I went in when Niki wasn't there and decided to trust the lady that was there on the third chair close to the back and I was clear and let her know it was just a clean up and I didn't want my eyebrows to be left thin. I've been coming here for years and the last time I got them done it was horrible they left one thicker than the other and slanting down and they left one rounded she rushed the job and was rude. I thought of giving them one more chance and I went and the lady said to come back in 30 mins because she had her lunch and she said actually no come tomorrow. I finally went back a few days ago and she was rude there was only one person and she told me to come in one hour and she said the same the again to come tomorrow. I've been here twice. First time I got my eyebrows done and they looked amazing! Second time I got my eyebrows and upper lip by a different lady. Both did an outstanding job. They're very nice and easy to talk to. I have tried a few other threading places in the area and KLS does far better job and are way cleaner. Do not bother! This was my first time here and NEVER again. Went in on Sunday first thing when they opened. I got a young girl who I think her name is Gina (don't quote me) and OMG!!!! I said eyebrow clean up & I left looking like her eyebrows! Freaken horrible. So disappointing. I been letting my eyebrows grow out and she made them thin, pointy & chopped off my ends. She even messed up and cut to short on my right one. I HATE THEM. Thank god hair grows back but I will not be returning here. read more

I am beyond upset atm, I just got my eyebrows done and my go to has always been Fiona and sadly she does not work here anymore so I decided to go with one of the other girls and she's the one on the far left last chair. She ruined my eyebrows. She trimmed waaaaaay tooo much and I really wanted to fucking cry. My eyebrows are thick but not as full but she made my right eyebrow look like as if I shaved the top off. Not only am I upset about my eyebrows but if they're going to be consistently changing their employees, I will not be coming back. The price for eyebrows is $7. When I first walked in I had to sign in. The lady who helped me (I forgot her name, but I was seated on the 2nd chair to the left) asked me how thin I wanted my eyebrows. I told her not thin at all since I wanted them to be a little thicker. She did a great job! She cleaned them up very well and didn't rush. I will definitely be returning. read more

Worst place I've ever been to. Got my eyelashes done here they charged me 110$ for a messed up job, it took them three hours. She glued my eye shut had to cut my real eyelashes and she put glue remover in my eyes so they burned and have been irritated all day. It hasn't been a full 24 hrs and all my eyelashes are falling already. read more

Horrible horrible palace. Owner is terribly rude and contemptuous had food in her mouth as she was attempting to thread my eye brows. Food kept dropping from her mouth on my face. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that previously I had recommended Fiona, but sadly she no longer works there! Niki (the owner) is still there though! I don't get my eyebrows done with anyone else. They are constantly changing their employees and the few times I've allowed anyone else to touch my eyebrows they were ruined. If my name is called and it's not Niki who's meant to do my brows, I wait for her to be free and let other customers go before me. No, thank you! & JUST A TIP, I've seen many reviews saying their eyebrows were ruined here and to be totally honest it's happened to me before. I think they do your eyebrows according to how they assume they should be, but if you have patchy or thin brows you should be precise and tell them you only want them to clean them or let them know you are trying to let them grow every time you go! They tend to leave them thicker that way and once they're done they normally give you a mirror so you can take a look at your eyebrows. Make sure to LOOK at them, don't just glance! If you feel they're to thick or some hairs were missed let them know and they'll do their best to fix it. read more

First time going today....I did my eyebrows, lip, chin, and sides....price was on point...$20 + tip. Can't go wrong. I went with the lady to the left as you walk in. She did everything quickly and efficiently and went back over again to make sure she got everything. My eyebrows match. And I don't look like a yeti anymore. I can't be happier! Lady was straight forward, she tapped where she wanted me to hold. She stopped every few minutes and asked if I was okay. No small talk which I prefer because Hello!
