Love love coming to Pink's. I went in for a Gel-X set today (I was feeling girly pop) asked for a cute spring set design. Amy did an AMAZING job. Totally recommend booking with her. They're quick to set you up with a tech if you're a walk in and are super efficient. Thank you again

I got my nails done for a baby shower I was hosting and this is them a week later. Not only are they still beautiful and I get so many compliments but they feel great, no allergies or issues. Every visit I go to the lovely ladies are able to do any design I request and the pricing is so worth what I get. Thank you and can't wait to be back again

I don't understand why you take clients if you are not going to wait for them to finish. If the location is supposed to close at 7:30 why are you running to go home at 7. I got a whole 30 minutes to let my nails finish drying and finish the job I paid for. So unprofessional, the first time was horrible I have no idea why I came back. All they do is sit and talk to each other instead of paying attention to what they're doing. So unprofessional she didn't do everything that the pedicure said like the massage the warm towel. I didn't get none of that. NEXT TIME JUST SAY NO WE ARE CLOSED.

My pedicure had streaks of paint and I don't think it was her but it was the paint and when she realized it she should've said something. So when I ask her to take it off she gets annoyed. I'm not a person to ever speak bad about a place or ever give a bad review but this I definitely have to. I spent over $200 plus tip, which came out to a total of $217 for my daughter and I yesterday. My daughter stated that she also had the same problem that I did when it comes down to the sides of her nails, but hers wasn't as bad as mine for the price that I paid. This is definitely unacceptable. Look it the sides of the nails! I wanted square and I don't know what this is. I'm very unhappy I have never got a set that has made me so disappointed. I'm literally to a point where I want to cry and just pop them off. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone!

I came in for a gel pedicure ($45) and added simple designs on both big toes ($5 each), bringing my total to $55. I was able to walk in without an appointment, though they do take appointments as well, which is nice. There's only street parking available, so keep that in mind. The technician took about an hour for my pedicure. One thing I noticed is that my right big toe still looks crooked -- I asked her to fix it and clarified twice, but it still looks the same to me. It's not a luxury experience; the massage was short, and my heels weren't buffed as much as I'd like. Overall, this is a decent spot for a quick touch-up or in-between visits. I appreciated that they were able to take me as a walk-in! read more

I had an appointment on Tuesday with Jessica I called ahead to schedule the appointment I asked for 10am the lady on the phone said to come in at 10:15am instead so I did and I sat and waited for 40 minutes because I was told Jessica was still on her way I finally just was tired of waiting and asked for someone else to do gel x.. the lady who filled in for Jessica was so nice but unfortunately the nails just arnt good it's now Wednesday and the polish is already chipping on almost all my nails there's bubbles on the polish. Jessica ended up getting there at about 11:20am I didn't even get an apology from anyone for me having to wait around when I had an appointment no one offered to fill in until I said something overall unfortunately this experience was a bad one for me. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon regularly, and I can honestly say the nail techs are talented. I've brought in different nail designs and pictures and they've been able to recreate the exact look I was going for. On top of that, staff is friendly, which keeps me coming back. Recently, I noticed they have positive Yelp review signs displayed near the register, which shows they care about customer feedback. With that in mind, I hope they will take this honest review into consideration as well. I think the salon itself could really benefit from a deep cleaning and some general upkeep. The floors don't always look like they're mopped regularly, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and I've even noticed cobwebs near the windows, which makes it seem like the windows need cleaning too. While it may not be located in the nicest area, the appearance of the salon shouldn't reflect that. Especially considering the price of services, I believe the establishment should be maintained at a higher standard of cleanliness. Overall, I truly appreciate the talent and friendliness of the nail techs, and that's why I continue to return. With some improvements to cleanliness and general maintenance, this place could easily match the quality of the work they provide. read more

