She listens to what you want/your eyebrow goals whether it's clean up, shaping, keeping them natural, or regrowth. When my eyebrows were growing in from over plucking she listened and kept them groomed while they were still in that awkward phase that made it hard to find their shape. I don't go anywhere else or pluck my own eyebrows anymore lol

I went in for a wax, the blue back room is dirty and upon sitting down there was a large water bug roach next to my seat. I told her but she didn't flinch. When waxing me she seemed inexperienced and she even bruised my underarm from how hard she was tugging. When she was done I let her know i still had stubs of hair and she didn't pluck them nor did after care for my underarms no powder or oil just wiped them and when i asked if that was all she said yes. I won't be coming back ever it's too dirty and there are other places around town I just wanted to give them a chance since I was already in plaza mexico.

When I walked up to pay the man hid the price with his thumb and tried charging me more for my full face WTF I told him you always charge 30 he tried saying only for regulars how is that!!!!
