Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, especially because I have had excellent experiences at the Torrance location. Since leaving my appointment, my right eye has been burning and extremely sore, and it continues to feel like there is something--almost like a hair--in my eye. The pain and irritation have been significant enough that I may need to see a doctor to make sure my eye has not been injured or damaged by the glue. I also noticed that left eye is significantly larger than the other, and the overall application does not look the way I expected. I may now have to have the extensions removed because of the amount of pain and irritation I am experiencing. I have gone to the Torrance location before and have never had this problem. Christine has always done an excellent job, and the staff there have been professional and caring. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience at the Carson location. I am extremely disappointed because I trusted the service to be done safely and professionally. Because of the pain I am experiencing in my right eye, I will not be returning to the Carson location. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and looks into what happened during my appointment

Super easy to request an appointment online through their website. The place is very clean and everybody is nice. My eyes are never overly red afterwards and I can put my contacts in right after which seems healthier for the eyes. Usually in other places my eyes are killing me for days. They are skilled with asian eyes and lashes in my opinion they know how to map for the best results and get to all the lashes. I have had other techs struggle with my lashes in the past and do a not flattering style. I will keep coming here.

When we started, she got frustrated and told me that my eye kept twitching. I told her it was because I felt a burning sensation and also felt like the tape was poking my eye. She offered the sensitive glue which i agreed to but I feel like she got really upset based on her tone. She asked me if I had drunk coffee, which I had. In the past, it never became an issue so serious. She kept claiming, in a slightly rude tone, that I felt burning because my eye kept twitching, but she never tried to fully tape my eye shut. The entire time, I felt burning and discomfort in my left eye, and every time she moved my lashes around, it hurt. I have never had that happen before, so I was really scared that it might lead to an infection or something. This morning, I woke up with the bottom of my eye red and my eyes still feeling a bit irritated. Right now, I regret getting them done there, and I'm hoping it's not something serious like an infection.

A couple of my toes are a little uneven in my French tip. I like a very thin French tip and it is very easy to tell when it's uneven. Bebe Lash is not my regular studio, but I go there when my girl is unavailable or out of town. I have gone to Ashley before and she has done a good job. When I arrived for my appointment, Ashley was not there. Another lady named Helen said she was going to do my lashes and was covering for Ashley. At that point, I really didn't have any choice because I'm traveling and I didn't have another time to try to book the appointment so I went ahead and let Helen do my lashes. I did express that I wasn't fully comfortable, but I really just didn't have a choice at that point. She was very sweet and tried her best but burned one of my eyes very badly. We had to flush it out and put drops and then I was OK. She also at one point pulled one of my lashes out of my eye, and I physically winced and gasped. I was nervous the whole time, especially after that. I actually liked the way the lashes came out so I tried to just accept it and feel better, but they were falling off rapidly by the time I got home. Many fell off last night and this morning. I'm going on a trip so hopefully enough will stay that I don't have sparse spots or look crazy. If Ashley was not able to make my appointment, the least they could've done was let me know beforehand so I could've made a decision to either go there or not.
