I hate to leave such a low review but there was a lot of issues here. I almost left without even finishing. Apparently no one understood English except one lady so they were getting frustrated not understanding until they finally got the lady who said "they don't know a lot of English" uhhh okay that's not the issue it's them seeing what I see and continue to proceed. My pedicure had streaks of paint and I don't think it was her but it was the paint and when she realized it she should've said something. So when I ask her to take it off she gets annoyed. The lady in the picture (brown) came and took over after the lady broke my toe nail and now I needed an acrylic all a sudden and they were trying to force me to get gel-X on it which I did not want at all. read more

I don't understand why you take clients if you are not going to wait for them to finish. If the location is supposed to close at 7:30 why are you running to go home at 7. I got a whole 30 minutes to let my nails finish drying and finish the job I paid for. So unprofessional, the first time was horrible I have no idea why I came back. All they do is sit and talk to each other instead of paying attention to what they're doing. So unprofessional she didn't do everything that the pedicure said like the massage the warm towel. I'm not a person to ever speak bad about a place or ever give a bad review but this I definitely have to. I spent over $200 plus tip, which came out to a total of $217 for my daughter and I yesterday. My daughter stated that she also had the same problem that I did when it comes down to the sides of her nails, but hers wasn't as bad as mine for the price that I paid. This is definitely unacceptable. Look it the sides of the nails! I wanted square and I don't know what this is. I'm very unhappy I have never got a set that has made me so disappointed. Before coming here, I had gotten my nails done at another salon somewhere in Whittier and I had gotten gel x long but only to find out where I work at to clock in they use our fingerprints but they changed the sizings and my nails didn't go through. I called before opening and they were very flexible and friendly when asking if they do walk in appointments and they do! They fixed one of my thumbs that was going to the side and they fixed the sizing for both fingers and they did an amazing job! Looks even better! The lady I got was very nice and always asking if I was okay and she was talkative which makes me feel less awkward. Will definitely be my go to spot now! read more

I had an appointment on Tuesday with Jessica I called ahead to schedule the appointment I asked for 10am the lady on the phone said to come in at 10:15am instead so I did and I sat and waited for 40 minutes because I was told Jessica was still on her way I finally just was tired of waiting and asked for someone else to do gel x.. the lady who filled in for Jessica was so nice but unfortunately the nails just arnt good it's now Wednesday and the polish is already chipping on almost all my nails there's bubbles on the polish. Jessica ended up getting there at about 11:20am I didn't even get an apology from anyone for me having to wait around when I had an appointment no one offered to fill in until I said something overall unfortunately this experience was a bad one for me. read more

I had gotten that builder gel removed and had HEALTHY nails and nail beds no pain, no bending etc. I got the acrylic done by a nice tech in NorCal and just wanted them off because they had grown out. The lady FILED down my natural nail to the point it literally burned so bad I flinched and pulled my hand away. All my nail beds are so sensitive and my nails themselves are now so flimsy!!!! So glad I went here today. I moved to the area in February and I've been looking for a nail spot locally. I got a fill in on my toes and I went ahead and got a new set for my hands. My toes came out beautiful and the length and shape is exactly like I requested. They even airbrushed for the ombré I asked for, something I've never seen or had done in a nail shop!! I love when places have the tools to do things, and now that I know they can airbrush I have so many ideas for nails I've wanted in the past but felt the shops I went to weren't equipped to do them!! I should've asked for her name- but the young lady who did my hands was so sweet. She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. She asked me before doing anything, and before curing any design she made sure I was satisfied with it. I have always wanted to do something new like those popular Instagram nails, but the people who offered them were usually too busy, expensive, or far away from me. Fortunately, I found this gem of a place and saw the other reviews. I came in as a walk in and was placed with Amy to do my gel manicure. Words can't even express how talented she is! She worked quickly, but was gentle and sensitive towards my nails. I am SO ecstatic and grateful that she was able to do this intricate design for me. It is so, so beautiful!! I've been coming to this nail salon regularly, and I can honestly say the nail techs are talented. I've brought in different nail designs and pictures and they've been able to recreate the exact look I was going for. On top of that, staff is friendly, which keeps me coming back. Recently, I noticed they have positive Yelp review signs displayed near the register, which shows they care about customer feedback. With that in mind, I hope they will take this honest review into consideration as well. I think the salon itself could really benefit from a deep cleaning and some general upkeep. The floors don't always look like they're mopped regularly, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and I've even noticed cobwebs near the windows, which makes it seem like the windows need cleaning too. While it may not be located in the nicest area, the appearance of the salon shouldn't reflect that. Especially considering the price of services, I believe the establishment should be maintained at a higher standard of cleanliness. Overall, I truly appreciate the talent and friendliness of the nail techs, and that's why I continue to return. With some improvements to cleanliness and general maintenance, this place could easily match the quality of the work they provide. read more