I'm never the type to talk badly but this was the worst experience I've ever had. I went in for a removal and prior to getting acrylic I had builder gel. I had gotten that builder gel removed and had HEALTHY nails and nail beds no pain, no bending etc. I got the acrylic done by a nice tech in NorCal and just wanted them off because they had grown out. The lady FILED down my natural nail to the point it literally burned so bad I flinched and pulled my hand away. All my nail beds are so sensitive and my nails themselves are now so flimsy!!!! They drilled down my natural nails and still expected me to pay full price. I wish I could give 0 stars read more

So glad I went here today. I moved to the area in February and I've been looking for a nail spot locally. I got a fill in on my toes and I went ahead and got a new set for my hands. My toes came out beautiful and the length and shape is exactly like I requested. They even airbrushed for the ombré I asked for, something I've never seen or had done in a nail shop!! I love when places have the tools to do things, and now that I know they can airbrush I have so many ideas for nails I've wanted in the past but felt the shops I went to weren't equipped to do them!! I should've asked for her name- but the young lady who did my hands was so sweet. She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. She asked me before doing anything, and before curing any design she made sure I was satisfied with it. She didn't rush, take shortcuts, didn't jerk my hands around and looked at the reference photo as she worked. Just overall a great nail shop. Really glad they are a 5 minute walk from my apartment! Can't wait to get my next set. 10/10 read more

Best nail salon ever!!! This is literally the best nails I have ever had. I have always wanted to do something new like those popular Instagram nails, but the people who offered them were usually too busy, expensive, or far away from me. Fortunately, I found this gem of a place and saw the other reviews. I came in as a walk in and was placed with Amy to do my gel manicure. Words can't even express how talented she is! She worked quickly, but was gentle and sensitive towards my nails. I am SO ecstatic and grateful that she was able to do this intricate design for me. It is so, so beautiful!! At such a reasonable price too. Kelly did my gel pedicure and was very delicate and kind to me. Such a kind soul. I highly recommend coming here. Jessica, who is at the front, is very kind as well. Hyacinth cat eye is the color of my nails today. I have been coming here for 6 years and i would say, i am recommending this place as your go to place! Now, i know theres no perfect spot and even high end nail salon messes up things! It happens but this place, its friendly. Horrible customer service here. The prices on the website haven't been updated since the previous owner. Polish change for toes are now $15 and polish change for the hands are $20 ...$5 polish removal + $15 polish change for manicure and for gel $30. The manicurist (Jessica) had a confrontational tone and made me feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend this establishment. You can get better service elsewhere and I encourage you to spend your valuable money on an establishment that will value your dollar. Also the micro racism is very real here. This is the second time they've sat me in the back of the salon while other white passing customers are seated in the front. The business manager took off her reply so all I can do is edit my post and say the price she quoted me at which is I posted. Jessica, the manager, saw I was writing this comment and now wants to backtrack her original pricing due to the review yet didn't take ownership for her attitude. It is not my comment that is incorrect it is her business management and professionalism. read more

I recently visited Pinks for the first time, and they exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Jessica, exudes professionalism and is truly amazing at her job. She took the time to listen to me and delivered results that were beyond perfect. I usually do designs but for first time decided to go neutral and as a nail addict, I can confirm my nails have never looked this good! This process includes controlled exposure to UV light to prevent damage or breakage. Unfortunately, the technician handling my service was distracted, frequently texting, talking on her phone, and conversing with her colleagues. As a result, she exposed my nails to the UV light excessively, despite my attempts to bring this to her attention. It was evident that she lacked proper training in this technique. Consequently, my nails began breaking almost immediately, and within ten days, they had completely popped off. I contacted the manager, provided photographic evidence, and was assured that the issue would be resolved. However, after driving an hour and a half to the salon for the repair, the manager reneged on this promise without prior notice. This experience reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer service standards at Pink's Salon. DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE A SCAM. No Parking & it's it in a rough disgusting area. The first time I got my nails done here. They had a big performance of presenting themselves as an excellent day spa, young girl was selling products and improving the ambience, and the nails were fantastic. I got chrome nails we all did my friends, and I. I come back the second time and got chrome again, which I know for a fact goes under UV light in a very specific order otherwise the nails will pop off. The girl did them wrong.
