Requested an eyebrow wax and as she was putting on the strips, she was pushing in so hard into my face and eye, she kept pushing in my EYEBALL. It felt like I was getting a bunch of mini punches in the face - I have never had that happen before. She got wax all over my forehead, in my hairline, and it's STILL sticky. What a mess. All that for mid-eyebrows. Didn't even follow the shape of my brows. Super disappointed and now I have to fix them. read more

Oh, man. I must be the only one who's had a bad experience here, but that will not discourage me from sharing my experience which is my own. I've been struggling to find a good eyebrow place in HP where I'm currently on an assignment. This is the third place I try because for some reason most places leave your eyebrows too thin around here or messy... it makes me sad because it makes me think that these businesses don't feel they have to raise their quality in a place like Huntington Park, because maybe the clientele doesn't have any standards at all. Maybe I'm the one that got spoiled going to Tatiana's Eyebrows in Eagle Rock during the pandemic, because they were very good. However, I've been to other places that aren't the best but are good enough. I struggle to find "good enough" in HP. Out of the three places I've tried here, this one is the worst of my experience. It wasn't because they have no AC and the place smells like underarms, though those are the first things I noticed when I walked in. I was willing to overlook all of that just for the chance to find a place that does my eyebrows well. It's when she finished doing my eyebrows and saw she left a hole! She tried to defend herself by saying "that's why I asked you if you use pencil!" Um yeah, I use pencil for color, not to fill in bald spots from a poor job! The lady's here need more training. Every time I get my eyebrows done here they come out horrible. I do not recommend this place . Also the lady who attended me, at the end of doing my eyebrows she got a napkin to clean up my eyebrows and then just threw the napkin right on my chest pretty aggressively. I only came here because the place I normally go to isn't opened yet and was pretty desperate to get my eyebrows and face done. When I came in I explained to her how I wanted it done. The fact that she mentioned that people ask for her to do their eyebrows made me trust her with it. Then when she said she was "done" I looked in the mirror and seen no change! I pointed out all the spots she didn't go over right and then she went over it again and still no difference. I don't like to cause a scene so I just paid and left. I don't understand how she claims people like coming to her. Shitty ass job. Never coming back. You can even feel that it's not being done properly because of how fast she "finished it". read more

I love this place for threading! Been coming to this eyebrow lady for almost 3 years now after the lady I previously went to became a full-time mom. Anyway, I love how my eyebrows come out each time and at a very reasonable price for less than $10. There's sometimes a wait but she's very fast and precise. She works 6 days a week and I believe her day off is Tuesday. I came here once on her day off and decided to go to the only other person there that day since I had driven from the SFV, bad choice.
