So everything started off fine. The lady who did my nails and eyebrows was nice. However, I noticed that the tools she used were already used before. The nail file looked like it was used over 100 different times. It was very unsanitary. She didn't do the best job on my nail manicure & kept filling close to my skin so it hurt. When she did my eyebrows, I noticed she didn't wash her hands and while the eyebrow result was nice, I ended up with an allergic reaction afterwards. I would not recommend. read more

When I first walked in it was pretty lonely and took them a while to see me but the second they did, they seated me with Michelle! I went on Monday, the 14th of July (2025) it was really dead but it's quiet and peaceful. The chairs do massage, they're a little rough but gets the job done. Michell's great! She paid great attention to the shape of my nails and promoted sales without shoving it down my throat. I came here for an emergency manicure wasn't expecting much but they killed it. The people here are so so kind, they kept checking in on me every few minutes asking if it was looking okay, and they help each other out a lot. They really hit the nail on the bed with customer service. I had previously gone to get a manicure somewhere else but they were charging me 110 and here for the exact same thing I wanted they only charged me 50 and it looked amazing. Went in on Saturday to get my underarms waxed and everything seemed fine. Once I got home I felt a burning sensation, but again didn't think much of it just thought I had irritation sisnce that's a sensitive area but once I noticed little bumps I was feeling more and more pain I had to put some cream on Saturday night to be able to sleep because I couldn't take the pain it burned so bad. The next day I see my armpit and realized it was a burn. The lady who waxed me must've done it too many times and literally yanked my first layer of skin off the pain was sooooo bad. I went to do my brows and I told the lady to not do them thin or thick I wanted them in between and she said okay. And she left them thin, and then proceeded to not be careful with my lashes I have wax Stuck on my lashes now, and when she charged me she said it was 12 dollars and she added a tip for herself without telling me. Came here yesterday because I was too lazy to drive to my regular place. My niece had recommended this place with a particular lady but I had forgotten her name. I figured it couldn't be too bad with anyone else since I was just getting a mani and pedi. Assuming this was a huge mistake! When I walked in, there were a few people sitting in the spa seats and one person ahead of me. The man at the front desk asked me what I was getting and directed me to sit at the regular station to start my mani. I told him I wanted a spa mani and pedi. He said, "later!" Okay, I thought maybe they were spacing people out because ot COVID-19. But, after they sat someone else right next to another client, I realized that wasn't the case! So I was annoyed but as long as he did a good job I didn't care too much. Well, he did a nice job of cleaning my cuticles and shaping my nails. But, when it came to the polish he did a horrible job. When he tried to clean up after, it was better but not great. One nail was a bit see through and you could really see where the had done the last coat that didn't completely cover my nails on all my finger nails. I was definitely bummed! Maybe he was upset that I didn't want a gel manicure. It wasn't like I still wasn't paying for my regular mani. Anyway, here was hoping my pedicure would be better! He waved me over to go to the spa chair but nothing was ready. So I stood there for a bit waiting for someone to get the tub going. The woman that finally came over was very nice and did a good job overall with pedicure. I feel like she needed a new nail file. The one she was using looked pretty worn and a bit gross. My pedicure was decent so I asked if she could fix my color on my fingernails. I was embarrassed to say anything but also wasn't happy that I had to pay for this manicure with terrible color. God knows what they said amongst themselves but she came over and added two other coats to my already polished nails without removing the initial color. She somewhat made it look better as you can tell by my pictures. She told me to sit for a while. Then, I guess a regular came in and the man who did my mani came over and asked me to pay. My nails had only been drying for about 2 minutes, so I said, "Okay, when my nails dry." I guess he wasn't too happy about that because a minute later he asked me to move out of spa chair into a regular chair. While there was an empty spa chair right next to me. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I thought maybe the chair next to me didn't work. Nope, wrong again. They sat her down in the chair that was empty next to me, lol. Also, there wasn't anyone else waiting either. I couldn't believe it! The only reason I gave this place a single star is because the lady that did my pedicure did a good job even though it could have been better. I'm not sure how clean the tools were either. It definitely wasn't the most relaxing place I've been to. Really reminded me why I drive a little farther to get my nails done. read more

