Braider. I had a very poor experience. I got medium box-braids but the spacing was too large . The vibe was not good at all. Got my lashes done by Jenni. Super unprofessional. She showed up almost an hour late, saying there was traffic. When she came in she smelled like she just came straight out the hotbox. Sure enough, she did because she was talking about it on the phone. When I booked the appointment the time frame for it was an hour & 15 minutes. She took 2 and a half hours, because half the time she was on her phone texting or talking. Every time her phone rang or she got a message she'd stop working on my lashes to check her phone and text back or answer. There was a small kid running in and out of the room, coughing on me, and occasionally hitting the bed I was laying on, shaking it when he'd run in. I do not blame him because he's just a kid he doesn't know any better, but she didn't say anything! She just continued to talk on the phone. My lashes are uneven, I'm very disappointed. Super unprofessional and never going back to her. I even had a $100 tip ready for her, at least I saved $100 after such a bad appointment. read more
