She takes her time, cleans and shapes and also goes along with the nail designs I take to her. With that being said, Annie is a hot commodity so make sure to call in and book her in advance! I've been to this place a couple of times now and they always have such a great attitude and customer service! I had my nails done by Annie and she is very attentive to her clients needs and what they want in their design, color, or shape of nail. I have been very pleased each time I come and am always impressed by her work. *My suggestion before going to Annie though, is to call ahead of time and make sure she's available. This review is based on quality and customer service. This place is like a diamond in the rough, the prices are unbeatable compared to the quality and service you receive. So 3 stars because Annie was super nice and willing to try out chrome colors for me since I wanted to try those. It would've been 5 stars except for the following: I asked her if I should get an acrylic on one nail because it was cracking. She told me no, and said all the coats of gel would be fine, but to be careful. About three/four days in, the gel chipped on my third nail. So then my nail ended up ripping. Now that nail is looking raggedy. It seems like this place is probably better to schedule an appointment at. I tried to do a walk-in two days after my nails and they were too busy to take me for a pedi, so I had to go elsewhere. I'm pretty bummed about my nail, so I'm not sure I'll go back. read more

I came here because of the high ratings but this place is highly rated but was disappointing. I walked in and there was no one else so they took me in right away. I wanted a manicure and pedicure and was immediately disappointed because they DO NOT offer a spa pedicure. Then the plastic container they brought over was dirty it was as a pedicure is an afterthought. I probably should have walked away. They place was very dated and dirty. On the plus side the girls did a great job on the actual manicure and pedicure two weeks later the polish was still on my nails with a regular nail polish. If you don't mind the place being dirty and maybe not so sanitary you might like this place. I have it two stars because the manicure was great, I say five stars but I wound be back. I want the option of cleanliness and a spa pedicure. read more

The service: I went on my lunch for a quick routine mani/pedi. It took 1hr 15 mins. By the time she got to my hands my polish didn't stand a chance and smudge as I race back to work. The quality of work was rookie at best. She filed down each nail to my desired length. Took about a minute each leaving my nail beds burning for hours. When I couldn't take it anymore I asked her to just cut the nail and she used a cuticle clipper. Establishment: dirty, very dirty. lamps and fans covered in dirt and dust, old flowers that should be throw away, dirty windows/mirrors, dated furniture and mosh podge of decor. I love the people there, they are super nice. Annie cares about her customers and tries to provide the best service she can. I would rate this place a little higher except I didn't like the way my nails were shaped. I'm going to let her know next time I go in. I also had a pedicure and that was awesome! My feet look great even after two weeks. Unfortunately I don't know the girls name but she did a great time. They take their time with you to make sure you are satisfied. Been looking for a nail place in the area I work in for awhile now. Ran into this place on Yelp and decided to give them a try today for my lunch hour. I got there and met Lina, and as I entered the shop, I was already drawn to her warm personality. I was the only customer at the time so she had time to take me right away (gel manicure), not only did she do a great job, we also had the best conversation and the hour just flew by.
