First of all, I walk in and the lady just tells me "go to the room all the way down to the left" with an attitude--no explanation, nothing. I've never been here before, so I'm already confused. I go back there, wait a couple minutes, and she finally comes in. Everything was fine until I made ONE simple request: I asked her to make sure the wax wasn't too hot because I've been burned before. Instead of just acknowledging it, she immediately says, "No, I can't do that." No explanation. When I asked why, she just kept repeating herself and then said she didn't feel comfortable because my "skin is sensitive." My skin is NOT sensitive--I was just asking her to be careful, like any normal client would. Then it got worse. I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me and said I was "being weird." At that point I was honestly shocked. I've never had anyone speak to me like that at a salon. I ended up just getting up and leaving because the whole situation was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
