Super easy to request an appointment online through their website. The place is very clean and everybody is nice. My eyes are never overly red afterwards and I can put my contacts in right after which seems healthier for the eyes. Usually in other places my eyes are killing me for days. They are skilled with asian eyes and lashes in my opinion they know how to map for the best results and get to all the lashes. I have history of getting allergic reactions to eyelash glue but since this is a new place, I tried it. I had my hybrid/ classic lashes done by Tommy, sadly I got an allergic reaction again. Alanis and Tommy has been gracious to take it out for free and requested me to comeback to have it redone by using a different glue for super sensitive one-- completely free as well! I came back two days after, although I had mild irritation for about a day or two, it worked out eventually.
