The staff even helped me find a color that matched the inspiration picture I brought in perfectly. We also received complimentary drinks, which made the experience feel even more special. A huge thank you to Vivian, Spring, and Lilly--they did an amazing job and truly made us feel pampered and celebrated. My boyfriend had never had a pedicure before, so he was a little nervous at first. The atmosphere is so cute, relaxing, and welcoming. I'm honestly shocked that such a gem exists right here in my hometown of Pico Rivera. We're lucky to have them. They're number one on Yelp for a reason. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret because I know I'm going to have to wait in line once everyone finds out about it! Lam did my nails and absolutely nailed the look I wanted. I asked for chrome blue, and she delivered exactly that with the perfect shape and attention to detail. The fact that this thousand square-foot place was basically empty should've been my first sign. My appointment was at 4 pm. She didn't complete the appointment she previously had until 4:45. When I asked the owner and her staff what the hold up was, she kept telling me she was almost finished. 45 minutes later I finally started my pedicure. When I checked in, no one notified me she would be running late. They have pedicure menu options upwards of $75. Laughable. My gel pedicure was $75. I asked my pedicurist to do my pedicure with hot water. They had no hot water. THEY HAD NO HOT WATER!!!!! So my entire pedicure was done in cold water. I let the owner know and she said it was because they have been doing head spas all day. Again, laughable. My pedicurist insured me that she was going to give me a discount. At this point, I didn't care I just wanted to be finished. When I go to pay, the lady at the cash register hands me a gift card for $10. I asked her what that was for and she said that was my discount. I said why the hell would I want a gift card for $10? The service you provided was terrible. Why would I wanna come back here and how is this at all the compensation for waiting 45 minutes and then having to do a pedicure in cold water? She then said she could take five dollars off of my treatment. I just hugged my lady and told her to call me when she's left this place, left after paying, and will never look back.