Went in Friday for a fill and eyebrows the male tech that helped me with my nails did a horrible job I went in for my eyebrows right after and told the eyebrow tech that my nails were really off and she called another female tech to come in to correct the shape , they re assured me they new he did a bad job but next time to ask for one of them I left it alone I tipped them all 3 $5 cuz I ain't f/u either that night my cuticles were burning on certain fingers I work saturdays and had plans for that night so I went in Sunday morning I politely ask for a manager the guy in the counter tells me there's non so I ask him anyone I can talk to that's in charge I told him I really wanted to talk to some one and he replied with everyone is busy they aren't gonna help you that then pissed me off , the same female that was called in to fix my nails by the eyebrow lady comes to me and I tell her hi do you remember me ? She plays dumb and then goes to tell me I'm trippen my nails look great and don't look like they hurt then I point out the obvious defects and then she states it was you who did that girl!!! Unfortunately I have tried soooooo much to keep a positive attitude towards this nail spot because there are a few techs that I trust with my nails and pedis but if I set an appointment to be seen during my lunch break because my schedule is just THAT TIGHT and 90% of the times my appointment is NOT honored.. it freaking SUCKS!! The worse part is that they TRULY don't care they just look at me and ignore me until I have to ask after waiting for several minutes and they just tell me "it'll just be 5 minutes" when CLEARLY THE TECH IS BARELY CUTTING THE PERSONS NAILS.. They make sure that you are comfortable and happy. Also, they will take good care of you. In the picture these are my very first nails set. Glad they are finding ways to stay in business.. My star rating is for the Customer Service provided by The woman who attended me for waxing my brows was friendly. HOWEver, came in 10/6/20 around 1pm. There was no one attending the front, one person before me waiting. After my eyebrows were waxed she immediately rubbed Really hard on my eyebrow, once i got home i notoced i still has extreme redness, and it burned me. Day after my wax, looks like my skin was rubbed off...Not sure why they even rub after the skin has just been peeled from the wax, this is a burn. I attached photos below read more

I come every 2 weeks for a pedi and mani and I'm never disappointed. They always have the clippers in clear bags but for extra measure I ask them to pour alcohol over them. They do what I ask in terms of shape and design and the staff is pretty friendly. read more

They should really consider changing their name because the staff is not friendly at all. They definitely lack customer service skills. No one in there looks happy to help you and they seem mad when you don't want to get gel on your nails. They are extremely pushy. I have came here a couple of times because of the convenience of it being so close to home but never again. Calvin and Jenny are some of the beat techs around, super friendly and catering to what I want and need and branching from there to do something way beyond what I expect! But yesterday I went in to get some Halloween themed nails and asked if I could get a blood drip design, I noticed it wasn't coming out how I expected and looked a little sloppy , so I figured I would go in today since I had the time off and was immediately met with unpleasantness. The tech I was set up with (I didn't catch her name, but she sits at the third station to the left) seemed annoyed that she had to fix 2 nails , she kept smacking my hands away and aggressively buffing my nails to the point where my cuticles were starting to ache. She started attending to someone getting a pedicure and left me sitting at the station confused as to what to do next. Despite the fact that I went back to fix their mistakes I ended up paying for the fix. Overall super unfriendly and very rushed job and I'm still not happy with my nails. read more

Horrible place!!! I got a gel acrylic manicure by Jenny and they all fell off the NEXT day! I went back and she gave me a new set and even those fell off. After multiple times giving them chances I finally told myself never again, a waste of money! I would beg anyone to not waste their money either. Gel mani - 20 dollars, my nails where left with uneven tones of lavender, bubbles,gel polish in my cuticles n no hand massage after Spa pedicure- 30 dollars color was uneven and nail polish was sloppy. Service not the best when I turned on the spa chair the nail technician turned it off. Not only do they always cut my fingers, the work they do is not the greatest. I asked for matte black nails with a gold strip at the tips, first they said they didn't have any strips so fine just the matte black it is. But then they find temporary tattoo good strips and try to use that on nails. Ive never been to the other place others are comparing this one to, but all of these Asian nail places look the same to me. As long as its clean and well lit so that I know they arent trying to pretend to be clean, then im a happy camper lol. This place is very clean and bright, and I saw them disinfecting the tools before using it on me, which is very important because one time at another place my friend got a foot infection, ewww! The spa chairs are nice, typical Asian wrap still on the remote lol. Foot massage was good, the scrub and lotion they put on is amazing! My foot feels so minty and soft. My mom and I both got a mani pedi. I got gel, she got regular. We walked in but when we left there was a wait, so calling for an appointment would be wise. There are lots of other places around the plaza so thats a plus if you get stuck waiting. Cash and credit accepted! the window says they do eyelash extensions and waxing/threading. Will probably try that next time.
